Great for those travelling for business with the rooms with sinks and kitchen accessories. Very clean!

Pros:

Very cute room though very small, to be expected in London. Staff were very prompt and supportive via messenger keeping us at ease during stay answering any questions even early hours of the morning. Couldn’t rate the customer service more highly

Pros:

Nice decor.

Decent location, though the street lights were out.

Cons:

No staff on site.
You could hear taps running from all the other rooms.
The code for the lock box wasn't obvious.
The code for the front door didn't change from day to day, feels unsafe.

Someone trying to break down the door at night, for well over an hour, screaming and fighting in the corridor.

Didn't sleep much there to be honest.

מיקום פצצה תמורה למחיר מצטיינת ומקום יפה
Pros:

המיקום פצצה, 15 דקות הליכה מאוקספורד, יש מלא מטרות ותחנות אוטובוס מרכזיות. ניתן להגיע מפה לכל מקום תוך 20 דקות נסיעה מקסימום. המלון נקי ונוח ממש, יפה ובול כמו בתמונות.

Cons:

המינוס היחיד הוא שאין מעלית ואנחנו היינו בקומת מרתף, קצת התבאסתי אבל עדיין שווה את הכל. בנוסף קחו בחשבון שהיינו 4 ימים ומתוכם רק יום אחד באו להחליף מגבות ולסדר את החדר. אין דלפק קבלה או אנשי צוות לדבר איתו, הכל רק בווטסאפ, אבל הכל היה באמת נקי, מסודר וסופר מזמין. ביום שניקו את החדר, באמת ניקו ולא סתם. בקיצור, שווה ממש.

מיקום מלון הדירות היה נוח ומרכזי מאוד, בשכונה בטוחה ונעימה. יש באזור הרבה בתי קפה סופרים וחנויות, 10 דק הליכה מאוקספורד סטריט. הצוות היה זמין בהודעות ברב הזמן.
אופן לקיחת המפתח , ההסבר על ההגעה צ'ק אין וצ'ק אאוט היה ברור מאוד.

Cons:

חדר המלון היה מאוד קטן, שירותי המשק לא עבדו במתכונת יומית אלא על פי דרישה, כך שאם רצינו מגבות שמיכות נייר טואלט תמיד היינו צריכות לבקש מראש , אבל לא תמיד קיבלנו מספיק. היה קפה חלק וקומקום בחדר, ששתינו, אבל לא פינו כוסות, גם פחים לא פינו, בכל עניין המשק יש צורך בשיפור.
החדר מעוצב יפה מאוד, ונעים. יש מזגן ותאורה טובה. יחד עם זאת הוא מאוד מאוד קטן.
אין מעלית , ככה שאם אתה מעל 'ומה 1 עם מזוודות זה קשה מאוד לעלות.

The room was comfortable. Very modern, clean, centrally located and had easy to self check in.

Cons:

There was no hot water in the bathroom sink. The plug for wofo beside bed didn't work. Didn't like it was a basement room with just a skylight.

Horrible experience never again.

BEWARE. The fire alarm had faulty wiring and kept going off, as it’s a contactless check in with no staff there was nothing we could do and no emergency number to contact anyone (there was one number we found but it didn’t even ring and no one answered) - shows how much they care about their guests! The fire brigade had to show up twice in one night - what a waste of public resources! I slept only a couple of hours that night and missed some important stuff at work the next morning. I’ve tried to resolve this with them but Customer service was unsympathetic and offered me £20 compensation…. What an insult! I was standing on the streets of London in my pyjamas at 2am and 4am because of them and they offer me £20. No where to keep your luggage either. You’re much better off staying at a proper hotel with staff.

Jak wszystko działa to jest bardzo miło
Pros:

Podobało mi się, że aparatament był wykończony w bardzo dobrej jakości, było bardzo cicho, czysto i przytulnie.

Cons:

Niestety jak przyjechałam w upał nie można było regulować AC, co sprawiło, że kiedy wszyscy dookoła gotowali się ja spałam w kurtce i pod dwoma kocami bojąc się że zamarznę. Na miejscu nie było personelu i zanim ktokolwiek przyszedł mi pomóc minęły 3 noce.
