Buen viaje con amigas
Pros:

Nos esperábamos una habitación vieja o anticuada y nos supero las expectativas con creces, hacia muy buena temperatura ni siquiera era necesario poner la calefacción. Todo perfecto, y la ubicación excelente

Cons:

El tamaño del baño y que no limpiaran el suelo. Si hubieran limpiado el suelo daría un 10 a este hotel.

Great location… good for a 1-2 night stay
Pros:

Excellent location, great price. Very handy for what I had to do in London.

Cons:

The room was really small so there was no desk that I could work from … it’s hard to balance a laptop on your lap…the stairs are steep. But … it is what it is. I saw the room and it states there is no lift.

Room clean, nice bathroom. Comfortable bed. Spacious rooms.

Cons:

Tv was not working. Reported it and we have been told, they are waiting for a part from amazon...Room a bit cold. The view from our room was awful, a big mess and lots of rubbish.... Missed a table from the room.

Hotel muy bien ubicado, cerca de Victoria Station y de varios puntos de interés a los que se puede llegar caminando sin problema. El personal fue muy amable y siempre dispuesto a ayudar. La habitación estaba muy limpia, lo cual se valora mucho. Como punto a mejorar, la habitación resultó bastante pequeña para tres personas, un poco justa en espacio. En general, una buena opción por ubicación y atención.

We had a lovely two-day stay. The staff were very friendly, and the basic room service was just what we needed — bins were emptied and fresh towels provided. The room temperature was excellent and kept us very warm throughout our stay. Overall, a comfortable and pleasant experience.
