Old but comfortable

Lovely staff, unsuitable WiFi
Pros:

The lady at the front desk was lovely and accommodating. Her manner was the biggest positive of this stay.

Cons:

I need to use the internet for work, and it did not connect at all. I found it hard to use my phone to make calls or hot spot as well. I often found myself leaving the hotel to send messages or make calls.

Amazing location, helpful staff, no air con

Excellent location, right in the centre, minutes away from the central station and the castle. 24h reception and lovely staff. Clean.

Cons:

No air con, which wouldn't be the problem the rest of the year, but in 30+ degree heat was unbearable. The window was blocked, so we could only open one tiny segment of it.

Het slechtste hotel ever

De locatie was top. Veel leuke restaurantjes en het cardiff castle dichtbij.

Cons:

Verouderd hotel, slecht onderhoud, slecht bed, dit leek wel een luchtbed.. Geen airco op de kamer. Geen koelkastje om je water koud te houden. Hygiene liet te wensen over. Slecht geslapen omdat we het heel warm hadden op het benauwde kamertje met een ventilator die warme lucht verplaatste. En we hebben dik 300,00 betaald voor 2 nachten terwijl er op de site 150 stond. En geen ontbijt.
