If I have to redo it again, I wouldn’t book this hotel.

Location is not that far from the Paddington Station.

Cons:

Receptionist- the woman that is sitting at the front counter when you checked in and having breakfast is very unfriendly, miserable and overall shouldn’t be the kind of employee you would want to put at that desk. She hated that job and was the worst person I have dealt with when in any hotel.

No elevator- we have two young kids 5,7 and have luggages since we have flown in internationally. They gave us the room that is at the very top floor. The stairs are old and narrow. My 5 years old fell off steps as it gets narrower as you go higher floor.

Shower - the shower is broken. It wouldn’t stay up so end up holding it up the whole time using the shower.

Polecam każdemu Londyńskie muzea i klimat już kolejny raz skradł moje serce.
Pros:

W pokoju czysto i schludnie. Śniadanie bardzo smaczne ( choć jajecznica lub parówki były by miło widziane). Świetny kontakt z obsługą, czułam się zaopiekowana i wiedziałam co zrobić w przypadku problemu. Jak na krótki wyjazd super miejsce niedaleko do wielu atrakcji w centrum. Dostęp do czajnika z kawą i herbatą. Suszarka do włosów i czyste ręczniki

La ubicación, y la barriada.

Cons:

El cambio de toballas, no existía.
Perdimos el desayuno dos días, por falta de información, y por no dejar elejir, te imponen el horario.
La escalera del tercer piso, era para escalar, Ni amplia, ni los escalones de tamaño adecuado.
No tenía ascensor, cosa no informada, y habitación en tercer piso.
Tubimos que realizar el check in en otro Hotel, que no estaba informado de nuestra llegada, y tubimos que pelear para conseguir la habitación.

Buen hotel, buena ubicación
Pros:

Hotel ordenado y con una ubicación excelente, a una cuadra de la estación Paddington, cerca de varios locales comerciales.
Desayuno bien, ok para arrancar la mañana.
Personal amable.

Good value for money
Pros:

Close to Paddington. Great breakfast. Very kind staff who helped us with luggage up to the third floor.

Cons:

No lift but that was expected. Very noisy people in the next room but not the hotel’s fault.

De ligging, prijs/kwaliteit en vooral het vriendelijk onthaal van Ariadne.

La ubicación la cama cómoda pero la ropa de cama escasa y corta

Cons:

El baño muy pequeño no mono mando en lavabo. Alcachofa de ducha torcida y fija en el techo. Nunca entraron a limpiar. Muy pocas toallas y poco gel. Edredón corto. Bufet súper escaso

Tolle Lage und nettes Personal machte dieses kleine, aber feine Hotel mit Charme besonders!
Pros:

Das Hotel war klein, aber fein und hatte alles was es für einen Städtetrip brauchte, bei dem man meist nur zum Schlafen im Hotel ist. Die Lage ist toll und der Standart war London-typisch und in Ordnung. Die Sauberkeit war völlig okay! Unser Zimmer wurde 1x täglich gereinigt. Eine Klobürste wäre ganz gut gewesen 😉
Das Personal war freundlich und das Frühstück war auch völlig ausreichend, um in den Tag zu starten.
Wir würden nochmal buchen.

Das Bad war etwas old-school. Aber funktioniert hat alles 😃
