Brill short stay, would stay here again!
Pros:

Very clean, great budget room.
Lovely staff.

Cons:

Location; close to Tube on the Central Line at Marble Arch, Bus routes & shopping on Oxford St. The free Wi-Fi works very well. Small on suite but shower 🚿 powerful 👍

Cons:

The TV, I'd no idea how to watch BBC, ITV, CH4, 5 etc! It has Android TV, Netflix, Disney, etc if you have accounts & YouTube which was what I ended up viewing. No TV Licence?

The room was tiny. No cupboard just free standing clothes hanger next to bed. Tiny window. Me and my wife had to squeeze pass each other.

Pros:

Hotel was in a great location, close to bus stops and tube for getting into London, far enough that it was in a quite area.
apartment was clean and had what you need for self catering. staff were very friendly.

Cons:

no air conditioning
no lift- just to inform those that might need/expect one. our apartment was on the top floor, not that this was a problem for us in anyway, as we were capable for the stairs.

Excellent value for money and great location.
Pros:

For the price we paid, the room we had was excellent. We were not expecting it to be so clean to be honest. It was a basic room, with no food or reception facilities, but that is what we expected for the price and we quite like the hands off approach. When we did engage with staff they were polite and helpful. The location was great for inner city London.

Cons:

The room was very hot throughout our stay and the rooms would benefit from some better fans or some air con- however we did visit during a heat wave and understand that these older buildings are going to be hot at times.

Nous ne pouvons pas recommander cet établissement en l'état, malgré la gentillesse du personnel.
Pros:

Accueil chaleureux et personnel très agréable et disponible tout au long du séjour, c'est vraiment à souligner.

Cons:

Malheureusement, cela ne compense pas le très mauvais état de propreté et d'entretien des logements.

Dès notre arrivée dans le premier appartement : vaisselle sale voire crasseuse, une seule petite cuillère pour 4 personnes, réfrigérateur sale et couvert de givre, cheveux dans la douche, poignée de fenêtre détachée retrouvée dans le pot de fleurs, tringle à rideau cassée, porte-serviettes cassé, poussière sur le rebord du miroir de la salle de bain et, pour couronner le tout, une blatte dans la salle de bain.

Suite à un problème de température d'eau dans la douche, un changement d'appartement nous a été proposé. Malheureusement, les problèmes se sont poursuivis dans le second logement : absence de casserole (nous avons dû en récupérer une dans l'ancien appartement), à nouveau seulement 3 fourchettes pour 4 personnes, lavabo sale (constaté également par le réceptionniste) et surtout, présence répétée de cafards, deux soirs de suite.

Au vu du prix payé pour ce séjour (1457£, soit environ 1701€), un tel niveau de propreté est totalement inacceptable. Nous avons signalé l'ensemble de ces problèmes par mail à l'établissement, sans jamais recevoir la moindre réponse.

La localización es perfecta

Cons:

Teníamos la habitación en un tercer piso sin ascensor.
Fuimos en agosto y pasamos mucho calor, la habitación solo tenía un pequeño ventilador y no es suficiente para poder dormir con las altas temperaturas del mes de agosto.
Lo indicamos y nos dieron otro pequeño ventilador perolas habitaciones deberían estar más acondicionadas
