Awful. Do not recommend

We didn’t like practically everything. As soon as we arrived we were told we had the options of two rooms or a room with an upstairs. We came we our children and this was unacceptable. When we booked I made a request that we were in a room all on the same level which was accepted. After waiting around in reception we got stuck in a basement room. The room looks absolutely nothing like the pictures they advertise. The room was stuffy, we couldn’t even open the window as it went into what can only be described as a concrete rubbish tip and looked into another room, it also had cobwebs everywhere and the floor was stained and needed hoovering. The pillows gave us a bad neck as they were really thin. The facilities were really limited, it was loud in the room we could hear the trains and people in the kitchen, the bathroom you could hardly fit into the shower and there were cracks and mould everywhere. Aswell as the sink tap hardly had any pressure and trickled out. Very disappointed as we wanted to take our children to experience London and the room was not worth the money whatsoever. Overpaid! Luckily it was for one night.

Hotel sencillo pero con encanto
Pros:

El hotel presenta una ubicación excelente, cerca de la estación donde puedes coger casi todas las líneas del metro. En nuestro caso teníamos una habitación para 4 personas ( dos niños) y las instalaciones estaban limpias y las camas eran cómodas. La habitación estaba en un cuarto sin ascensor y cuando tuvieron disponible una habitación nos facilitaron el cambio a otra de pisos inferiores aunque nosotros no cambiamos
Además, destacar que El personal nos guardaba la leche en el frigorífico sin problema y siempre respondían con una sonrisa.
Es un hotel sencillo, pero con su encanto, limpio y cerca de todo.

Cons:

Si debo indicar algo que no me guste es subir 4 pisos andando, pero como he indicado antes se nos facilitó el cambio de habitación de forma inmediata para facilitarnos la logística con dos niños. Por lo tanto les pongo un 10

Faltaba variedad en el desayuno, como fruta no perecedera ( manzana, banana, naranjas) También hubiera estado bien que pusieran dispensadores de jabón/champu y que las toallas incluyeran alguna de mano y/o pies ( no solo para el cuerpo)

L'hotel è in una posizione strategica, vicinissimo alla stazione dei treni e della metro di Paddington. Ha autobus che fermano praticamente davanti, molto comodo. E' un classico hotel londinese quindi con moquette e scale ripide. Se siete abituati alle comodità e servizi di un hotel da 3 stelle in su farete molta difficoltà ad abituarvi. Se cercate invece un posto dignitoso. autentico e senza pretese allora può fare al caso vostro. Il personale è molto gentile, educato e pronto a risolvere ogni problema o loro mancanze. La colazione è abbastanza fornita con la possibilità di farsi fare anche piatti dalla cucina. Mancano le bustine di the per la mattina….

Cons:

la pulizia generale della camera lascia un po a desiderare. Non la pulizia dei bagni o dei letti, sempre precisa e fatta in maniera adeguata ma quella generale. Ventilatore pieno di polvere e bollitore trovato con acqua dentro per esempio. i bagni come altri hotel in Londra sono piccoli ma utilizzabili senza problemi.

Ik ging met 2 volwassenen en 2 kinderen.
De Kinderen waren onder 4 jaar. maar ik moest van 1 kindje heel bedrag betalen als volwassene person op site van booking.com was niet zo.want ik had al betaald

Osoblje na recepciji je vrlo ljubazno i lokacija objekta je izvrsna.

Cons:

"Kupaonica" je jako mala, ja sam veoma sitna i jedva sam se u tušu mogla okrenuti, zaručniku je tuširanje i obavljanje higijene bio ekstremni sport. Po dolasku se dobije samo jedan ručnik i jedan mini sapun po osobi. Doručak je veoma oskudan.
