For reservations of 5 rooms or more, the hotel will charge your credit card 25% of the total booking cost at the time of booking. This amount is nonrefundable. The remaining 75% will be charged to your credit card 14 days before your arrival date.
The credit card used to make the booking must be presented upon check-in. If the booking is made by a third party, please contact the property directly to make alternative arrangements.
Cancellation Policy (Multiple Bookings):
For reservations of 5 rooms or more, cancelations made less than 28 days before arrival will result in the hotel charging your credit card the cost of the entire reservation.
Extra beds must be requested directly with the hotel when booking to ensure availability.
Please note that the hotel will charge your credit card for the amount of 1 night, 48 hours prior to arrival.

You will lightly hear the metro
Mornington hotel jsme navštívili poprvé. Především nás mile překvapilo chování personálu, který je ochotný a nadmíru milý a ochotný. Bohužel nás nemohli ubytovat z důvodu prasklého potrubí, tak nás přesunuli k sesterskému hotelu (200 metrů vzdáleného od Mornington hotelu), kde jsme dostali opravdu velký pokoj (snad 20 m2). Všude byli velmi milí a ochotní. Rádi doporučujeme ostatním.
Jen škoda, že jsme nebyli kontaktováni dříve o změně hotelu, naštěstí se celá situace rychle vyřešila, a tak na pobyt v tomto hotelu vzpomínáme jen kladně a v superlativech!

Shower head a little big for the cubicle
The staff was very friendly and helpful. The bathroom was really clean and the room was spacious and it had everything we needed. I enjoyed the small separate entrance hallway for the room to leave your jacket and shoes.
The sheets were stained. Also the room was in the basement and the bouler kept making noise all night. Luckily noise was not too bad and we were able to sleep comfortably. For light, windows in that room helped a lot. Not sure how the rooms without windows are though!
