If I was to be really picky the tv’s could do with an upgrade - perhaps with the option to stream your own Netflix/Disney etc so there’s more than just freeview tv to choose from.

You can also hear the Victoria line quite clearly in this area of London, with the tube running underground every few minutes - like a frequent rumbling/deep underground hum; this is obviously a TFL issue and not the hotels fault but if you’re bothered by this sort of thing then bring your ear plugs.

There was no lift but we had a room on the ground floor as requested due to health issues , the rooms are quite small but that wasn’t a problem for us as the rooms were very clean & cosy .

Det er en smal trapp opp til rommene, ingen heis. En av oss hadde enkelt værelse og ble plassert i underetasjen, uten vindu. Rommene var små og tildels veldig små, akkurat plass til å åpne en koffert. Ingen servering av frokost

Wer Schlafkomfort mag, ist hier an der völlig falschen Stelle. Bett ist winzig, halb unter dem Fensterbrett mit der einen Seite. Meine Tochter hat sich fast die Nase gebrochen beim Aufstehen.
Die andere Seite zum Raum hin in 402 war abschüssig und man hat das Gefühl aus dem Bett zu fallen. Es war in einem 4 Sterne Hotel auf mehrfache Nachfrage nicht möglich eine zweite Decke zu bekommen! Ich musste 3 Tage eine Decke mit meiner Frau teilen. Ein absoluter Witz!
Toilettenabzug funktionierte nicht und die Zimmer waren winziger als winzig.

Someone tried to access my room during the night

First room was incredibly small. Just enough for a bed and a tiny hall to place our suitcases. TV remote was missing, so management was kind enough to change our room to one with more space. Very much appreciated.

My experience with Mornington London was extremely frustrating from the very beginning. When I arrived, I was told I couldn’t check into my room due to an issue they had with a leak. While I understand that problems can happen, the way it was handled was very poor. There was little communication, no real apology, and I had to insist on being given a proper solution.

Eventually, they arranged for me to stay at another hotel, Victor Hotel, but this felt more like an afterthought than a genuine effort to fix the situation. The room there was extremely small and far from what I had originally booked and paid for. It was uncomfortable, cramped, and overall very disappointing.

The whole experience felt disorganised and unprofessional. Being moved to a completely different hotel with lower standards is not acceptable, especially without offering any compensation or ensuring the alternative matches the original booking.

Overall, a very negative experience—I wouldn’t recommend staying here based on how poorly this situation was handled.

de kamers zijn wel heel erg klein er waren zelfs geen kasten om je kleding in op te bergen alleen een paar hakjes aan de muur en de paar planken en 1 lade verder was de kamer wel goed verzorgt
