Good value small hotel run by a dedicated family.
Pros:

Location friendly staff self serve breakfast was ample. Comfy bed.

Cons:

Can be noisy with first responder sirens going off but expected in London. Just close the double glazed windows! Lots of stairs if you are located on the top floors.

Pros:

Great location. Staff were lovely. Shower nice and hot. Breakfast was fine.

Cons:

I booked a twin and got a double. Not a huge issue but bed was quite small. The cleaning was generally ok but there was some dust in corners/crevices that I didn't expect.

Pros:

Avis was a great host who also assisted with an itinerary of the attractions I was interested in. His suggestions also saved me so much money as he recommended rail travel.

The breakfast was a bit blend. They could have added warm food such as fried eggs...sausages etc

I booked a room but when I arrived I was told the room was taken by others and I didn’t get it back because those who took my room were outside and they didn’t have their contact. They didn’t check the sign or ID. Totally unacceptable mistake and I booked a new hotel myself. They paid the uber but I didn’t get any contact about further compensation which they promised me

Skandal! Omijajcie, obiekt tragiczny!

Lokalizacja jest jedynym atutem

Cons:

Właściwie to był najgorszy obiekt (bo trudno to nazwać hotelem), w którym nocowałam, a podróżuje sporo. Drzwi się nie zamykają, ściany z papieru, skrzypiąca podłoga, słychać dosłownie wszystko. Nieszczelne okna! Latem - choć taka pora roku chyba w UK nie występuje - to jeszcze ok, ale w innych porach roku - nieakceptowalne. Warunki bardzo skromne, pokój i łazienka klaustrofobiczne - osoby z otylością będą miały problem aby korzystać z kabiny prysznicowej czy sedesu. Rozumiem, że może być skromnie, ale wszędzie panował totalny brud! Kurz, pajęczyny, brudne zasłonki, smród wykładziny, a nawet - ślady kału w muszli sedesowej! Nasz pokój wyglądał jakby był kompletnie nie sprzątany na nasz przyjazd, choć widać było ślady płynu do dezynfekcji w wc. Skąd zatem te 'pozostałości' w muszli po poprzednich gościach? Życzę właścicielowi i pracownikowi, który przygotowywał nasz pokój żeby w każdym hotelu do którego się udadzą też zastawili taki widok jak my. Śniadanie skandaliczne - przemysłowy chleb, ser i najtańsza szynka konserwowa, dżemy, nutella i jakieś mini pomidorki - jedzenie nie donoszone, jak przyjdziesz później to dla ciebie moze nie starczyć. Obsługa nie reagowała na prośby o doniesienie czegokolwiek.

Es la segunda vez que me hospedó allí. Tiene excelente ubicación, es muy tranquilo el lugar y el personal es muy amable. A pesar de ubicarse en una avenida muy transitada ( cerca de una estación de policía y de un hospital) depende de la ubicación de la habitación, se puede descansar.
