Pros:

Localização, silêncio, boas vindas, chuveiro ótimo.

Cons:

Excesso de calor no banheiro. Solicitamos 2 vezes para diminuir a temperatura e não conseguiram nos atender. Acredito que seja em razão do piso aquecido que fica permanente ligado.
Também a janela do quarto estava danificada e por isso permaneceu fechada por todo o tempo da nossa estadia (6 dias), o que prejudicou a ventilação do quarto.
Travesseiros desconfortáveis... estavam "embolados", provavelmente por serem bem antigos.

Die Lage ist wirklich einmalig, es ist trotzdem schön ruhig.

Cons:

Die Organisation beim Frühstück ist wirklich ausbaufähig, da man zu Stoßzeiten häufig länger warten muss, bis ein Tisch frei wurde und man sitzt sehr eng beinander, sodass man teilweise an den Stühlen anderer gar nicht vorbeikommt. Auch die Auswahl und die Qualität des Frühstücks wären noch ausbaufähig.

Pros:

Grandezza e pulizia della stanza, letti comodi, silenzio, posizione abbastanza centrale nel quartiere Bayswater. Metro a 600m e fermate dell'autobus molto vicine.

Cons:

I tavoli per la colazione non sono tantissimi, quindi la mattina se non arrivi presto rischi di farti una mezz'ora di fila prima di metterti seduto. Naturalmente io sono andata a Pasqua quindi in un periodo molto affollato. Solitamente non è così.

Unfreundlicher und nicht auf den Kunden orientierter Service. Dass das in der heutigen Zeit noch möglich ist, sich dem Kunden gegenüber derart zu verhalten, ist kaum zu glauben. Dieses Hotel kann ich nicht weiterempfehlen.

Man hat mich als Kunden in nicht nachvollziehbarer Weise behandelt.

Chambre assez spacieuse.
Avec le bus ou le métro on est rapidement à Oxford Street.

Cons:

Salle du petit déjeuner beaucoup trop petite par rapport au nombre de chambres, il faut attendre pour avoir une place et parfois être mal installé.
Manque d'isolation entre les étages, nous avons eu le malheur d'avoir une chambre en dessous de quelqu'un qui marchait comme un éléphant et qui se couchait tard. Malgré plusieurs remarques à la réception, le client en question n'a pas su faire d'efforts.

Fantastico e rilassante
Pros:

Terza volta che torno… posizione strepitosa per muoversi con i mezzi, Hyde park per correre la mattina , la tranquillità di una zona residenziale, le salviette sempre morbide, la possibilità di lasciare i bagagli prima e dopo il check in e il check out.

Ci hanno offerto un upgrade della camera, peccato che la suite era al piano -1.
La colazione aveva pochissimo assortimento e la sala della colazione era molto piccola per ospitare gli ospiti all'ora di punta.
