I always love staying at the Braid Hills Hotel. Staff and facilities are great and the restaurant is fab.

La colazione inclusa, posizione Comunque comoda per il centro, e l’albergo esternamente è molto carino

Costo per la qualità anche se sappiamo che era alta stagione, il divano letto molto scomodo, e il fatto che la camera era diversa da quella che avevamo prenotato

The views and quiet suburb.
Pros:

Quiet Suburb out of the city centre but excellent options for buses to get into town. The view and outlook was good.

Cons:

Room was very hot with no aircon but in hindsight the staff were very accommodating so if we had requested a fan, it probably would have been supplied.

Food was nice breakfast area needs to go back to original place as to clogged where it is. Receptionist helpful and friendly.

Cons:

Having to change rooms although second room was better. Decking by door needs sorting out as dangerous. Breakfast bit of a shambles as nothing available at same time. Had to wait for food and cups to be topped up.

Das alte Hotel braucht dringend eine umfangreiche Renovation
Pros:

Ruhige Lage mit Parkplatz, Nähe Busverbindungen.

Cons:

Wir bekamen für 200 Pfund pro Nacht, ein miserables Zimmer mit schmutzigem Teppich. Nach unserer Intervention gab es ein etwas besseres Zimmer.

Le service et en prticulier Anjeline très disponible, professionnelle avec beaucoup de bienveillance.
La terrasse et sa vie dégagée sur la ville.

Cons:

Un hôtel bien tenu mais dans son jus... un peu trop au regard des plafonds fissurés et du prix dz la chambre. Toutefois, notons que les tarifs hoteliers en Ecosse sont très élevés.

Hotel was fairly easy to access from the city centre and the building in itself is beautiful

Cons:

Communication with staff before arrival was a little difficult, then on arrival we were told to take a very long route with multiple stairs to our rooms even though we could have taken a much quicker route with no stairs, the room was a little shabby, very poor water pressure in the shower, the sofa bed was ok for one night but I would not have wanted to spend more time on it. Overall stay was ok but not great.

Overall, a comfortable stay in a convenient location with good amenities.
Pros:

Great location with easy access to the city centre by bus, free car parking, plus a nice bar and restaurant and a very comfortable bed.

Cons:

Eggs should always be available at breakfast, and during peak times there seemed to be a lack of staff. The room ceiling could use some refreshing, and the lack of air conditioning means the room can get quite hot on warm days.

Nettes Personal, Frühstück ganz gut. Busstation vor der Tür etwa 25min in die City zu fahren.

Cons:

Eher in die Jahre gekommendes Gebäude mit einfacher Ausstattung. Recht teuer aber für die Saison wahrscheinlich normal.

Aan het personeel weinig op te merken. Alles eromheen was vreselijk.

Cons:

De foto’s zijn misleidend. Dit hotel verkeert in een oude staat waar geen liefde in wordt gestoken. De sfeer is kil. Behang valt bijna van de muur af. Schimmel op de gordijnen. Iets verven doen ze ook niet. Het ontbijt stelde echt niks voor en wat er was werd niet bijgevuld. De eetzaal zag er ook echt niet uit. En die 10 minuten in het centrum is ook echt niet waar, misschien dat je dan aan de rand staat. Maar als je echt in het centrum wilt komen ben je met de auto zo 15-20 minuten minstens kwijt en met ov meer dan halfuur.

Die Lage war gut, die innenstadt war gut erreichbar entweder zu fuß (wer gut zu fuß ist) oder per Bus der 10 meter entfernt vom hotel fährt. Das empfangspersonal war freundlich. Das Hotel sah von aussen schön aus und hatten einen schönen Englisch-Schottischen Scharm.

Cons:

Das Zimmer sowie das Hotel im gesamten innen ist Renovierungsbedürftig. An vielen stellen, im zimmer sowie im Treppenhaus kamen uns die Tapeten entgegen. Das Personal war beim Frühstück sehr lustlos. Die teppiche in den Fluren und im Treppenhaus waren sehr alt und im hinteren Treppenhaus sah es sehr provisorisch aus da die teppiche an den rändern nicht sehr professionell geschnitten wurden und in gänze sah es eher ungemütlich aus.
