Caratteristica casa inglese, bello il contesto. Comodo per le nostre esigenze di trasporto fuori norwich. Colazione buona nella norma, non è self service
La stanza è un po' datata, come gli infissi, quindi risulta essere un po' fredda e rumorosa. La tv è sopra un tavolino molto basso, più basso del letto quindi non ben visibile dal letto. Il letto matrimoniale sono 2 materassi separati uniti.
Location was great, a short walk to town. Parking was good. The place was clean and comfortable
The restaurant for breakfast was good. However for lunch and dinner the menu was very limited, the same menu for both Main corse of five choices, of which two were unavailable. The bar was poorly stocked and the barman extremely inexperienced.

Staff were very efficient, helpful and nice, food was very good. Room comfortable and position of hotel in Norwich was ideal, only a 15 minute walk from centre

We stayed in the coach house section which is lovely however the floor above us creaked loudly whenever anyone walked on it and so sound sleep was difficult sadly.

The room was warm, spacious, and wonderfully clean. The staff were extremely welcoming and gave us great service. Everything provided meant that we had a relaxing, enoyable, and comfortable stay. Additionally, the breakfast was delicious.

Breakfast was good . Not many in hotel so not a lot of ancillary items on display but you could ask for them. The cooked breakfast was well presented and tasty. Very clean hotel. Beds very comfortable too.

I’m happy that the cooked breakfast is cooked and served to order (far better than buffet). However, I would prefer all the other items to be available to diners as a buffet-style, so we could serve ourselves accordingly.
