La ubicación

Cons:

No tiene ascensor, la habitacion económica es muy pequeña y en un cuarto piso por escaleras angosta y empinada. Los hoteles de la zona son caros e incómodos, es difícil encontrar precio calidad.

Booked the room spontaneously because of a cancelled flight. Upon arrival at the hotel (between 7pm and 8pm) I was told that the room isn't available and I should cancel the booking and that I would get a refund. In the end I did not get a refund (more than 5 weeks passed), contacted the booking service team and when they asked for confirmation from the hotel the refund was denied by the hotel staff. So I paid 117GBP for a room that did not exist, I would call this a scam.

Konnten nicht wie versprochen um 14:00 Uhr einchecken. Erst um 19:00 Uhr. Danach mussten wir in ein anderes Hotel gehen. Fenster waren undicht daher ganze Nacht kalt und laut. Einmal nie wieder. Personal unerfahren, unfreundlich. Viel zu kleines Zimmer für zwei Personen. Zwei Koffer und kein Platz um auf das WC zugehen. Zimmer wurde selten gemacht. Zuwenig Badetücher kein WC Papier. Absolut nicht 4 Stern würdig. Koffer selbständig in den 3 Stock getragen.

Increíble , bien ubicado cerquisa de la estación Victoria zona tranquila

La ubicación, funcional, limpio , se descansa bien,

Indicaban que personal hablaba español, pero no fue así, sin embargo fueron muy amables y se esforzaban para poder entendernos. Lo único malo es que nos tocó una suite en el último piso 4to y no hay ascensor , tienen una escalera muy estrecha. Pero por lo demás muy bueno, zona tranquila cerca de restaurantes, uno italiano o Sole Mío muy bueno hablan español

The area was vary safe and nice, close to trains, tubes and theaters. Easy to get to. Staff very nice and helpful. Available if needed.
Room had everything that was needed as it was a base for us to explore and just needed to sleep and shower there.
No noise, heard the tubes going past but not too bad.
Bed comfy, room had everything needed, not much space but big enough so no issues. Bathroom all clean and good shower, door just need little repair and drain freshener but was fine and fully suitable.

Would recommend and use again.

First night was poor due to room size and layout.
However the morning staff changed our room and this was much better.
Day staff were brilliant.
