Mixed - a good value option, though issues in the apartment need addressing.
Pros:

Staff were friendly and the apartment was spacious and well equipped. Easy to find and relatively well priced for being near central London.

Cons:

Only 1 physical key given between a group of 4 adults - not ideal when everyone is off doing different thing across London. There was also a really overpowering smell of damp / mould/ trapped standing water in the bathroom. We had to buy air freshener ourselves to attempt to mask the smell.

Cons:

Eiskaltes Wasser in der Dusche sowie am Waschbecken. Kein Wasserdruck.
Undichtes Fenster direkt neben dem Bett. Man schläft quasi im kalten Zug.

Pobyt idealny na szybki city break, jakość do ceny poprawna.
Pros:

Obsługa dostępna cała dobę, lokalizacja, łatwy proces zameldowania się, możliwość pozostawienia bagażu w przechowalni. W wypadku awarii w pokoju został on zmieniony, poranne sprzątanie.

Cons:

Usterka w pokoju, kurz, oraz zapach wilgoci, brak dostępu do netflixa mimo takiej informacji na stronie.

Horrible.
Pros:

Not really anything. The showers were cold or not working.

Cons:

The stairs were terrible and had no room to get to our room. Would ask staff for help but they were kind of shady. Just overall a bad experience.

Pros:

Posizione ottima, in una zona ben collegata con mezzi, in una zona tranquilla e poco rumorosa anche la sera. Sono passati a pulire e a cambiare con molta efficienza la biancheria e asciugamani ogni giorno. Staff di una gentilezza unica, sempre disponibili, hanno risposto anche di sera al telefono. Ci è piaciuta una cosa simpatica e comoda del letto : le coperte non si spostavano durante la notte😂

Cons:

Bagno leggermente piccolo, lavandino molto piccolo e dalle finestre anche se chiuse entrava un po’ di aria fredda.

Absolutely spotless. Exceptional value for money. Lovely area and great transport links. Will definitely use this hotel again.

Cons:

Was very surprised to receive a WhatsApp message just before midnight on the day before we traveled asking for photo I D to be sent. Turned out OK.....but if I'd been traveling from my friends house as I often do this would not have been possible. Maybe ask a few days before please.
