アクセスや周囲の環境良好、スタッフも対応良し
Pros:

駅から徒歩4分程度で、少し遠い方の駅も徒歩10分程度でアクセス良好です。Kings cross駅からも電車で20分程度です。周りには小さな食料品店や飲食店があり過ごしやすいです。少し遠い方の駅までの間にLidlや24時間営業のマクドナルドがあり便利でした。スタッフも朝8時から夜11時まで滞在しているので、荷物預かりなどとても助かりました。
シャワーは温度、湯量、排水は問題なかったです。
トリプルルームの部屋の広さは狭すぎではありませんでした。

Cons:

部屋に入った時に、中年男性臭がして臭かったです。
部屋の清掃が幅木やコンセントの上など細かいところが足りていないです。8番の部屋は真ん中のコンセントが使えません。
シャワー室の扉が閉まり切らないです。冷蔵庫があれば良かったです。

Nel complesso siamo stati bene, la camera anche sé piccola era accogliente ma la pulizia poteva essere un po’ più curata

Pros:

Friendly check-in. Easy and straightforward. The hotel is very quiet, which I greatly appreciate. Very convenient location. I would stay there again and recommend it as well. Nice bathroom too! The price was exceptionally good.

Cons:

There's street noise but seems to calm down around 22:00. But that's also part of being in a large city so I don't mind.

Cosy, welcoming hotel. Exceptionally clean rooms. Basic, but excellent value for money.
Pros:

The staff are really lovely and very welcoming. The rooms are always super clean. Hotel is really convenient for Westfield London and White City. (Frequent visitor)

Cons:

The decor and furnishings are a bit tired but this is more than made up for by the fact the rooms are so spotlessly clean and the hotel is so welcoming!

Pros:

Nice and quite, easy to access with 3 tube stations near by (2 different lines). Perfekt with the Westfield shoppingcenter just across the road and also lots of other shops nearby. The room was small (we had a 3 beds room) but it worked fine and we could make tea and coffee there. Nice since there is no breakfast available. However with the restaurants and cafés in connection to the shoppingcenter, this was no problem. I can recommend Bill's.

Serviceable but far too pricey...
Pros:

Location was very convenient from Heathrow and right on the tube line. It was perfectly serviceable for a 2 night stay but definitely no frill sort of hotel.

Cons:

It was just far too expensive for what we got. We stayed on a Friday and Saturday but €140 a night for an incredibly basic room with a window facing a corridor is just a bit ridiculous.

Pros:

Les employés sont sympathiques

Cons:

J'étais au 2ème étage, sans ascenseur, l'escalier fait presque 50 cm ou 60. J'ai monté et descendu hyper difficilement.
Y a du bruit, au 3 ème étage les plafon est incliné, j'ai tapé ma tête plusieurs fois....bref. mauvais rapport qualité-prix.
