Beware the budget room.
Pros:

The morning staff was very hospitable.

Cons:

The city was 20C degrees but the room was over 30C degrees all day with the window open and throughout the night. I can't imagine what it is like during real summer weather. When I asked for other options, the afternoon staff said that all the rooms are incredibly hot.
The room is very cramped. The strip of room where the bed is has high ceilings (3m), but there is not much room around the bed. The area of the shower and the entryway is under 193 cm (I am 191).
Also it isn't clear in the listing that it is a shared bathroom, since the suite has a shower, I wasn't looking for the lack of toilet. The shared toilet is extremely small and cramped. It would be helpful if the sink was open on the bottom instead of having a rectangular storage area. This gave my knees no place to go.
When I complained about the fact that I had to clean fecal spackle off the back of the toilet the afternoon staff told me how it was impossible and that it had just been cleaned. It is true that there was cleaning fluid in the toilet but more attention to actually cleaning the toilet instead of letting the chemicals do that would have been appreciated.
The afternoon's staff's response to any of my complaints was "I'm so sorry sir you purchased the budget room."

Perfect service
Pros:

The receptionists (i should have written down their names) were absolutely perfect. They are incredibly accommodating, well spoken and offered one of the best (i say most perfect) service. They provided Iron upon request and even a small board! The person taking care of all the rooms was so nice too and he delivered some fresh towels with no problem, a big plus that
The room was clean and the bathroom was spotless.

Cons:

Bathroom cabinet makes it almost impossible to wash your face as its far too low above the sink.
It gets uncomfortably hot as Its summer and the small fan doesn’t help in a twin room so its best for short stays where you’re spending most of the time outside.

Great location
Pros:

The location is brilliant for the sites we wanted and Paddington station as we arrived by train from Windsor.
The staff on reception were really friendly and held our bags as we arrived early.

Cons:

Feels silly to acknowledge the room was small - I knew that when booking and it was fine for one night but no more.
Room was a bit dusty too.
There is no lift and we were a few flights up with cases - not something I’m complaining about but you should know ahead of time in case you cannot carry them.
