Comodo per il centto, pulito.
Erano in fase di ristrutturazione, quindi qualche disagio con gli ambienti comuni, ambiente accoglienza e reception chiusi, allestita una reception temporanea nel corridoio , rumore a momenti per opersai al lavoto.

Los edredones estaban perfectos. Nos encantó el detalle de chocolate y café, con tetera y tazas en ka habitación.La ubicación excelente, cerca del teatro Victoria Palace, un barrio tranquilo donde descansar de los sitios muy turísticos.
Todo ha sido perfecto. Para dormir y descansar más que suficiente.
The location was good and lots of shops, restaurants close
The reception was closed due to refurb.The booking in area was a desk in a narrow passageway. They told us that the twin room we had booked was not available. But offered us 2 double rooms instead. The problem being that one room was on floor 2 and the other floor 3. This was not acceptable as I was travelling ling with my 14 yr old granddaughter. I chose to take 1 double room. But when I got into the room it was in fact a twin room.

De locatie van het hotel was perfect!
Ik had twee kamers gereserveerd, wat er wel netjes uitzagen. Alleen ze waren in het hotel aan het schilderen en renoveren, en dat was niet gemeld.. Ook deden op beide kamers de airco’s het niet, en zaten we op de kelder verdieping, waar het 40 graden was.. Ze hadden gezegd dat de ochtend erna de airco gemaakt zou worden, en dat is niet gebeurd. Ook zat er een gigantische schimmel/vochtplek op het plafond. Niet heel netjes als er iemand zwanger is en het niet uit te houden is van de warmte. De kamer is een keer schoongemaakt tijdens ons verblijf van vier dagen.

The location was very convenient, close to Pimlico and Victoria stations, which made it easy to get around London. The room was generally comfortable and the staff at reception were polite most of the time.
Unfortunately, the air conditioning did not work for 3 of our 4 nights, during a summer stay. We reported the problem, but no effective solution was provided. One day the room was also not cleaned and the towels were not changed. What was particularly disappointing was being told at reception that it was cool outside at night, instead of receiving a proper solution. We had booked and paid for a room with air conditioning, so we expected this facility to be working.
We were able to check in an hour early as our room was ready.
