For reservations of 5 rooms or more, the hotel will charge your credit card 25% of the total booking cost at the time of booking. This amount is nonrefundable. The remaining 75% will be charged to your credit card 14 days before your arrival date.

Cancellation Policy (Multiple Bookings):
For reservations of 5 rooms or more, cancelations made less than 28 days before arrival will result in the hotel charging your credit card the cost of the entire reservation.

Hotel is in a great location, a 10 minute walk from Victoria train / coach station. Room was clean and staff were welcoming and friendly. It was perfect for the occasion as I booked last minute (the night before an event I was attending)
Nothing much to say. Room is small so if you were a couple it might be tight for space but it has everything you need such as ironing board and iron, hairdryer, clean shower facilities in your room.
The room was clean, comfortable and quiet, and that those are the things that mattered.
It was a very small room, barely enough room to open one's bag, and the shower cubicle was particularly small. But it served its purpose for a one-night stopover.
Posizione ottima, mezz'oretta a piedi da Westminster, con il nostro passo anche 20 minuti. Metro e stazione di Victoria a pochi passi, quartiere molto bello e ben curato, ricco di pub e cibo tipico!
I ragazzi che ci hanno accolto super gentili, ci hanno anche permesso di lasciare le valigie un'intera giornata nella hall.

The neighborhood was quiet and quaint
The older townhouse stairs went on forever to get to the top floor, with luggage this can be a real challenge. Be aware, there is no lift available at this property. If not on the first floor there will be narrow and steep stairs.

Stairs to the upper levels where our room was could be challenging for other people, especially with heavier baggage. No lifts!
Schoon en frisse badkamer, fijn bed. Goed gelegen, op loopafstand van Victoria station en Themes. Op loopafstand drie heerlijke restaurants en een gezellig pub.
De afmeting van het bed, dat hadden we niet goed gezien.
Location was spot-on. Room was clean & tidy. Staff were very polite & courteous & helpful. Nice modern shower facility (although pity there was nowhere to hang towels and/or clothes in tiny ensuite as hanger on door was useless).
Had to travel up 7 long flights of stairs to get to room. The last flight being particularly steep & narrow especially when carrying heavy travel luggage. No prior explanation of this mentioned when booking. Not ideal when you and your partner are elderly pensioners of 75 years of age. Stayed for 4 nights and there wasn't anything like enough wardrobe facility to cater for storeage of clothes for several days. Ended up being a bit like living out a suitcase. The description of reservation was "Superior Double Room". I would hate to have stayed in just a "Double Room" that wasn't "Superior".

There was loud intrusive noise coming through the ceiling vent from the plumbing of the room above. I think it was each time toilet was flushed! Needs to be investigated.
