Pros:

Sydney House is in a great area, the staff were kind and very helpful and it was nice to have a room with a balcony.

Cons:

The room I had was small and the decor was tired. The room could have done with a larger tv and the bathroom was in need of an update.

Such a lovely hotel in the centre of Chelsea. Quiet, charming, kind helpful staff.
Pros:

Lovely location, fabulous staff ( had good interactions with Judd and Em at reception and Saida at breakfast with smiles and very helpful. We had a comfortable bed , nice linen and super bathroom products.

Cons:

Room was a bit small - that’s London! Our safe didn’t work we were told due to underground strikes the service for them was not operating

Perfect!
Pros:

Very comfortable room. The location is perfect. And Aeeda? was extremely friendly at breakfast.
All the staff were extremely helpful. We will go again!

Great place to stay
Pros:

Very clean and welcoming, great position for The Brompton

Cons:

The shower wasn’t great just a trickle if u like your shower warm. I would stick to having a bath next time.
