Great stay, will come again!
Pros:

Clean, good sized room, comfy beds and great location. Friendly staff, luggage area to leave bags.

Cons:

Our room had a bit of a bad smell coming from the drain in the bathroom. Kept the door shut and it didn’t affect the rest of the room

Het hotel op zich is ok, spijtig van de ligging naast de spoorweg
Cons:

De locatie lag juist naast Victoria Station, de voorbijrijdende treinen gaven veel lawaai ‘s morgens vroeg tot savonds laat en deden het gebouw trillen.

Not worth the big bucks
Pros:

Not worth the money...train nearby. Noisy and vibrates the room...we had ask them to reset the breaker as we had no power after returning to our room. There were no signs stating that converters should not be used..my daughter curled her hair and got badly burnt, and was told she shouldn't have used a converter and there were signs in the room that said so. No signs.
