Location and value
Not cleanest
I like the most location because it’s very close to train station so it’s easy to travel around the city.
The room wasn’t nice and not comfortable for family or anyone else .the room hasn’t been attached bathroom it’s in corridors so it’s far from the room .there’s has no storage to keep your clothes or stuff.it’s not exactly same room what they showed in website..
The hotel was close to the tube to escape.
The room was awful, unclean, same with the bathroom and building. Had people come into our room when we was out without being told and touching our belongings. Unable to clean myself or our child since arrival due to the bathroom being unusable and disgusting with dirt too. 1 grotty showerhead, broken attatched to the wall, whilst the other, i wouldn't say working just danglining for life iver the door pannel. But still, in the most nasty unclean condition I have ever seen. The mattress were awful to sleep on, the window was broken and was fixed by a little door lock. Couldn't use the fan to cool down in the heat as it is that thick in dust. I have disabilities and asthma and so does my child so that would of been a huge health risk. We withnessed a member of staff attempting to clean the 1st floor bathroom floor with a bath towel, then proceeded to wipe the shower tiles with said same towel. The disgusting hygene is beyond belief. My husband has come down with an awful cough due to the conditions of the property witch when home we will be seeking medical assistance from our local GP. . Unfortunately we did not nor do not have the money to have relocated otherwise we would of done upon arrival. And we are not familiar with the area also, so we was stuck and had no choice. Due to our travel arrangements only being scheduled for today it's been hard. The corridors are in disgraceful conditions. We feel uncomfortable to approach the owner as we didn't know what his response would of been like and we have a small child with us so wanted to make sure our child is safe and not between any hard conversations. Its absolutely ruined our family trip.
Emplacement parfait a proximité metro, sur principale ligne

Good value for money. Good location.
Could be more organised and more presentable.
Location
Clean bedding & towels
Great location, very quiet, spacious and clean room, fully equipped kitchen—very satisfied.
The iron bed frame is a bit loose; it makes a harsh, squeaking noise when two people are on the double bed. I hope this can be improved.
It was a good location
bed was comfortable,
Very close to Earls Court underground. Staff were lovely and friendly! Chilled water to buy at just £1 was great. A budget hotel in a great location. Very quiet, didn’t hear anyone in other rooms.
Very small room for the three of us in a heatwave, extremely hot. The fan did help a bit, don’t know what we’ve have done without it. Bed just had a thin sheet which kept coming out so I was lying on the actual mattress, no covering sheet between that and mattress, which I think it needed for hygiene reasons.
Nothing I didn’t stay here as the room wasn’t even in the hotel it was a five minute walk to where the property was located above an Indian restaurant on Hogarth road
Everything the room which wasn’t even at the hotel was a building site
I booked the hotel but they send me somwhere else witch's under constraction paint smell derty matrles on the floor dusty
I believe that the fecelity even not permitd to wellcame gusts.
