Pros:

Loved the property. Very homey. Staff was kind. Area was so lovely.

Cons:

Rugs should be replaced. Would have been nice to have robes and slippers. Breakfast was light and could have had more healthy options. Too much bread and pastries.

We stayed at the garden apartment in Chinnory House. It was immaculately clean, very comfortable and roomy.

Cons:

The steps down to the apartment were rather steep and narrow.

Une bonne idée d'hotel pour un séjour à Londres sur le thème d'Harry Potter!
Pros:

Le personnel de la réception est très accueillant et agréable, le petit dej délicieux, la literie confortable. Nous avons apprécié à l'arrivée rentrer dans l'univers d'Harry Potter (nous avions réservé une chambre sur le thème Harry Potter) avec des petits attentions et un parcours magique dès l'arrivée. Le quartier est calme et à proximité de Victoria Station.

Cons:

J'aurais aimé mieux comprendre lors de la réservation que la chambre était au niveau -1. Même si elle donnait sur une cour intérieure avec une porte fenêtre, ça manquait de lumière à mon goût.

Nice staff. Good breakfast. Good location

Cons:

We were given a wizard room, which was not for us. Some would like the quirkiness but the painted out windows let the street light in, although in daylight hours it was dark. The bathroom was teeny weeny - anyone larger than us would not be able to use it. Would have preferred to choose, although one night was ok.

Pros:

Nos ubicaron en la última planta, habitación número 11. La habitación era amplia y estaba limpia. Pocos ruidos y dormimos bastante bien. El baño estaba muy limpio. Te dejan agua y galletas. Limpian la habitación a diario. El personal es muy amable. Puedes dejar las maletas en recepción si el check in no está listo y te suben y bajan las maletas. Hay recepción 24 hr. El hotel se encuentra a 5/10 minutos de Chelsea, tiene cerca estación de metro y estación de autobús. Está a 15 minutos andando del Buckingham Palace, no está cerca del centro pero está bien comunicado.

Cons:

No tiene ascensor y las escaleras son estrechas. El hotel está poco señalizado. Hacía algo de frío en la habitación.

Emplacement idéal près de la station Victoria et aussi la possibilité de louer les vélos santander. L’accueil a été vraiment top. L’appartement a tous les équipements utiles pour le séjour. Le petit déjeuner était aussi excellent

Genel olaraak her şey çok iyiydi. Sadece asansör olmaması biraz zorlayabiliyor ancak valizler konusunda personel de destek oluyor o yüzden sıkıntı yaşamadık 😊
