Ett hotell med atmosfär där atmosfären går för bekvämligheten.
Pros:

Det var mysigt och trevligt inrett. Liten men väldigt bra frukost! Vänlig personal.

Cons:

Dörren till toaletten var två smala skåpsdörrar som knappt gick att stänga. Och dessutom ca 30 cm från sängen. Känns inte så fräscht även om badrummet i sig var fint.

Good location option
Pros:

Location close to Victoria Station. Room was clean. Staff were very amenable to answering questions. Breakfast was lovely. (had buffet/continental or cooked depending on reservation)

Cons:

No on site dinner options, nor places nearby (10-15 min walk). They did have an app to order in food from a number of restaurants and that worked very well.

I staying in a “tiny room”. It was indeed tiny. Can’t complain that I did not have space to do a cartwheel. But the sink was the size of a shoe box and when you sit on the toilet your knee is under the sink. The shower was also small. But room was clean and bed comfortable and suited my needs.

Lovely location in a beautiful part of London. The staff were very helpful. I would come back again.
Pros:

Staff at reception were excellent. I wasn't feeling well when I arrived and they made a great effort to get me checked in early.
The location is in a beautiful and surprisingly quiet area (minimal traffic) of London.
The building is quite attractive with a lovely reception area.

Cons:

A bit noisy with the window open at night but that can't be helped.
Slight damp smell when the room was closed up all day (probably from the shower). This dissipated quickly when the fan was turned on.

Pros:

The location was great, close to Victoria station. The staff were friendly. The room was spacious and had a large bed.

Cons:

There wasn’t a fridge in the room which we didn’t realise until we arrived but this was ok for one night.

The location is great, and the (wizard) breakfast was very nice

Cons:

Reception is understaffed and check-in and check-out take considerable time. The wizard chamber is a great idea in principle, but in practice was not so comfortable. It was pretty cold with a bit of an awkward smell. For the price we expected more

Wir würden dieses Hotel nicht weiterempfehlen.

Die Betten waren gut. Das Zimmer wurde täglich gereinigt.

Cons:

Das Zimmer ist renovierungsbedürftig (ausgefranster Teppich, fleckiger Stuhl, eingerissener Polster am Bett. Das Zimmer hatte ein sehr schmales ungepflegtes Fenster, welches nicht geputzt wurde. Offensichtlich halten sich vor dem Fenster Vögel oder Tauben auf, denn sowohl das äußere Fenstersims, als auch die seiltlichen Haussimse waren voller Vogelkot und Federn. Im äußeren Fensterrahmen waren viele Spinnweben, in denen sich Federn festgesetzt haben. In der Gardine Innen hingen Federn. Es war ziemlich unangenehm.

Pros:

It was very clean and comfortable. The bed was big and really cozy. The room was a bit small, but it was fine for one adult and a child. The food was good, fresh and enough. The people from the staf were really kind, helpful and very polite. The location was more than perfect.

Cons:

The bathroom in out room was a bit small and good enough, but the thing was that the door was sliding and you couldn't close it fully because of a 2cm gap that was left. And the sink was really small, but it was ok for the kid 😀
