Very comfortable 4 star traditional highland hotel with exceptional staff
Pros:

A delightful, traditional style hotel fully justifying its 4star rating with exceptional staff. Very comfortable room and the restaurant serving well prepared, high quality food. An exceptional variety of malt whisky available in the bar.

Cons:

Needs softer lighting in both the bar & restaurant as currently too harsh.
A log burner in the reception area would a useful addition

A nice traditional place
Pros:

We had very spacious rooms and bathrooms. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Hotel was easy to find and had plenty of parking space. We enjoyed our stay!

The gentleman who checked us in was very helpful and had suggestions for dinner. The room was small but very clean. It's a lovely town and visit.

Great hotel but not foor food and drinks

The room was excellent. Nice view of the trees. Nice old fashioned atmosphere

Cons:

The food in the restaurant was expensive and not up to the standards of what I expected.
The bar with whiskey was a rip off.

Pros:

You tell back in the day it would have been a grand hotel, our room looked like it had a recent spruce up. It was clean, comfortable, carpet and bathroom looked new. For an overnight stay it did the job

Het niét beschikbaar zijn van de lift. Voor ouderen en of iemand die slecht ter been is zijn vier trappen wel wat veel. Personeel is wel behulpzaam bij het naar boven zeulen van de koffers, maar voor elk wissewasje die trappen op.......
