Pros:

Good location ,clean, most of stuff really helpful and polite, big bathroom.

Cons:

Some time can be noisy from other rooms. Room small but this is expected. There was one incident with one of staff. I asked a fridge with Extra charge. This was forgotten so one night when i came with yogurt they propose to use one fridge in kitchen. When in morning i went to take yogurt one man from staff start asking why i placed yogurt there and why i grt to the kitchen and that it eas not allowed. I explained what happened and replied "i will speak to my colleague". He was rude put me in very uncomfortable position. I would expect different approach from his side. It is not good to interrogate customer and be more polite. Also they could have a share fridge for customers.

Disappointing because such a great location for my work
Pros:

Staff were super helpful, but they must have a challenging job with this place...especially the rogue cleaners ...

Cons:

I left my ORAL B toothbrush in the room, and when i went back to retrieve it, the cleaner was called and admitted to chucking it away... you don't 'throw electrical items away' especially such personal ones. Beggars belief.
I was disgusted and demanded to be reimbursed, they did reimburse me. Room was okay, although you must take earplugs and eye mask for this place.

Pros:

Staff was nice and friendly. Room was clean and livable. Very well connected to Central line and Hammersmith and Circle lines, as well as main bus lines.

Cons:

The room door was difficult to close. The bathroom lights were sensor-activated but turned off too frequently. Noise from other rooms was clearly noticeable.

Pros:

great location, room size is on the smaller side but when staying in London I don't spend a lot of time in my room anyway so it doesn't matter. beds were very comfortable too.

Enjoyable stay, great location & would stay again
Pros:

Great location, good price. Rooms were spotless & smelt clean. Helpful & friendly staff.

Cons:

Original room didn’t have bedside lamps, however on request we were given the option to swap rooms where they did have them, so that was fine & no issue there. Pillows were quite hard, but again that’s personal preference.

ok para los precios de londres
Pros:

la ubicación es buena porque tiene 3 lineas de subte diferente a un par de metros. las camas son muy comodas y se duerme bien. enfrente tiene un shopping enorme donde se puede comprar hasta tarde lo que necesiten (supermercado incluido que cierra a las 21hs). la recepcion es muy amable y dispuesta a ayudar
