Goed voor een korte citytrip in een rustige buurt. En dicht bij de underground.
Pros:

De kamer was in orde, heel proper. Zeer vriendelijk personeel, je kon er alles aan vragen al men vragen werden beantwoord. Op 10 minuten van Pimlico underground.

Cons:

Kwam redelijk wat licht onder de deur door maar daar hadden we een handdoek voor gelegd en dat probleem was opgelost :) Misschien dat ze daar iets kunnen voorzien. :)

'Maintenance' caused us to have to get ready in a cleaning cupboard
Pros:

Staff were very kind and supportive. Room was nice.

Cons:

'Maintenance' was apparently being done, meaning we had to check in 4 hours later than requested.

Since we had to be at an event at the new check-in time (18:00 instead of 14:00), we ended up having to get changed and ready in a 'staff room', which was effectively a large cleaning cupboard. This completely unacceptable. Further to this, no compensation was offered.

Will not be returning on this basis.

Parfait, si c’était à refaire je reviendrai ici
Pros:

L’emplacement est top, les principales lignes de métros sont à proximité.
Proche des commerces.
Proche des lieux importants à pied et en métro.
Facile d’accès depuis l’aéroport Londres Stansted (une ligne de métro et le train)

Cons:

Il manque un peu de rangement.

Τοποθεσία, ωραίο κτίριο προσεγμένο. Ωραίο δωμάτιο αλλα μικρό.

Cons:

Μικρό, σεντόνια αν και είπαμε για αλλαγή δεν μας άλλαξαν. Αλλα αρκετά μικρό σε φάση δεν χωράνε δυο άνθρωποι με βαλίτσες άνετα

La posizione e lo staff

Cons:

La camera era visibilmente sporca fin dal primo giorno e dispongo di foto che lo dimostrano. Inoltre la TV non funzionava (anche in questo caso ho documentazione fotografica) e nella stanza non era presente l’armadio, nonostante fosse indicato nella descrizione al momento della prenotazione.

Aggiungo che sono un soggetto allergico e la presenza di molta polvere mi ha causato difficoltà respiratorie durante il soggiorno. Inoltre, in 5 giorni non è mai stata effettuata alcuna pulizia della stanza.

Petit Week-end à Londres
Pros:

Hotel avec emplacement idéal proche gare de Victoria, beau quartier, chambre propre et personnels tres gentils :)

Cons:

Chambre un tout petit peut petite, pour un week-end c’est pas dérangeant mais je pense que pour un séjour plus long ça peut déranger certaines personnes.
