Comfortable room, nice staff, reasonable continental breakfast. Some upgrades going in so should be better in the future
Pros:

Easy access to Cambridge and Duxford air museum.

Weekend stay.
Pros:

Excellent Reception staff and location. Lovely room and facilities.

Cons:

We booked lunch but waited nearly 40 minutes after ordering even though we were the only people in the restaurant. Not a great breakfast as everything kept running out and not very hot.

We didnt have breakfast

Cons:

We were informed the previous day no restaurant available for dinner. Had to go out to eat.

Our room tv did not work so were moved to another room.

Poor. No restaurant facilities open on Wednesday. Breakfast was a very poor cold affair.

Convenient location for my planned business activity

Cons:

Despite the stated restaurant facilities - not open on the Wednesday we arrived. Misleading information on Booking.com. Innaccurate information in the hotel room which states the restaurant closes on Thursdays

Pros:

Location was great, staff exceptionally friendly, ample parking.

Cons:

​The room fell short on basic maintenance and housekeeping. The shower tiles needed a proper scrub, and the bathroom bin pedal was rusted and broken. Worse, during a hot two-night stay, housekeeping changed the towels but never refreshed the drinks, leaving just a single small bottle of water for 48 hours. The property really needs better attention to detail.

A pleasant stay with friendly staff and a lovely interior, although the attic room was uncomfortably hot on arrival and

Friendly staff and nice interior, although it could use a bit of cleaning from the spider webs and dusting.

Cons:

Our room was at the attic and when we arrived quite late in the night it was incredibly hot and humid in our room and it took about 2 hours to ventilate and cool the room enough to be able to sleep.
