Pros:

La ubicación, muy cerca de todo. Y el barrio. Chelsea es un lugar hermoso.
La atención del personal muy buena. Todos muy amables. Fueron muy considerados al ayudarnos a resolver un problema con las reserva de un taxi de Booking.com.

Bastante bien.
Pros:

La señora que nos atendió en el desayuno y el colchón. El cuarto de baño tambien era muy bonito y cómodo.

Cons:

Tuvimos que pedir que nos limpiaran la habitación porque solo hacían la cama y el polvo de la moqueta ...
No tiene ascensor. Son solo 3 plantas, pero hay que tenerlo en cuenta cuando se llevan maletas grandes o movilidad reducida.

Es ist unvorstellbar, wie das Hotel so gute Bewertungen bekommen kann. Unser Zimmer war dreckig, in den 5 Tagen wurde kein einziges Mal sauber gemacht. Lediglich frische Handtücher wurden jeden Tag gebracht.
Frühstück ist eher spartanisch. Toast, Käse , Schinken, ein bisschen Gemüse, Joghurt aus der Großpackung wo sich jeder rausnimmt und Flakes. Und der Frühstücksraum ist so klein, dass man nur im Schichtbetrieb essen kann. Für das Geld hätten wir uns definitiv mehr erwartet und sind vom Hotel enttäuscht.
Das einzige positive ist tatsächlich die Lage.

La localización es perfecta...tiene una parada de metro y varias de Bus muy cerca y además hay muchos restaurantes cerca para cenar.
El desayuno correcto y las habitaciones limpias, suficiente para lo que necesitamos para hacer turismo por Londres

Ik zou hier niet nog eens naar toe gaan

Het was dichtbij waar we moesten zijn dus dat was fijn

Cons:

Ontbijt zeer slecht, niet eens de moeite om de croissantjes o.i.d op te warmen, zat ook weinig variatie in. Kamer was gewoon vies, overal spinnenwebben en de douche zat onder de schimmel.

Pros:

El cuarto era espacioso y dan opción a guardar tu equipaje con ellos si tienes que ya hacer el check out pero tu vuelo/tren sale mas tarde

Cons:

No parece tener la mejor limpieza profunda (techo del baño con telarañas) y cuando hacen la limpieza de los cuartos dejan todo fuera sabiendo que no hay mucho espacio para moverse

Die Lage ist sehr gut, die Nähe zur Bahn und Gastronomie. Das Frühstück war absolut ausreichend. Das Personal war auch sehr freundlich.

Cons:

Es gab recht wenig Ablagefläche und in unserem 3 Bettzimmer war das Lüftergeräusch recht laut. Mit Ohropax aber kein Problem
