Hotel mit vielen Details und liebe zur Individualität
Pros:

Spezielle Unterkunft mit viel liebe zu Details (wir waren im Harry Potter Zimmer). Personal sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Auswahl am Frühstücksbuffet ist eher knapp, dafür werden zusätzliche Speisen ab Karte frisch zubereitet.

Cons:

Sauberkeit und Allgemeinzustand des Zimmers waren unterdurchschnittlich.

Proximité de Victoria Coach station

Cons:

la robinetterie du lavabo n'est pas pratique, elle est mal posée. les fenêtres ne sont pas isolées on entend les gens parler dans la rue. réclamer un pourboire pour l'équipe alors que je suis arrivée à 22h et partie avant 8h. la procédure d'enregistrement que l'on me demande de faire en ligne avant d'arriver. puis une fois sur place on ne redemande mes infos. une perte de temps.

Buena ubicación y bonito apartamento
Pros:

La ubicación es muy buena, cerca de la estación de Victoria, la zona es muy tranquila , típica zona de casas victorianas.
El apartamento estaba prácticamente nuevo, limpio y con todo lo necesario.

Cons:

El baño es un poco pequeño y se echa de menos algún armario para dejar la ropa.
El primer día no nos limpiaron el apartamento y tuve que avisar para que vinieran al día siguiente .
Pero aún así , mereció la pena la estancia.

Pros:

The bed was super comfy, the room was tiny but well organised and had everything I needed, it was super clean and the staff was delightful. Also, great location. Felt really safe, and they kept my bags for free, as well as letting me check in 90 minutes early.

Cons:

My only downsides would have to be 1) the window does not have blackout curtain, so you will wake up at sunrise, and 2) the doors are old and the house is (beautiful old) squeaky. In short, I could hear everyone talk, open doors, close doors, leave, come in, clean the rooms next to mine, etc. I even though my door was being knocked on a couple times (it was not).

A really pleasant surprise in a location where expectations can often be mixed
Pros:

Many places around Victoria Station can be a bit hit or miss, so I never quite know what to expect—but this hotel was a really lovely surprise. The room was charming, clean, and comfortable, and the staff made the experience even better.

Would stay again!
Pros:

The location is fantastic, staff really friendly and helpful and the breakfast was really good. The bed was very comfortable and the room and bathroom were clean. The room was quite cold but they did provide a plug in electric heater which really helped take the edge off the room!

Cons:

The shower room was quite small but did the job, there was no bath mat provided so I put one of the towels on the floor which did the job! The room was also very dark!

Pros:

Staff were absolutely lovely and made us feel very welcome. We stayed in an enchanted room which was a fun twist from a normal hotel stay.

Cons:

Everything was great, slightly more choice at breakfast would have been nice but overall great.
