Pros:

Very convenient location. Very kind hotel administrator (male). Delicious breakfast. Although the room overall needs cosmetic repairs, the bedding was of good quality and pleasant. On a positive note, there were blackout curtains, which allow for complete darkness.

Cons:

The hotel room was very small. The heating was on and the room was incredibly hot. The TV didn't work. There was mold in the shower. The shower door was damaged and it was difficult to close. The hotel room needs cosmetic repairs.

Location, decent breakfast, very polite and friendly staff

Cons:

The Sauna advertised doesn't seem to exist. There are no signs leading to it. It was mysteriously out of order for the whole of my stay.
My room wasn't cleaned in 3 days.
The bathroom was little more than a portacabin with a shower, yellowing plastic and all.

Pros:

Läget och kommunikationerna är utmärkta! Nära Paddington och Hyde Park men lugn gata och fint område. Promenadavstånd till Oxford street. Mycket vänlig personal. Tyst, bekväma sängar. Varmt vatten och tillräckligt tryck för att tvätta även långt hår.

Cons:

74 trappsteg i branta trappor (ingen hiss) är en utmaning även för den med pigga ben! Lägg därtill tjock heltäckningsmatta… Trist frukostutbud. Badrum i form av modul av plast, mycket trångt (och vi är små).

The staff was incredibly kind and nice. Position is near the tube, perfect to visit London

Cons:

The hotel is kind of old, shower tap was broken and temperature difficult to regulate. Choice for breakfast was limited and there were few tables compared to the number of guests.

Buena relación calidad-precio .
Pros:

La ubicación muy buena , el personal atento , estaba limpio y cómodo. Desayuno incluido a elegir inglés , o café o leche con tostadas o cereales .

Cons:

Nos tocó en la cuarta planta sin ascensor , escaleras muy empinadas con partes como de caracol un poco incómodas para subir y bajar maleta .

Good price, but poor facilities
Pros:

- excellent location to move around
- Staff was nice, we were given a complimentary drink upon arrival
- I guess for the location, it would be a very good price, but all the downsides are below

Cons:

- spiderwebs on walls
- the double room that we were given wasn’t in Kingsway Hotel, it was Admiral Hotel, which is next door, but we weren’t notified in advance
- it is an extremely small room - we would have to move one by one because 2 people standing wouldn’t fit at the same time
- the door handle to the bathroom isn’t even a handle - it looks like a cupboard handle and the door is never fully closed
- you cannot sit properly on the toilet, you either have your knees in the shower or you sit diagonally
- the wifi doesn’t work! I flagged this to the receptionist and all he could say was “sorry”, so I had to buy roaming data
- the only option for breakfast is English breakfast, so if you’re not into beans, sausage, or toast in the morning, you can only get a bowl of cereal
