Merveilleux accueil de Medhi et Conan à la réception. La gentillesse du personnel est un vrai game changer. Ils nous ont vraiment aidé à tirer le meilleur de notre séjour. L’emplacement idéal, la chambre impeccable et la literie très confortable ont fait le reste. Excellent hôtel, je recommande chaudement ❤️

La ubicación

Amazing hotel, particularly if you're travelling from London Heathrow! Literally less than a 5 min walk from the Heathrow Express in Paddington Station, and I was able to check in with a small fee immediately. Was brilliant after 24hrs of flying.

London heat was no joke, so upgrading to aircon was so worth it, and the room was comfortable and not too loud. Being able to get around the city so conveniently due to the proximity of the train/tube station was a huge plus, as was leaving for my early flight without hauling luggage across the tube network.

Mehdi, Sundeep and Pooja were all lovely, greeted me with a smile every time I came in or out! I felt very safe as a solo female traveller in the area and hotel itself.

Beautiful location, clean and tidy rooms. Friendly attentive staff. Good value for money.

Shame that the shower was cold, only downside apart from that it was lovely.

The gentlemen at reception were very friendly, accommodating, and knowledgeable. The shower was hot and had good adjustable pressure. Excellent location, 5 minutes walk from Paddington Station.. Air conditioning worked.

me an my partner recently stayed here for a Bruno Mars concert, it it literally a 2 minute walk from paddington station it is an ideal location. first time coming to london and we were so pleased with the service we got from Mehd, Hakeem and Sandeep. everyone was so helpful. the atmosphere was lovely, we stayed on the lower ground floor, the room was small but it had everything you needed. there was a heatwave in london when we arrived and i had to pay an extra £30 for A/C upon check in if i wanted it which i thought would have been included in the price of the booking but the A/C was very much needed. you can hear the underground trains from the room too but it really didn’t bother us. the shower settings were the wrong way around e.g the cold side was actually the hot side, vice versa. we thought we had no hot water but eventually one of the staff kindly told us that the shower settings were wrong. the bathroom is tiny so if you are a bigger or taller person you may struggle. it wasn’t an issue for us but just incase. the hotel was very clean and pleasant, rooms cleaned every day with new bedding. overall value for money is amazing and it is so easy to navigate london from this hotel. it is very safe and everyone is lovely. i’d reccomend staying here, i would stay again next time we are in london.

The location was great, just a couple of minutes from the station. The owner and manager were really friendly and helpful.
The room, although not the largest, was really well laid out and had everything needed for our stay.
We visited Tudor Court to attend the Bruno Mars concert and would definitely recommend and use the hotel again ourselves.

I had a very pleasant stay, the hotel is clean and the staff is very friendly. The room is a decent size and they have AC (for a charge). Mehdi and Cohnan we’re extremely helpful and friendly. They helped us with our bags all the way up to the rooms and gave us so many restaurant recommendations. Thank you to Mehdi and Cohnan for making our stay so comfortable!

I stayed for one night to get an early train to Heathrow and the location is top notch, just steps away from Paddington. The reception helped with the luggage, remembered my name and was super nice my whole stay. Absolutely great value for money.

Yes, i could hear the people in the other room and noice from the corridor but you have that in a lot of hotels so nothing that really bothered me.

We stayed 2 nights and were very pleased with our choice. We had just travelled from Australia and arrived at 10am exhausted. We were greeted by a very freindly and helpful young man at reception, who was able , with a 20 pound extra charge, book us in to a room staight away! He carried our bags to our room as there was a couple of flights of stairs. The room was small but very clean. We had a view over the park across the road. The bed was very comfortable and lovely crisp white sheets. The bathrrom was small but very clean and had all that we needed. There was also a fridge which we found handy. Location was great, very easy to walk to Paddington station. We also walked to Little Venice along the canal. Coffee shops and supermarket nearby. As well as many dining options including takeaways and pubs. We found it a great spot to do our sightseeing from. Checkout was a breeze also, with the young lady at reception helping us with our bags. Would happily stay again. Thanks to Pooja, Vipul, Anna, Miheala and Mehdi for making our stay so enjoyable.

Everything you need located steps away from Paddington. Room options with AC. Staff was excellent, friendly and accommodating.
