Essendo stati giorni molto caldi l’aria condizionata non faceva abbastanza freddo. Bisognava dormire con le finestre aperte e inevitabilmente i rumori della strada si sentivano

Great location with friendly staff.
Pros:

Excellent location. Value for money. Helpful and friendly staff.

Cons:

The only thing that was a negative for me was the lack of a mattress protector on what was a rather stained mattress. I did mention this to staff when I checked out.

Good value convenient hotel.
Pros:

Very convenient for Gloucester Road tube and museums. Good size quiet room at back of hotel so could leave window open at night.

Cons:

Bed was a bit too firm, a mattress topper would have helped. Anyone with mobility issues would struggle because,although there is a lift, there are a number of half flights of stairs to negotiate. There was no breakfast available in the hotel and not many options nearby.

I was surprised how hotel location is good to visit the most popular museums in London.
Pros:

Very good location, close to metro station and museums. Very helpful staff. Good quality / price value.
I like electric kettle with free tea and coffee in the room.

Cons:

Fire alarm sensor is installed on celling just close to the bathroom door, if you take a warm shower and then open the bathroom door, humidity air from bathroom may switch the fire alarm sensor and staff comes to check if everything is Ok with you :) But it is Ok for me, knowing that fire alarm system works well ;)

Cons:

Aircon was broken the whole time. Promised it would be repaired each day, which I think was the intent, just became hard to fix. They did offer to change my room and offer a fan. So just bad luck visit timing.
