Lights that only come on as you approach them in the very long corridors.
This hotel is lovely in my opinion (I like old well made buildings) don’t get me wrong, the paintwork in places is tired especially around the windows and although our room was perfect the bathroom did need a revamp, quite a lot of mould around the tub and the shower head leaked.
Just the mouldy bathroom. The lady on the reception on the day of our departure wasn’t particularly friendly but the gentleman we spoke to that morning (who could have been the manager) was very chatty and friendly. The young lady on the bar with the ponytail was very polite and helpful.
Wonderful (but too shorter) stay as always , wonderful welcome and upgrade to suite thank you Nial 🥰 splendid football themed burger menu (try the Brazilian it is delicious) grounds are looking especially well cared for indeed hats off to the maintenance guys , special thankyou to Viki and Tamas for making our sons birthday so special 😊 see you again very soon xx
