Lovely Hotel
Pros:

Great location

Cons:

Their was a smell in the bathroom that was unpleasant.did complain on the Saturday but wasn't sorted so complain again on the Sunday and we were offered a new room but we were going home on the Sunday but we were given a free breakfast which was very nice .

Good location for Paddington Station and Hyde Park

Cons:

Asked for upper floor room and got a ground floor. Extremely noisy room 015 as above entry for staff and deliveries so woken in early hours with lots of noise for hours. Poor recycling.

Pros:

L'hotel è molto pulito e il personale del bar e in sala colazioni sempre molto disponibile e attento. Abbastanza comodo per i mezzi pubblici, la fermata del bus è a circa 5 minuti a piedi dall'albergo, mentre la stazione dei treni a circa 15 minuti.

Cons:

Il giorno della partenza c'è stato uno sciopero dei mezzi pubblici e lo abbiamo saputo arrivando al cancello della stazione.
Sarebbe bastato mettere un avviso in reception che indicava questo disguido invece di farcelo scoprire così. La ragazza al desk poi non è stata in grado di aiutarci con i taxi, dicendoci che essendoci sciopero, non c'erano auto disponibili. Abbiamo risolto in autonomia scaricando una delle tante app che gestiscono i taxi nella city e dopo la prenotazione , l'autista è arrivato in 10 minuti. Direi che non c'e stata una gran cura per il cliente in questa occasione: noi siamo abituati a girare ma se ci fosse stata una famiglia di persone meno pratiche con i telefoni o anziane cosa avrebbero fatto?

Thought the room would’ve been better for a junior suite. Next to the loft so noisy and no view apart from back of another building

Pros:

Location was perfect for what we were looking for. Having got tickets for a BST Hyde Park event - we wanted somewhere within walking distance - but not too close to the main Bayswater Road so that it was quiet on a night when sleeping.

Air-conditioning in the room was effective - and needed on such a hot day.

Cons:

The room was a bit dated in comparison to the reception area.

We could also hear people in the next room for most of the night - suggesting thin walls.

Being on the ground floor, we could also hear noise in our room from the restaurant area at breakfast.

Glad we booked the hotel in advance - as it became more expensive to book nearer to the date (presumably because of the BST event and other gigs also on in London at the same time) - and as such, it would not have been good value for money had we booked later and paid more money.

طاقم العمل. ممتاز ومتعاونين وودودين جدا وخدومين شكرا لكم

عندما كنا نائمين بالليل كانت عامله التنظيف او لا اعرف من هي تفتح الباب بشكل مزعج ولا تراعي كونا نائمين !!! ويبدو انها فتحت الغرفة بالغلط كما قالت لكن كانت طريقتها بفتح الباب مفاجأه جدا ومخيفة ❤️‍🩹

Great location to Hyde Park. The staff were so friendly at both check in/out. Breakfast was great.

Cons:

Only niggle was the hairdryer didnt work, it’s wired into the back of the dresser so cant get to the plug.

Schönes Hotel in ruhiger Lage am Hyde Park
Pros:

Das Hotel liegt sehr schön in einer Seitenstraße vom Hyde Park. Es gibt die rote Central Linie und die gelbe Circle Linie, um schnell in die Stadt oder direkt zur Liverpool Street (Stanstedt Airport) zu kommen. Zu Fuß kann man entspannt im Park spazieren gehen oder Notting Hill entdecken. Fußläufig sind viele Restaurants und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten vorhanden. Das Personal war sehr freundlich. Tolle Bar abends.

Cons:

Das Frühstück war okay. Unter dem Hotel fährt die Metro lang. Man kann das durchaus nachts hören. Es ist wie ein leichtes Grummeln bei Gewitter. Uns hat es nicht gestört. Die Klimaanlage hat nicht so gut funktioniert. Ist alle 3 Minuten ausgegangen. Aber man konnte ein Fenster öffnen.
