Disappointing stay. Staff were friendly but hotel lacking in basic amenities that were expected from description
Pros:

The location was good. Easy walking to bus, tube, and Victoria area/ sightseeing. Nice appearance outside. Twin room on ground level was easy to access.

Cons:

Internet wifi didn't work. Asked for extra blanket but not provided despite staff saying they would get. 1 hand towel for 2 people. Asked for second but was not provided. Asked for decaf tea, not available, shower tiny and slippery with no mat, shampoo/ wash pump didn't work, sink drain backed up, only one glass and one spoon provided for 2 people, twin room noisy at street level and units above.

Great & Convenient London Stat
Pros:

Great Location, Wonderful Staff, Comfy Beds, Brilliant Air Con. Would definitely stay here again.

Cons:

Only 1 small thing which was the full length mirror was positioned so you couldnt actually stand in front of it. Adding an extra one on the wall by the door would be great.

Would definitely go back with 2 people, not suitable for 3 people.

Room was clean.

Cons:

There were 3 adults sharing a room. Not big enough for 3. No space to move around.
No draws to put anything in and a very small wardrobe.

Totalmente recomendable
Pros:

La ubicación muy cerca de Victoria Station. En la puerta hay parada de bus. Habitación agradable
La cama comodísima. Tiene hervidor para hacerte un café. El baño completo, hay secador y de todo para ducharse. Personal muy amable.
Totalmente satisfecha.
