Excellent value for such a central location.
Pros:

Fantastic location between Victoria and Pimlico with great shopping, restaurants, cafes on your doorstep. Warm welcome. 24 hour reception. Very quiet for a central London location (I was in a room at the back so no road noise). Very good value for the area. Excellent for a short stay. My room had everything I needed but it was a very small single - exactly as described and booked.

Cons:

The room was small (as expected) and the shower door a bit of a squeeze, but if just using it as a base to be out and about - all good.

Το προσωπικό πάντα χαμογελαστό κ πρόθυμο να μας εξυπηρετήσει. Άνετα κρεβάτια. Καθαρό.

Cons:

Πολλή ζέστη, δεν μπορούσαμε να ρυθμίσουμε το κλιματιστικό. Δεν έστρωσαν τα κρεβάτια ούτε μια μέρα.

The building itself is acceptable and relatively easy to navigate.

Cons:

However, the cleanliness of the room was completely inadequate. The floor was extremely dirty, with a significant accumulation of dust behind and around the beds, clearly indicating that it had not been cleaned for weeks. Furthermore, I found something particularly unhygienic and unacceptable: a fingernail on the floor. The triple room consists of one large bed and a camp bed.

Good location, 1 station away from victoria, nice restaurants around, helpful personel

Cons:

Bad smell under the shower, yellow stain on the sheet, Brown stains on the wall, very noisy, thin walls, stomping can be heard.

Good stay for couple of night,Excellent Location.
Pros:

The location was excellent, Stuff friendly, front desk open 24 hours.

Cons:

Room was tiny, could Hardy move, was only me though so didnt matter too much, was quite expensive for what you get, but I guess the location is why its expensive.
