Very central location & staff were lovely. Friendly and helpful without being too much.
If you have a view on to Main Street from your room, it can be very noisy if a weekend, in to the wee small hours.

Hard to say how it could have been improved, will certainly be back .
Fabulous location, iconic hotel!
Nothing at all.
Very helpful staff and Rio restaurant food was good.
Single room was no larger than a large cupboard with very little space to put anything. Wifi was very poor.
The close proximity to the centre.
Beds were really uncomfortable. The windows didn't open great. No hairdryer or shaver outlet in the bathroom.
All the amenities were excellent, very organised site ,would recommend anyone thinking of visiting.
