Great traditional family hotel with incredibly friendly staff and in a great position!

The friendliest hotel with everything you might need in a great position in the city centre

Cons:

No air conditioning- it was a record breaking hot day/night though - this wouldn’t have occurred to me normally!

Convenient location to walk to from the train station and was able to checkin an hour before time , enabling myself to go queue for a concert at Blackweir..

Excellent location, super lovely staff.

Cons:

The bathtub is a bit underfunctioning. I didn’t find the bed mattress comfy. But the bedding itself (duvet, pillows) were nice!

Only one night but did the job, no complaints. Staff are lovely, welcoming, friendly and helpful.
Pros:

Value, location, friendliness of staff.

Cons:

It’s tired. It’s very reasonable price-wise so I’m not complaining, but even a little money spent would mean a better experience.
