Ehmm really i cant say anything negative about this hotel.
The property was having major renovations done in the hotel. The reception desk had painters and decorators surrounding it. I’m sure it will look great when it’s finished, but to check into a hotel that is surrounded by scaffolding and having decorators is not what I anticipated when booking my stay.
Great location, close to the bus stop and underground, lovely neighbourhood, quiet.
The hotel is in the process of renovation, so be prepared for compromises until it is done.

Location suited our trip
Hotel was undergoing renovations which we were NOT told about before arriving.
Despite paying £156 for our room it was very poor. It was the size of a shoe box - less than 6ft wide so for two of us we had virtually no room to move in there without tripping over each other. No way was it big enough to be a double room as was booked! The room was next to a main entrance so the total lack of any insulation in the walls meant we were kept awake by everyone coming n going outside our room.
The breakfast room was closed for renovations so the ‘breakfast box’ they delivered to the room was meant to replace this. However the box didn’t contain essential items such as bowls or cutlery for the muesli, or knifes for the croissant
Great room, great location, really friendly and helpful staff, clean, had a car park.
We weren't informed beforehand that the hotel was undergoing refurbishment so the breakfast room and reception were out of action. Although great the hotel had a car park, I felt it was expensive at £17 per day including reservation.
Excellent Location. Set over two buildings. Parking available and outside space. Had a basement suite which was quiet as on a busy junction of main roads.
The entry doors make a lot of noise constantly slammed 😬. Outside door to rooms 404/407 didn’t automatically lock so potential security issue. Unannounced refurbishment works in progress, will be exceptional when complete.
