we love the location , the quaint building, the staff. We have been staying there for over ten years several times a year and it never disappoints. We love room 223!
Too many steps up and down- difficult as we get older. But that’s all!!!
Loved the decor, size of the room and bathroom, and the view was great too.
Acces to the hotel was a bit difficult and parking was a challenge.
Overall we really enjoyed our stay. The view from our room over the estuary was spectacular, food and service was good.
Initial impression of the building was not great but once inside it was fine. With it being an old building the corridors were very narrow.
The room was very well appointed with a comfy bed and pillows. The extra facilities of coffee pods and selection of teas was appreciated. Lovely view from the lounge and dining room.
All the staff were welcoming, very friendly and helpful.
Nothing.
Location and staff
Dinner in their pub below was below average
Breakfast in the hotel was good
Great views
Cleanliness was ok but not brilliant, we thought there should be more attention to detail , bed comfortable but pillows awful
Large, comfortable room with stunning view. Large bathroom, excellent shower
The carpet in the hallways needs replacing
Wonderful views!
Location is good. Other than the carpet the hotel was in good decorative order.
The carpet

we were in a roadside room, it was a bit noisy at times
Comfortable, nice views, clean.
NA
Polite and friendly reception staff, room was spacious with a huge bed which was very comfortable and the room was clean. Bathroom was a decent size with plenty of towels. Added bonus of free parking to the rear of the hotel. We were there to attend a function being held in the hotel so the only meal we had was breakfast which was excellent. Location of the hotel was perfect with a stunning view across Falmouth harbour. I'd definitely recommend this hotel
