Would stay again
Pros:

Great location, easy to access city centre by walking or bus. Staff were super friendly and helpful. Apartment was extremely spacious and very clean. Would recommend!

Great value for money
Pros:

Really impressed, very good location, just a short walk from the castle area and train station, great staff, clean and up to date room. They stored our luggage for us before and after our stay, and gave recommendations on where to go. Really happy.

Peaceful and comfortable
Pros:

The location was amazing, very peaceful even though we were so close to the main road. Perfect location and walking distance to the Playhouse.

Cons:

I wasn't a fan of the breakfast.

It’s a nice place to stay and not far from town.
Pros:

The fact that they come and clean the room each day. I liked the combination of colours in the room.

Cons:

The size of the room was small. The cleaners did not check the soap when they came to clean the room. We had to go to reception to ask for more soap.

This is the best shelter for guests.
Pros:

1. Convenient location for us (and not only for us).2. Friendly and welcoming staff. 3. Cosy and quite comfortable room. 4. Reasonable price.

Excellent value, will stay again next time in Edinburgh
Pros:

Got a single room on my first night and a double room on my second night with a private bathroom included for a great price on a Sunday night. The location was excellent and I parked my car at Omni which is an easy 7 minute walk south, and is a great car park. Bed was extremely comfortable and since coming home I miss it!

Cons:

Parking discount at Edinburgh Omni centre displayed provides 20% off but other hotels offer a better parking discount. The room I stayed in also had a creaking floorboard which I imagine would've annoyed guests staying at rooms downstairs.
