Great location
We were in the basement, I prefer rooms with light though it was big, I was a bit cold first night too

2 parcs, 10mn et 15mn de l'hôtel, agréable.
Un métro à 7 mn direct au centre de Londres.
La fenêtre de la chambre(rdc) donnait sur une autre fenêtre à une distance de 2m.
Il Soggiorno presso l'Hotel è stato ottimo. Personale molto disponibile e cordiale, camera comoda e confortevole, ampia cura dei dettagli che spesso fa la differenza. A mio avviso la posizione dell'Hotel è ideale: vicina alle stazioni della metropolitana ed al tempo stesso collocata in un quartiere "tranquillo" dove godere della vita da londinese.

Booked rooms at short notice after being let down by Airbnb con artists; booking and check-in a breeze. Staff extremely friendly. Room clean and well-appointed, if a little small (but other rooms were larger). Good location, close to two Tube stations.
Not much! We didn't have the breakfast, which we thought a little expensive. Hotel is on Chiswick High Road, so traffic noise starts early in the morning; but hey, it's a (big) city. But otherwise, very little to complain about.
