Pros:

Hotel in zona residenziale molto comoda e ben collegata con le principali linee della metro. Staff gentilissimo e disponibile.
Camera piccola ma essenziale, molto pulita, cosa non scontata a Londra.

Es molesto que los colcho es se vayan separando en la noche. Es bastante pequeña para guardar las cosas de 2 viajeros. El hotel NO TIENE LOBBY. Llegué un poco temprano y tuve que dejar mi valija en un pasillo e irme porque no hay un espacio para sentarse a esperar y cargar el celular. Tampoco hay desayuno

Clean & gets the job done
Pros:

While definitely not a luxury hotel, this place has several points to recommend it:

- Good location. 5 minute walk to Paddington Station, 7 minutes to Lancaster Gate underground, close to Hyde Park. Plenty of food places close by.
- It’s clean
- Friendly staff
- Mini fridge in the room so you can buy food for snacks & breakfasts on your own to save money

Some downsides:
- It’s TINY. I know this is normal, but this is really really tiny. I am a small single woman and had to leave my 1 suitcase in the walkway between the bathroom and the bed because the tent no room for it
- The shower barely gets above lukewarm, even at the maximum knob level
- No lift. Not a deal breaker, but difficult with suitcases and could pose accessibility issues for some as there are a lot of stairs.

Not luxurious or super modern, but clean, comfortable, and a good location. I’d stay again!

How helpful the staff and understanding the stress as a patient with two children 6 yrs old and 1year old..
While my wife was looking after our baby girl new born at Great ormand Street hospital.

The staff were amazing as well.as people living there helped us to.get the kids settled.

Thank you. So.much been very overwhelmed.

There were bugs in the room as seen the in photos attached. Hotel has no lift so have to carry all the luggage up 4 levels. Staff not helpful.
