Os ferros de passar não funcionam!

La habitación muy pequeña. El baño no hay espacio ni para caerte en el suelo. La limpieza es muy deficiente, polvo de meses en cuarterones de las puertas, restos de manchurrones en paredes, calefactor...Moho en las paredes del baño porque no hay ventilación. De una estancia de 4 días el baño (concretamente la taza no la limpiaron ni un día)sólo hicieron la cama 1 día, no hubo un cambio total de toallas ( siempre no cambiaban alguna). La habitación muy antigua y nada de mantenimiento, tenía pintadas las paredes de un color y el techo de blanco, pues había brochazos del color de la pared en las reparaciones del techo, yeso levantado en las esquinas, agujeros de taladros en baño y pared sin tapar....
El colchón de la cama blando y más pequeño que el somier, las almohadas finísimas.
La atención mala, especialmente con una mujer que fue porque se había desconfigurado la tarjeta de acceso y ni me habló y puso cara de "astío". Para ese trato prefiero que me den un código y no tratar con el trabajador..

Ten pokój nie był taki, jak na zdjęciach. Powinien być wynajmowany maksymalnie dla trzech osób. Nas było czterech i musieliśmy jeden przez drugiego przechodzić. Kotary w oknie i półka pod lustrem nie zachęcają do pobytu. W łazience brak chociażby jednego wieszaka. Niby codziennie był serwus sprzątając, ale pod łóżkami kurz, a w łazience włosy nie nasze i deska nie umyta po wcześniejszych gościach.

The rooms were dirty upon arrival. There was dust on the counters, sticky coffee stains on the table, there was something odd on the sheets and against the wall, the shower did not drain and neither did the sink and the staff did not come to clean our room or change the trash throughout our 3 night 4 day stay. The staff was rather rude and quite unhelpful. The Tv also did not work what so ever. I have photos of all of these descriptions but they will not upload to this website.

Le bruit des autres usagers, les chambres sont mal isolées donc on entend tout.

Hairs all over the floor & the doors to people's rooms always slammed shut, not ideal for when you have to be up early

I expected this to be cheap and cheerful and can live with the small room but it really does need a lick of paint and a clean. Also the TV wouldn’t work. It turned on but there were no channels. It looked like it needed some sort of login to even get the players. I needed a TV to do my work (I’m a journalist and had to do a work shift) and I rang reception who said maintenance would be around in an hour and they would send them around. They never did. So I had a ridiculous situation of trying to work while running TV channels through my phone. Many other people have also said the TV didn’t work in their reviews so I don’t understand why they can’t fix this. It would put me off stating again as I require that facility.

My keycard stopped working for the second night.

La habitación era extremadamente pequeña, no llegaba ni a 20m2 para tres personas ( contando con una cama de matrimonio, una individual, una ducha y un váter), no aparecían fotos en la web. Era muy agobiante. El picaporte estaba medio roto al igual que la máquina para calentar el agua.
