For reservations of 5 rooms or more, the hotel will charge your credit card 25% of the total booking cost at the time of booking. This amount is nonrefundable. The remaining 75% will be charged to your credit card 14 days before your arrival date.
The credit card used to make the booking must be presented upon check-in. If the booking is made by a third party, please contact the property directly to make alternative arrangements.
Cancellation Policy (Multiple Bookings):
For reservations of 5 rooms or more, cancelations made less than 28 days before arrival will result in the hotel charging your credit card the cost of the entire reservation.
Extra beds must be requested directly with the hotel when booking to ensure availability.

They were truly indifferent and apathetic. The cleaner threw away a bag with personal belongings and no one did anything about it. Although it was a beautiful hotel, I would not recommend it to anyone for the following reason: they threw away a bag with my personal belongings even though it was not in the trash or next to it. No one responded to my emails and no one cared. Truly unacceptable for a hotel in a relatively good location.
An affordable and very clean hotel in a prime location.
The queen room was tinier than it was made to appear in the photos, however the bathroom wasn’t cramped at all which more than made up for the tiny room.

Todo perfecto!!!, ubicación excelente, habitación basica pero con todo lo necesario, atención perfecta por parte del personal de recepción, te guardan el equipaje si llegas antes del check in, y como no hay opción de desayuno, tienes un bar a 2 min anadando que tienes un 15% de descuento por alojarte en el hotel, la verdad es que estamos muy contentos!!! Lo recomendamos 100%!!!

The stuff was very friendly and the room was very clean. The hotel is situated very close to the Buckingham palace and the Big Ben.
The room was too small and they didnt't have a wardrobe to put our clothes. And there was a problem in bathroom with the mold
