Lovely find in London - Aesthetically pleasing and close to shops
Pros:

The room and bathroom was decent. The bed was comfortable and the TV worked well.
The aesthetic of the interior of the hotel was beautiful, especially around the reception area, which, naturally is British Themed. I adore the Receptionist that greeted us. She was so cheerful and helpful; she understood what the definition of exceptional customer service is and went above and beyond to help us and make us feel at home.
The other lady Receptionist in the night time was lovely too.
It is only 5 minutes walk from Queensway, so it is very close to Hyde Park and places to eat/shop.
Breakfast was great too.

The stairs! But I guess that you cannot help it, with these old buildings!

When we checked out, we left our bags in temporary storage and when we came back to get the bags, we asked the lovely receptionist if we could change (it was REALLY hot weather!) and the lovely receptionist told us that is fine and directed us to the staff-room/toilets downstairs. Mum and I both needed to change and so we walked in together, with the intention of saving time and space. The Cleaner saw and told us off for being there, despite the receptionist giving us permission. She followed on by pushing my Mum and closing the door on me, which did not live up to the 'caring' part of the hotel's name.
We were left shocked, confused and saddened because the rest of our experience was great.

Creeped out by the bed bugs.
Pros:

Good location. Continental breakfast was good.

Cons:

Did not like the blood sucking bed bugs in our room. It was evident from the marked sheets the bugs had been there some time, on arrival we were too tired to notice. When advising reception of this when checking out they did seem surprised or concerned. The bed bug room is number 6, though likely there will be others. We squashed a few on the sheets which left blood stain marks. Bathroom was very small.

Distância a pe de Paddington. com muitas opções de restaurantes no entorno. Staff atencioso, bom cafe da manhã, quarto limpo.

Cons:

Para os alérgicos, vale destacar que o quarto tinha carpete.

Staff molto gentile e letti comodi. Posizione comoda per muoversi coi mezzi

Cons:

La camera è minuscola, con moquette sporca così come le tende, scarsa illuminazione. La colazione è povera e la sala troppo piccola per accogliere i clienti, molto rumorosa e con odori. Il costo, sebbene a Londra, è assolutamente spropositato rispetto alla tristezza della struttura

Cons:

Le lit, l'oreiller et les draps ne valent pas de la merde. Pas de clime. Chambre étroite avec capsule toilette/douche en plastique à l'interieur de la chambre. On ne ramasse pas les déchets de la chambre. Décevant.

Pros:

Posizione ottima diverse fermate della metro vicine, negozi e ristoranti ,quartiere tranquillo e signorile .

Cons:

Bagno molto piccolo, mancanza di pulizia già all’inizio del soggiorno , moquette e bagno sporchi, polvere ovunque . Colazione scarsa . Anche il riordino quotidiano pessimo il bagno non veniva pulito .
Non vale il prezzo speso a parte che per la posizione che è ottima .

Kamer geschikt voor 3 personen met 3 losse bedden, was in ons geval precies wat we zochten.

Cons:

Kleine ontbijtzaal, mega druk ook omdat er teveel mensen in hotel slapen om allemaal tegelijk te kunnen ontbijten. Kamer was niet geheel schoon en badkamer was echt mini. Ramen konden wel op een kier, maar ze waren wel echt vies en binnenplaats was ook vies waar we dan "uitzicht" op hadden.

Wir würden immer wieder dieses Hotel für einen Londontrip buchen.
Pros:

Die Lage Nähe Paddington Station, Kensington Park und gute Busverbindung zum Zentrum.
Nettes, älteres aber gepflegtes Hotel mit sehr freundlichem Personal und gutem Frühstück inkl.

Cons:

Ohne Aufzug und Probleme mit der Warmwasserversorgung im Bad.
Sehr schlechte Internetverbindung.

4 piso sin ascensor!

El personal es amable

Cons:

La habitacion estaba en el piso 4 y no había ascensor, la habitación era muy chica, además entraba frío por la ventana. El desayuno es sólo hasta las 9:30
