Cons:

Building site hall ways were cluttered rooms were very small. The heat was on very hot .
The breakfast was a joke. The server ran it like military operation no choice of hot food you got what they gave you. Three things beans two eggs. And a over cooked sausage. Cheap bread for toast. We only stayed one night out of the two. We actually went home early. Disappointed.

Pros:

La ubicación fue lo único que me gustó. Está muy cerca de las principales zonas turísticas de la ciudad, se puede ir andando a casi todos los sitios.

Cons:

Que el edificio está en muy mal estado, es sucio, las camas no son cómodas, el baño muy pequeño pero sobre todo que había ratones en la habitación.

The sleeping room was acceptable, but everything else made the stay unpleasant.
Pros:

The room to sleep is was a decent size for what I paid

Cons:

The ‘breakfast’ was cold beans, under cooked eggs and a fried hotdog they called a sausage…ended up with some toast and went to Wetherspoons 5 mins away.
The remainder of the building was like a building site and unsafe for people to be staying there. Glad I didn’t have any kids with us

The location was ok

Cons:

The place was not clean including the bathroom or bedding people was shouting and banging on doors at 2 in the morning and staff did nothing the breakfast was horrible and that was a fly in the coffee I had from the vending machine all in all very disappointed the place needs a very good clean

Great stay!
Pros:

For a no frills hotel, this is a fantastic find! We had a triple bedroom with a private bathroom. It is in need of some updating, but for the price and location, it's perfect! The beds are comfy, the staff are fantastic, breakfast was great all cooked fresh and lovely and hot. It is a 10 minute walk from Victoria Coach station and 12 minute walk from victoria Palace Theatre, which is why we were there. We are going back next week for another theatre trip! Thank you for a lovely stay ❤️

L'accueil et la flexibilité du personnel.
Extérieurement c est joli

Cons:

N'est pas adapté aux personnes mobilité réduites (par exemple, pas d'ascenseur), escalier/couloir trop étroit.

Le lavabo a bien de l eau chaude mais celui de la douche, à vérifier...

La salle du petit déjeuner, je me demande s'il ne faut pas réaménager ! Les tables rondes prennent beaucoup de place et pour circuler n'est pas toujours évident par rapport à la salle.
