Comfortable, great location
Pros:

Very central to Victoria station, comfortable, staff where very nice, happy to keep my bags before check in

Little difficult to find as hotel was different from building, WiFi did not work

Eu gostei muito da localização, bairros otimo e seguro. Proximo a estação victoria que conecta a vários pontos da cidade, também é possível pegar ônibus na frente do hotel. No primeiro dia fui a pé ao Palácio de Buckingham, continuei até principais pontos turísticos como london eye etc. eles tem parceria com um café bem próximo ao hotel onde concedem um desconto para os hospedes. Perto do hotel tem onde comprar suprimentos e restaurantes

The location was convenient and easy access to train and buses. Plenty of eateries close by.

Be aware that there are no lifts which is very normal of the majority of hotels in that area.

Σχεδόν τίποτε απ ότι αναγράφεται στην περιγραφή του καταλύματος δεν ανταποκρίνεται στην πραγματικότητα. Ήταν η χειρότερη εμπειρία που είχα στη ζωή μου. Βρέθηκα σε ένα υπόγειο, κυριολεκτώ, δίπλα από αποθήκες με μηχανήματα που δούλευαν όλη νύχτα, χωρίς ζεστό νερό. Έμεινα μόνο το ένα βράδυ από τα δύο που πλήρωσα. Προτίμησα να φύγω για το αεροδρόμιο 10 ώρες νωρίτερα από το να μείνω εκεί. Φυσικά, αν και αναγράφεται στην περιγραφή του καταλύματος ότι λόγω έλλειψης ασανσέρ θα υπάρχει βοήθεια από το προσωπικό για τις αποσκευές αν χρειάζεται, καμία τέτοια βοήθεια δεν υπήρξε. Επίσης ούτε η τηλεόραση δούλευε έστω για λίγη παρηγοριά. Στο σύνολο της η εμπειρία μου ήταν απελπιστική, αποκαρδιωτική.
