NOTHING IS LIKABLE!!!!!!
The first ever hotel I got that has very bad facilities. As you enter the area, you could definitely smell the toilets, down to the hallways, and worst even at the room. Shares toilets but the toilets are small and worst too. We can’t stay longer than 10mins just to book for another hotel, they are not giving refunds! It’s unfair! Disgusting place. Not worth the money. Even the beds is like a used linens. Not even closer to that photos advertised. Inside the room is like your in a prison cell with lavatory on the side on the room.
Location, that was literally it. Staff on site was good.
WARNING!!** Room nothing like photos. Room smelt of old sweat, couldn't get rid of it. Tiny cramped room, struggled to get dressed. Toilet and shower very uncomfortable. Bed's horrible. Noise horrible.
Not really sure where the room how many places that they tell u where go
The budget price and location
Mould in the shower mould on the top of curtain rails and on wall above window in bathroom tv didnt work no signal and one of the lights in the bedroom was like a disco flashing on and off. I complained about the tv light the receptionist said hed sort it but had 4 nights of it. Suggest hotel shuts room 21 down and sorts the damp and mould out on the ceiling and walls in bathroom as no extracter fan to stop it also bit of mould on the wallpaper in the bedroom this room needs urgent attention and all i expected and wonted was a bed and shower for my four night birthday stay definitely the worst bathroom ived seen in any hotel or guest house should be rated a 0 not 2 stars . Please steer clear off it also the tea and coffee was free in reception area and there was kettle sink but no milk also not enough cups everytime i went for a drink there was no teabags cups or milk it was meant to be complimentary suggest they provide tea coffee milk and kettle in room will never go back was expecting better. Suggest booking. Com investigate this room and hotel nothing like the photos show as id like a refund or partial refund was not happy at all stayed in apartments with shower and a shared kitchen for less and was much better had to book this due to my price budget as my previous place got cancelled i normally stop as landlord was selling up. Do not recommend this place to stay as when i said about the tv and light receptionist said they would fix it and did not even for my last day
i like the location
the bed had full of bedbugs we cant able to sleep during nyt
Muy atentos y amables
It was cheap so my expectations werent high. The room and bathroom were fine, clean. The guy on reception was lovely and communication was good.
There was a fight outside my room in the evening, then some drilling, presumably to fix whatever was broken in the fight. A group of people were outside the bathroom window talking very loudly until the early hours, so overall I didnt sleep well. The drink making facility was out of order.
Nada. Solo la ubicación
Todo lo que ya he comentado por correo y por teléfono
Perfect location at Earl’s Court near Chelsea FC, neutral history museum and lots of restaurants, supermarkets and cafe shops at a very good value for money
When I arrived at the hotel, the receptionist gave me the key for room 41, a room with a shared bathroom. Then I realized that I had paid for a room with a private bathroom and I went and talked to the receptionist. I was surprised and upset when he told me that the room with a private bathroom had a problem and so I stayed that night at room 41, with the problem to be solved with the manager on Tuesday. On that day(Monday), I couldn't take a bath because the bathroom smelt really bad and was really dirty (full of hairs and cotton), and then at night I couldn't sleep because of the tremendous noise that came from the streets. I must say that I usually can sleep hearing some noise, but that window doesn't retain any sound from the outside, I felt like I was sleeping on the side of the road.
At Tuesday, when I arrived from my city activities, I went to the receptionist to ask about my situation. I must say that every time I talked to him it seemed like I was upsetting him cause he had to stop playing his videogames to tell me "how can I help you?". To my question he asked if I talked to the manager because they had all rooms booked. I told him that I was out all day and I that I hadn't met the manager when I left. He told me again that I should have talked to the manager, which is unacceptable, is he expecting me to stay all day at the hotel to see the manager? And so the situation remained the same thing, he couldn't change me for the room I reserved and paid for and I staid even more upset, at room 41. Another night without sleeping.
On Wednesday, when I arrived to the hotel at night, they had a new room for me and they moved all my stuff for room 45. YOU CAN'T MOVE MY THINGS WITHOUT MY CONSENT. With that move that I did not allowed, the housekeeping sir lost me some earplugs (which costed me 10 pounds) and my hair product.
With that happening I finally stayed at 45 a room with the private bathroom.

Ottima posizione
