Comfortable, easily accessible and inviting
Pros:

Location was great and room was comfy. Staff were very friendly and offered umbrella in bad weather. I thought that service was amazing.

Cons:

Stairs are only option, not a major inconvenience for me but something to be aware of.

Super hôtel ! Joli et pratique ! Nous y retournerons avec grand plaisir :) !
Pros:

L'emplacement est un vrai plus pour cet hôtel à 5min à pied de la gare Victoria Station !
Le personnel est top et la chambre correspondait à nos attentes !

Cons:

Les bruits de pas peuvent vite s'entendre si l'on ne fait pas attention en marchant.
Nous avons eu quelques nuisances du au voisins bruyants du dessus.

Όμορφο και ανακαινισμένο δωμάτιο, αν και λιγο μικρο (αναμενόμενο για λονδινο). Ήταν καθαρό και περιποιημένο. Το κρεβάτι επίσης ήταν πάρα πολύ άνετο! Γενικα ολο το ξενοδοχείο εχει ωραιο στυλ. Βρίσκεται σε καλή τοποθεσία, κεντρική αλλά ήσυχη κοντά στην βικτωρια. Ο κυριος στην ρεσεψιόν ήταν ευγενέστατος και μας ρώτησε αρκετές φορές αν είμαστε εντάξει και αν χρειαζόμασταν κατι. Τελος, πηραμε 20% εκπτωση για ένα κατάστημα καφέ εκεί κοντά.

Ισως η έλλειψη ασανσέρ, η οποία όμως αναφέρεται εξ αρχής. Λείπει επίσης ενα μινι ψυγειακι απο το δωμάτιο.

Pros:

Such a lovely little hotel in a beautiful street! The room I stayed in was small, but exactly as described. It was clean, modern, and well-maintained, and I especially appreciated the Rituals toiletries in the bathroom.

There’s a bus stop right in front of the hotel, making it very easy to get to the city center. Victoria Station is nearby, as well as Buckingham Palace and Big Ben. The location is perfect for exploring the city on foot.

I highly recommend this hotel — it exceeded my expectations!
