Pros:

Location and that the hotel was open 24/7, plus there was always someone to help in the front desk

Cons:

It could have been more clean. The smells were strong, specially the ones coming from the kitchen

Pros:

La ubicación es excelente, a 200mts de la estación Paddington (metro linea circle line que es la circular y pasa por todas las zonas turisticas a visitar y otras dos lineas que van hacia otras zonas que también hay cosas por visitar) y paradas de autobuses. La zona es hermosa, frente a un pequeño parque y rodeado de tiendas, bares y restaurantes. El hotel es muy comodo y el personal muy amable. El desayuno es muy simple, pero está bien para empezar el día. Recomendable 100%.

Cons:

Nada, todo super bién. Lo único es que es un hotel sin ascensor, por lo cual recomiendo al hacer la reserva, solicitar que te asignen la habitación en la primera o segunda planta máximo. Pero nada mas, volveríamos sin duda a este hotel.

Cons:

Run down, broken beds and sockets hanging out the wall plus ridiculous steep flights of stairs over 4 floors and breakfast isn’t a cooked breakfast it’s and cheap continental.

Overall behaviour of staff is good

Cons:

For a family booking on the 4th floor without lift is very rough even though there is no preference given & life risk as the slove of the steps are very bad & no hand railing on upper side. We wasted a lot of money & energy as we had booked another hotel for this reason & no refund from booking.com .

Это место дл того, чтобы остановится только переночевать. Не стройте больших ожиданий на комфорт !
Pros:

Понравилось расположение. Чистое постельное белье и полотенца. Телевизор в номере. За 2 дня нахождения в комнате было убрано, застелена кровать, вынесен мусор.

Cons:

Было слышно поезд метро. Сильная слышимость соседей. Туалет с душем был размером, как в каюте корабля (очень маленький). Дверь в туалет не закрывалась на защёлку, были щели в дверях, потому что это дверь-гармошка. Не рассчитывайте на большой завтрак, все очень базово. Кофе растворимый в пакетиках. Молоко только регулярное. Нет овощей, нет ничего мясного.

Sin ascensor, 8 millones de escalones y muy incómodos para subirlos. Me tocó 3ra planta, a mi amigo le tocó la 4ta planta, llegaba arriba y ya tenía que bajar porque era un día nuevo
