Was comfortable. Unfortunately no air con. Unable to leave the India open as on the ground floor right adjacent to the pavement. Extremly hot.
Breakfast was the worst ever. It took an hour to arrive. As it was our special anniversary it was extremely disappointing. Many other tables were complaining. When the food arrived, it was cold! Extremely poor. It’s a shame as the pub below was amazing for dinner the night before.
Staff did not seem to appreciate the issues. Poor.

The location of the hotel is excellent, excellent breakfast, room was very large with a lovely big TV, would definitely recommend this hotel.
The parking is a problem
simply lovely breakfast. nice staff. had a wonderful time there. great location and wonderful views. I would strongly recommend staying here. rooms were nice and comfortable. The food wasnt available when we arrived but the staff arranged good snacks. overall would recommend.
ideally if food was served later but I understand we arrived late.
Fabulous views and great communal areas
Room was basic for the money cheap veneered wardrobe, buf the bathrwas great and quite high end.

The breakfast was nice but not to the standard I expected I imagine this is due to it being slightly out of the main season. This is not a complaint more an observation
The breakfasts and dinners were superb. Absolutely wonderful.
There was a large cobweb in our room. The bathroom skirting board needed a clean. The large elephant ornament in the corner of the bar area needed dusting!!!
