Unfortunately, I was very disappointed with the cleanliness. The bathroom and the floor were not clean, and the bed sheets were stained. There was also no adapter available for European plugs, so we had to buy one ourselves.

I had sent a message to the hotel through Booking.com to inform them about these issues, but I never received a response.

There were also several other problems during our stay. The bathroom lights would turn on and off by themselves, the air conditioning had an unpleasant smell, and the air-conditioning vents were very dirty.

I checked in and was told, “No smoking allowed. Don’t smoke, OK?” As if I were a child that needed to be told like that.

I was given a room in the basement. There were so many hallways and staircases that it was easy to get lost, so it took me a while to find my room.

As soon as I walked in, I spotted a dark brown substance or stain on the floor in front of the bed. It was about the size of a coin. I don’t want to say what it looked like, but you can imagine.

I pulled back the bedsheet and found another brown stain of a similar size, this time on the sheet itself.

I went into the bathroom and saw white splash marks and smudges on the wall, around knee height. Again, I’ll leave it to your imagination what they looked like.

I lifted the toilet lid, and the seat was dirty. There was also a… hair inside the toilet bowl.

I looked at the shower, and that wasn’t clean either.

I genuinely felt disgusted by everything I saw. I didn’t use the toilet and I ended up sleeping on just one side of the bed and woke up early so I could leave.

Before booking, I thought to myself, “Sure, it’s cheap, but how bad can it really be for a one-night stay?”

Well… when a place is so dirty that you don’t even feel comfortable using the toilet or sleeping in the bed, it’s BAD!

I will NEVER stay here again. I would much rather pay an extra £20 for somewhere that’s actually clean.

I strongly advise you to do the same!

When I was leaving I was asked how my stay was and I said “ok” because what’s the point of mentioning it all after the fact? And I was told to leave a good review on Booking.

I think this is a good review… but for the customers!

Todo ha estado bien

The cleanliness of the room was really below standard. I found long hair and black debris of something on the bed, there was dust and fingerprints everywhere and the bathroom was in general unclean. To top it off, the small balcony overlooking the main road was full of rubbish, including two socks (!) possibly of a previous tenant. The hotel management could have made a bit of an effort in this matter. Also, the room for 2 was extremely small, the double bed is barely fitting in the room, so there is absolutely no room for maneuvering (even storing somewhere our 2 cabin bags was quite challenging). Lastly, there was an annoying ventilation fan operating non-stop even during the night, which made it impossible to sleep.

The room was very dirty. There was pubic hairs all through the bedding. No ventilation. Urine stained mattress. Aircondioner was broken. And the room was located with the hotel kitchen on the adjoining wall. We could hear them laughing, chopping etc..

They came to sort the bedding and he tried to just brush off the hairs without even changing the linen. We said that is nowhere near acceptable. He then changed the bedding that's when we Saw the urine stained patch on the mattress, no protector at all. We were horrified at the filth of the room.

I would not ever recommend this place to anyone..
