We love staying at the Greenbank. It's a lovely hotel withing walking distance of the town centre. Great views from most rooms and the restaurant and bar. Staff are great, always helpful and quick to serve. Our breakfast (included) was super and even though we visited on a busy Saturday/Sunday, we were ushed into to breakfast straight away and never felt rushed by the staff.
The rear rooms are cheaper and we choose that one a one night stay, but the rooms with a view over the water are worth the extra in my opinion.
Freshly cooked breakfasts served on hot plates. Staff friendly and helpful.
Parking can be difficult at busy times when the down stairs Working Boat Pub was open to the public. Premises not disable friendly.

The view from the hotel was brilliant.
Couldn't control the heating in the room and we had a room by the road, so we didn't want to open the window overnight.
Die Sicht über die Bucht ist wunderschön. Unsere Zimmer waren gross und mit allem ausgestattet, was wir uns wünschen konnten. Wir haben im Hotel exzellent gegessen.

Good size room, very comfy bed. Excellent variety of hot drinks in room. Booked dog in and received a lovely gift for him. It was my husbands birthday and there was a card and homemade fudge left in the room for him. Breakfast was excellent.
