Everything was great. I especially liked the front desk staff, particularly a gentleman whose name I don’t remember exactly, but something like Khrisna — black hair and glasses. He was extremely kind, never sits at his desk, and every time he sees us, he stands up and greets us. Polite, communicative — I haven’t seen anything like that anywhere else. He definitely deserves a raise, because it’s people like him that make guests come back and recommend the place to others.

Highly recommended.

Pros:

Personal muy amable, y atentos.
La ubicación es excepcional, en 15 min andando estábamos en el Bigben, buena comunicación con la estación de Victoria.
La habitación amplia, limpia y muy correcta. Incluso teníamos hervidor de agua, café, té y leche en la habitación totalmente gratis. La cama muy cómoda. Cuarto de baño con plato de ducha, el agua salía con mucha presión y muy caliente. Una maravilla.
Sin duda repetiría!!
