Ein sehr schönes Hotel mit Tradition, alles da, Zimmer schön mit traumhaften Ausblick! Parkplatz direkt beim Hotel vorhanden - teilweise sogar mit Tiefgarage! Gutes Frühstück! Preis Leistung passt!

A lot of stairs involved in entering the hotel, somewhat difficult for an elderly person. Parking availability is an issue here. I was helped to find a space by staff but it is not easy.
Room was superb with great harbour view. We were given free upgrade. Comfy huge bed. Clean. Location great. Parking on site.
At breakfast more attentive staff would be welcome. Atmosphere not very relaxing either at breakfast.

It was beautifully decorated
The food was of the highest standard and absolutely delicious.
It was a five minute walk to the Main Street of Falmouth.
The staff were very friendly and extremely helpful. Anything one needed was provided for.
Reserved parking was such a bonus.
A water taxi service is provided if one is needed.

Was comfortable. Unfortunately no air con. Unable to leave the India open as on the ground floor right adjacent to the pavement. Extremly hot.
Breakfast was the worst ever. It took an hour to arrive. As it was our special anniversary it was extremely disappointing. Many other tables were complaining. When the food arrived, it was cold! Extremely poor. It’s a shame as the pub below was amazing for dinner the night before.
Staff did not seem to appreciate the issues. Poor.
