Really excellent customer service, very nice interiors, everything functions.
Pros:

Close to Kensington garden, really nice and peaceful location close to bus, underground and trains. Easy to arrive from London Heathrow.

Deben mejorar limpieza y estado de las instalaciones.

Eenvoudig, maar prima verblijf voor een city trip naar Londen
Pros:

Eenvoudig, maar keurig hotel, zonder extra's. Geen lobby of zithoek. De term 'Deluxe slaapkamer' maakt zijn naam niet waar. Kamer klein, vooraf bekend, maar bed ook klein. Eenvoudig ontbijt, maar daar is de prijs naar. Kamer nikett groot, mar wel schoon, evenals de douche/toiletruimte. Personeel is vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Voor het overige prima gelegen in nette en rustige buurt. Op korte loopafstand van station en metro, goeie verbindingen met vliegveld en centrum stad + overige wijken. Verder is het Hyde Park op korte loopafstand en als je even doorloopt it je in Kenington en loop je door naar Harrods. Paddington heeft voldoende eettentjes en pubs/café's te bieden.

Cons:

Geen gelegenheid om buiten je kamer even rrustig te zitten.

Troppa disorganizzazione e confusione!

Troppi imprevisti.
Durante il check in le camere (3) sono state assegnate in modo sbagliato.
Avevo richiesto con anticipo una culla per un bambino ma il primo giorno sono riusciti a recuperarla solo in serata scoprendo poi esser rotta (e molto sporca). Il bambino la prima notte ha dovuto dormire con i genitori. Nessun frigo nelle camere. Lavandini piccolissimi. La receptionist, seppur molto disponibile, era in struttura da nemmeno una settimana. Sarebbe stato bene affiancarla da qualcuno.

Matelas confortables.
Petit-déjeuner simple et sans prétention mais correct.

Chambre sur cour un peu tristoune. Salle de bains toute petite avec les WC.

Loistavaa palvelua. Oltiin neljä yötä. Ensimmäinen 2 päivää huoneemme oli ylimmässä kerroksessa ja kiipeäminen sinne oli kovan työn takana. Henkilökunta lupasi jo ensimmäisenä päivänä, että pääsemme alemmas heti kun huone sieltä vapautuu ja näin myös kävi.
