Okay experience
Pros:

I was really happy about the fact that there was plenty of hot water. The subway station is very close by which was a huge plus and a few shops around.

Cons:

The room was nothing special and also we stayed on 5th floor and there was some loud noise every few minutes which made it impossible to sleep at night. I think it was either heating or the water boiler going on and off as people used it or so.
The bed was quite hard, wasn't too bad though. I could maybe stay here again but not sure if all rooms had the same experience. Also the bed was supposed to be super king and it was just two single put together.

Excellent staff and location, and nothing sub-par in this stay. Recommend !
Pros:

The highlight of our stay here was the service staff, who were extremely helpful at all times. The room and sheets were clean, though not particularly spacious. The location is great, just off Gloucester Road Station (District, Circle, and Piccadilly Lines, so it's pretty easy to get anywhere in London rather quickly).

Cons:

The mattress was hard, and while some people might sleep better on these it's not necessarily to everyone's taste. There's little luxury, but if you're focused on visiting the city you should be fine.

Typiskt budgethotell om man inte har höga förväntningar. Men personalen var oerhört trevlig!
Pros:

Fanns ingen frukost. Närmaste ställe ca 10 minuters promenad bort.

Cons:

Städningen var dålig, badrummet iskallt.

Hotellet ligger som forventet lidt uden for London. Men jeg ville ikke anbefale det til nogen over 165cm da man i junior

Der var rent og personalet var hjælpsom og imødekommende

Cons:

Værelset levet delvist op til forventningen hvis man ikke var højre end 165cm kunne man tage et brusebad og sengen manglede en topmadras. Det var som at sove på gulvet så hård var madrassen/sengen

Pros:

The room was warm enough & the one & only lift was working so I enjoyed my stay.
Convenient for public transport to central London.
Convenient supermarkets close by

Cons:

I am 73 & did not appreciate having to carry my heavy luggage up 2 flights of steep stairs from the 4th floor lift to my 5th floor (top floor) room
Also my room was £100 dearer for my 4 night stay compared with the same room last
March 2025. This hotel is no longer good value for money
