Very good hotel
Pros:

The hotel was very close to the station and easy to access. The price was reasonable even though it was a hotel, not a hostel!
I was glad to have a free cup of tea in the room

Cons:

The water pressure was not strong enough.
The bathroom door lock was out of order.

Cons:

Es un hotel viejo, pero igual podrían poner elementos para mejorar el confort del pasajero, como por ejemplo algun lugar para apoyar necessaire en el baño, tema luces, poner jabón y shampoo para ducha.

Top stay and very comfortable for a couple of nights in Cardiff. Would return any time.
Pros:

What can I say? It's 'not fancy' but it has everything that matters in a hotel and does it well. Friendly, warm and helpful staff at 24hour check-in. Right in the centre of town, six minutes from Cardiff Central. Really close Cardiff Market for tasty and affordable food, as well as numerous restaurants, pubs, supermarkets, and other retail. A few minutes from the National Museum and Museum of Cardiff, as well as Cardiff Castle, Cardiff Arms Park, the bus interchange... Comfy room, decent size, good lighting, plenty of hot water. TV that works. WiFi that works. This place is hard to beat.

Cons:

Nothing really. It can be noisy outside at night - it is the centre of a city after all - but I slept well. If you're a very light sleeper maybe ensure you have a room that isn't above the street.
