Cons:

Basement rooms despite saying there was a window. The windows were dark no natural light. No bin or fridge in the room. Mattresses very hard and uncomfortable.

Excellent value, great staff and good value for money in excellent location.
Pros:

Location, size of twin beds, appointment of bathroom, on site parking great value, price of rooms and receptiveness of staff.

Cons:

Needs another bin in main room and blackout curtain on side window. Luggage rack would be nice. Have stayed before and definitely stay again.

Excellent stay!
Pros:

We had a great experience staying here; clean and spacious rooms and bathrooms with plenty of storage space and excellent water pressure in the showers. Their very welcoming and friendly staff went out of their way to make us feel comfortable. Hotel is located in a fun neighbourhood just outside of the actual center, but still has many fun shops and restaurants and an Underground station on the useful District line closeby. Very positive experience staying here and will certainly do so again in the future!

Sehr bequeme Betten, frische Handtücher, nettes Personal.

Cons:

Das Hotel wird gerade renoviert. Wir hatten ein sehr dunkles Zimmer, kein richtiges Lügten möglich, keine Ablagemöglichkeiten im Bad vorhanden, kein Haken, kein Fön, es stank nach Abguss. Frühstück sehr mau, sehr wenig Auswahl, immer das Gleiche.
