Affordable, well placed accommodation.
Pros:

Friendly staff. We had a problem with the lights; they sorted it straight away.
Clean, cosy, lower ground room.
Very quiet. Had everything we needed.
Lovely bathroom, good shower, plenty of hot water.
Kept our bags on check out as we weren't leaving until the evening. 20 minute walk to Houses of Parliament. 10 minutes from Victoria Stations.
Shops and places to eat and drink around the corner.
Great for an overnight stay. Would definitely stay again.

Cons:

Nothing to worry about.
Because of shape of room, bed is on an angle with not much room at sides.
There is a window but looks into small yard area.
Neither worried us or impacted on our stay.

Lokalizacja super, pomocny personel - miałam problemy z płatnością, ale nie anulowali mi rezerwacji oraz odpowiadali na wiadomości w ciągu kilku minut

Buen hotel con buena ubicación
Pros:

Todo muy bien, en especial los trabajadores del hotel. Tuve un par de incidencias pero me las arreglaron y solucionaron perfectamente.

Cons:

Le stanze piccoline c’era scritto un letto matrimoniale ma era un letto una piazza e mezza,avevamo il pagamento in struttura ma non c’era scritto che si dovesse pagare esclusivamente con i pounds quindi perché per un problema loro la mia carta non passava dico un problema loro perché ho pagato ovunque con la mia carta,mi hanno fatto pagare ben 50€ in più dal prezzo stabilito
