Okayy hear me out!!
The location is great, in front of the mall, transport is good. The prices were fine. If you are looking for a place to just sleep and take a shower it is good. Yet, there are things you should know. The bedsheets are extra dirty so glad we brought our own. The loc is good butt, it is a pretty poor neighborhood and lots of drunk and unconcious people at night (someone was singing right under our window for a whole night). The room service is only taking out the trash and giving toilet paper. They let us checkin earlier. The bathroom was very small.
Overall, if you are just gonna sleep there its fine. Otherwise, if you need everything to be comfy dont book it;)

The location was really convenient for a nearby music show as well as a number of restaurants and shops in Westfield. The hotel was a short walk away from a tube station and near a number of bus stations so it was easy to get to, and we couldn't hear any of the street noise from our room even with the window open.
The check in process was easy (although reception isn't always manned and there were 2 doorbells, we weren't sure which one was the right one so ended up ringing both). There are contact numbers you can call if no staff are there but these were only visible once inside the building. There were different room options available on booking.
The room we chose had some windows that could be opened for fresh air, but there was also an electric fan available to use if that turned out to not be sufficient (also a heater in the room if needed). There were some tea and coffee facilities provided too.
The room definitely looked a bit bigger on the photos (we had a twin room) - between the end of the bed and the bathroom door you could fit one person sideways. There was a clothes rack but for 2 people there wasn't a whole lot of space for more than a couple of days' clothing.
The bathroom has a sliding door to save space (understandable), but it felt a bit rickety and didn't quite close fully. The light is motion activated and would go off mid-shower if you were in for more than a few minutes, and there was no shelf or caddy to place shampoo etc in so we had to place them on the shower floor. Not a huge deal for us but if you have a bad back you might struggle! The water pressure on both shower heads wasn't super great but just enough to do the job, if it did take a little while longer to rinse off. I'm quite short myself so was a bit surprised to find the towels were quite small to wrap around.
The beds had okay mattresses, but the pillows were a bit flat (and only 1 per bed) so I had to put the cushion under mine to lift it up enough to be comfortable.
On checking out (with no staff present - we didn't have time to wait to call anyone over) there was no key drop off box so we had to improvise and hoped that leaving the key in the room door was okay.
Generally a few small improvements would make me consider coming back.
I liked the location of the hotel, friendly staff. Clean room also comfortable bed.
The only thing I would say was off putting was you could hear absolutely every sound coming from other rooms.
We had some issues with the first night and we were moved to another hotel for the first night. We had to split in different rooms, the conditions on the other property were much worse and no compensation was offered. Also, this could have been communicated earlier as we were in touch with the hotel by messages, once we let them know we were arriving already quite late in the night.

Mattress was hard and uncomfortable. En suite was smelly and room overall could have done with redecoration.

Mattress not good , old and worn out as you can feel sinking in the hole right in the centre.
Hot water shower head was leaking a lot causing a wet bathroom floor and any thing hung on towel rail gets soaked.
Noise from outside and roads even in middle of night kept us awake and disturbed.Sound proof is not enough .
The room we stayed was not same as shown in photos.
WiFi in the premises was sketchy and when rang the desk very unhelpful response!!
Me gustó que no miente, te encuentras lo mismo que por lo que pagas. Zona bien comunicada con el centro, buena limpieza y los trabajadores son muy majos.
