Fantastic
Pros:

good location, very nice interior and very clean. we came back for the second time because we liked it the first time.

Cons:

A little more toiletpaper to get trough the trip, otherwise all was good.

Pros:

Nice and clean modern room. Bed was very comfortable. AC worked very well , and was necessary during the heat wave.

Cons:

The location is near a street with a lot of homeless people , which was uncomfortable to walk on the way to the subway. Also the room was small , and the luggage storing service was much more expensive than written. No elevator aswell.

Its okay for a 1-2 day stay not more.

The location was really good, rooms were nicely decorated and modern.

Cons:

The house keeping was extra fees, we stayed there for 6 days they wanted extra money to bring us fresh towels. The rooms were small, no elevator you need to carry your luggages through really narrow stairs. They dont have anywhere to store luggages therefor we left out bags to a place where they have an arrangement and claimed our first 2 hours will be free. It wasnt free eventhough we booked through the link they have send us we payed 60 pounds to store our luggages for a few hours.

Nice room in London outside of the hustle and bustle
Pros:

The room is well-sized, the air-conditioning is great, and we also greatly appreciated the clothes steamer and the refrigerator. Staff was only available via texting through the booking app, but were responsive to our questions and requests. The neighborhood is quaint and just a short walk from the Warren street tube station.

Cons:

The room requires a hike up 3 flights, the last one is narrow and difficult to get luggage up. There is no table and chairs at a good height for eating. There is also no means to wash clothing nearby other than the small bathroom sink. Self serve laundromats are scarce around this area.

The furniture and the bathroom are very nice, also the water pressure was very good.

Cons:

It’s not a hotel! There is no reception, no options to store your luggage, and the cleaning is on demand only and costs an extra fee. Also we were disappointed with the room as it was on the lower ground with no bars or otherwise secured windows, which were facing directly towards the main street. There was no feeling of privacy since everybody walking by could stare in the room and we just did not feel safe. Also the bathroom, as pretty as it was, had no surfaces to put your products anywhere. Nor had the shower any shelfs or racks. Also some of the light switches didn’t work. Things like that, in this price category? No thank you.

Terrible customer service but room is as seen

The property was fine, but our room was downstairs and we had to listen to the front door banging all night

Cons:

I had upgraded my room to a suite through booking.com but this didn’t happen at the property. As there are no staff on site, I had to call repeatedly to try to get this sorted. I was told someone would come to the property within 30mins but this never happened and I sat waiting around for them to arrive trying not to disturb the room for hours. No one ever turned up, no one responded to my messages or my calls. We ended up paying for the upgrade but never getting a bigger room. Shocking customer service

Fantastic place to stay in London
Pros:

Fantastic location in London! With great bars and coffee shops in the area. Just a short walking distance from Soho, Oxford street and Camden. Area so safe and quiet all day and night. Super clean premises with easy to follow instructions on how to enter and get your keys 😊

To be honest, there was nothing we did not like!
