Pros:

It is based within walking distance of two major hospitals which is what I chose it for. However we would definitely return. The staff were helpful the beds extra clean large and very comfy. It is an easy bus ride to South Kensington station and some amazing high end shops to potter around. A relaxing stay in a very personal hotel.

Comfortable in Chelsea
Pros:

The location close by South Kensington and good local restaurants. A comfortable room that was quiet and overlooking Sydney Street. 24 hour attendance by reception staff.

Cons:

Shower water temperature at eight o'clock in the morning was just warm. It was great in the evening.

Pros:

Location was fantastic for a wedding at the Chelsea Town Hall. Staff were pleasant

Cons:

Overpriced and very small, photos of the venue are deceiving. The lift must be one of the smallest in the world, enough to fit on person and barely a suitcase. Room was ok, bed very noisy, bathroom small and toilet seat low enough for a child. Not good for someone with joint issues. Regular coffee would have been preferable, the espresso machine only makes luke warm coffee, can appreciate they tried to be upmarket but it failed. Overall ive stayed in better in London for less cost.

My safe in the room was broken, there was noise above my room very early every morning and the rate of the rooms was very high for the quality of the stay.
