Location was fantastic, staff wonderful, The Working Boat was excellent.
Small square tables in the dining area. We only ate breakfast there,but hardly enough room for the breakfast items on the table.

Location and atmosphere
My mum stayed here as a gift for her 70th birthday. She was absolutely delighted with the room. She said the room was large and the bed was really comfortable, and the view was beautiful. Great bathroom and shower facilities.
There was confusion about the breakfast that was included. She ordered a cappuccino and wasn't told that it wasn't included in the breakfast menu, and it cost her £12!
Breakfast was very nice and staff were very attentive and gave us everything we asked for

The breakfast choices and food were great as were the room coffee and tea facilities. Loved the fact you can find little places to sit quietly and the whole feel and decor of the hotel.
Car parking is difficult when hotel is full.
