Comfy stay
Pros:

Hotel crew member was very helpful and polite. He advised us the shortcut to Victoria Station, as we had early check out. The room was very cosy and clean, and bed was very comfy. Free coffee and tea was served in lounge area, but we didn't have time to use this possibility. It was a pity, that we stayed only one night. :)

Cons:

As the rails are quite near, you could hear the sounds of trains. Anyway, this didn't bother us.

It was perfectly fine.
Pros:

Good location and the room had a big desk and lots of space and a good closet situation.

Cons:

You’re almost literally directly next to all the trains so it’s kind of loud and shakes the building which was annoying but not annoying enough to keep me awake.

Pros:

Das Zimmer war sauber
Es gab einen kleinen Wasserkocher mit Tee und löslichem Kaffe und einen Safe
Das Personal war freundlich
Über das Frühstück kann ich nichts sagen,wir haben auswärts gefrühstückt.

Cons:

Bei Ankunft hat man uns gesagt,wir hätten ein Upgrade bekommen. Unser Zimmer befand sich im Tiefgeschoss,mit Fenster in eine Art Hinterhof. Das Zimmer war sehr sehr kalt,mit dem Heizkörper auf Vollgas während der 2 Tage Aufenthalt war es denn auch die 2 Nacht besser zum Schlafen. Im Badezimmer war es genau so eiskalt,dort gab es aber keine Heizung!! Die Matratze war höchstens 1.80 lang und das Art Doppelbett war sehr klein. Zur allein Benutzung war es ok.
Das Zimmer war über nacht nicht dunkel,das Licht aus dem Gank schien unten zur Tür herein.
Das Zimmer an sich war auch sehr klein,genauso wie das Badezimmer,aber für 1 Person war es ok.
Da wir nur 2 Nächte gebucht hatten und auch wirklich nur zum Schlafen da waren,haben wir uns nicht beschwert aber nächstes Mal gehen wir wieder woanders hin,wir empfehlen dieses Hotel nicht weiter.

Very good location for exploring London.
Pros:

It is excellent location, near the Victoria station, metro, train , bus all is near the location. I ve had single room, it was small but for one it was enough. Staff very polite, breakfast suitable also for vegetarians.

Cons:

Bad was a little bit short, I m 186 cm and it was short, taller man would has probably problem.

Pros:

Hôtel très bien situé. Idéal pour se déplacer. Proche de l'arrêt de bus pour se rendre à Warner Bros avec le bus Harry Potter.
Proche de la gare Victoria, idéal pour se rendre à l'aéroport grâce à la navette Gatwick Express.
Personnel agréable et à l'écoute.
Le buffet des petits déjeuners est varié et il y en a pour tous les goûts.

Cons:

Pas assez de pression dans la douche, salle de bain très petite.
