It’s a beautiful old building with a lot of character. The bar service was friendly. The breakfast service was fast and the staff was kind.
The front desk staff was very helpful on arrival but not so much at check out.
Arrival was smooth. Room very clean and comfortable and staff very friendly
Great location for our needs. Staff were excellent, restaurant great food and service
Location and staff are lovely
It’s a little tired regards the decoration and fittings etc
Location to Queens Hall
Window could not be opened - the curtain rail was lose and didn’t cover window. The sink plug was black with dirt, bed tiny for 2 was like sleeping in a single. No one around at breakfast we sat and ate before anyone came over and to top off we got stuck in the lift.
2 single beds put together to make double 🙈
The staff were very kind and attentive. Both restaurants at the hotel served good food.
The room smelled of the drains. It was very run down.
Location, staff and service. Very comfortable room
Staff very helpful and friendly
Hotel needs refurbishing. We found it very dated and very worn in places. The mattress was very uncomfortable. The shower had mold in places. The layout in the dining room for breakfast was not very good

Nothing
It was very welcoming, clean, and so handy for the town's facilities. It is also a very good venue for the acoustic sessions.
I would have liked a bath and a chair to hang my jacket but apart from that it was great.
Excellent sleep. Good location. Excellent staff .
Couole off cosmetic things but all n all nice .
Good location
Stayed with my husband, but only 1 towel in room for us .
Great location
No hot water for a shower on Saturday or Sunday morning , left hotel early as not acceptable to have no hot water.
