L'emplacement, le calme de la rue, le personnal très agréable et accessible, la chambre très bien équipé et confortable, le petit déjeuner.

Pros:

Very clean, friendly, spacious hotel. Loved the location, very close to transport, great restaurants, walking distance to Hyde Park & other tourist attractions. Highly recommend this hotel.

Well located, clean and welcoming hotel.
Pros:

Close to public transport in a quiet area. Comfy bed. Close to convenience store and pub. Housekeeping did a good job.

Cons:

Room was a bit too hot and not easy to adjust the temperature. Think we must have been close to the service lifts as we could hear lift noise late into the night which disrupted sleep. The bathroom door could not be closed.

Bra frukostbuffé med bra urval .

Cons:

Beställde afternoon tea för 39 gbp pp som var ett skämt !!
Men personalen i matsalen räddade situationen med kompensation och fin service .Rhaisa som serverade oss var en stjärna .

Pros:

Ottima posizione vicina la fermata dei Bus e della metro, in zona elegante e tranquilla.
Struttura nuova, bella e camera ampia e pulita.
Personale super gentile e disponibile per ogni aiuto e informazione.

Cons:

La colazione poco varia, soprattutto la parte dolce. Da migliorare le bevande come il caffè e il cappuccino.
Una mattina ho ordinato una porzione di pancakes con la Nutella pagata extra, che non sembravano cucinati al momento ma simili a quelli confezionati del supermercato.
Inoltre assente il kit di cortesia in bagno.

Pros:

Rent og fint. Rommet var stort og praktisk. Super beliggenhet, nært Hyde Park og undergrunnsstasjon. Veldig rolig, lite støy fra gata.

Pros:

Everything, staff were fab room was gorgeous and imactulate. The room was spotless too. Food was great plenty choice and something for everyone.

Cons:

The wifi particularly on my own phone was a bit hit and miss. In some parts of the room it would connect, others it didnt. Not a huge deal as my trip wasnt for work, but could cause an issue if it was for someone who was.

Decoração. Simpatia dos colaboradores.

Cons:

O pequeno almoço era pouco variado e o espaço era diminuto. Era dificil chegar ao buffet e às meses. Varias vezes esperamos bastante até termos uma mesa para o pequeno almoço.

En recepción deberían brindar recomendaciones , ya que si bien el hotel se encuentra en una zona residencial y con muchos más hoteles hay partes oscuras y desoladas por la noche sin presencia policial y no teníamos idea de que te podían robar , después de lo sucedido nos indicaron tener cuidado con las motos, no pasar por calles desoladas y guardar pasaportes,.En otros países estás indicaciones me las daban al inicio pero no eran extremas solo cuidado con carteristas y siempre llevar pasaporte, en Londres la instrucción fue nunca sacar el pasaporte, pero se aconsejo al hotel que esas indicaciones deberían darse al inicio y nos pidieron las disculpas del caso.

Otro punto es que deberían mejorar la iluminación de la habitación.

Our most memorable 3 nights in London
Pros:

Our suite was modern, clean, big, the rainwater shower was the best. Bed comfortable, slept well. It had a fire exit just outside the room up to the street. WiFi was excellent. There were buttons for everything, e.g. run bath, hand shower, service my room, do not disturb... The coffee from the machine at breakfast was excellent, so were the croissants. The Hotel is in an old building done up recently so it's all shiny and new looking. Lovely walks through Hyde Park to Japan House, Marble Arch etc. (We were lucky with the weather!). All the staff were delightful.

Cons:

Our suite was in the basement with the others, apparently prior to refurbishment suits were upstairs with a view as described by Booking.com. The bath was sloped at both ends, which I didn't like as I found sitting up difficult. The 2 Samsung TVs were modern with excellent Freeview reception but didn't support apple play.
