A pleasant, friendly hotel.
Pros:

The hotel is in a Georgian townhouse in a street of similar buildings. Although only a few minutes from St Pancras it was very quiet and felt safe. The staff were really friendly. My single room was very small, but for one person and one night that wasn't a problem.

Cons:

Nothing.

La ubicación es inmejorable. La limpieza es excelente. El personal es muy amable. Y las almohadas son comodísimas.

Cons:

Las habitaciones son muy pequeñas, pero si sólo vas a dormir en el hotel, es una opción muy recomendable

Emplacement idéal et très confortable pour 3 jours
Pros:

L’emplacement est vraiment idéal, tout près de la gare. Le ménage est particulièrement bien fait et soigné. Les oreillers (à mémoire de forme) sont vraiment vraiment bien !

Cons:

La salle de bain est particulièrement petite, mais c’est fonctionnel.

Pros:

Lugar con muy buena ubicación, seguro, muchas opciones También para comer.
Tienen un check-in y check-out rápido, buen personal
Puedes dejar tu equipaje gratis inclusive luego de el check-out.

Cons:

Espacio pequeño, sobretodo por el baño sumando que el agua de la regadera no regulaba bien
Hay más opciones de habitaciones pero aclarar que la más barata es muy pequeña.

Great location for short stay for up to 2 persons.
Pros:

Location was excellent, near King Cross/St Pancras; Front Desk staff were very friendly and tried to be accommodating, subject to restrictions and hotel policies (such as paying extra GBP25 for a checking-in couple hours before the their official check-in time, even though the room was available).

Cons:

Advertised on Booking.com as "Please note that there is no lift available at the hotel and all floors are accessible by staircase only. Staff are here to help carry your luggage to your room." But when we were arrived we were told we had to bring them up ourselves. We then requested a ground floor room since I have bad knees, so dragging suitcases upstairs was out of the question.

They gave us the room just behind the front desk, and since we had to keep windows open for circulation, we were subject to the noise on the street, which was expected. But there was also an area which had people smoking just outside the window, and that was annoying.

We understand this is an old building converted into a hotel, but just sharing some of our other observations:
- Triple sharing room was way too small for 3 people. More suitable for 2 pax
- No space for luggage or clothes if unpacked
- Toilet was positively tiny; no toiletries provided

Small, noisy room (great location though) — not ideal for business travel.

Great location, with easy access to tubes and restaurants.

Cons:

The room felt smaller than the photos suggested. Because it was on the ground floor, you could hear guests coming and going, and things stayed noisy past midnight — not ideal for business travelers who need a quiet night's sleep.

Terrible room down a horrid flight of stairs.im disabled suffering with stairs .fell in the night was a step to the bathroom in the night.bruised my left arm.asked to be moved .but was nothing available.the stairs to the room were hurendous.the room was too hot no conditioning badly in need of a update.rotten carpets .paint work hasn't been touched in years .for a few extra pounds I could stayed ina modern up to date hotel location is brilliant just an utter shame it's tired for 2026 .
There are a lot nicer hotels to stay at in the area.wouldnt recommend it at all.
