Okay for one night, good location
Pros:

Great location, comfortable beds, good for one night.

Cons:

There was no reception so when you needed a member of staff you have to use WhatsApp to contact them. No way to lock windows which I didn’t like when staying solo on the ground floor (I was moved when I asked). Shower never ran hot water.

Pros:

Situacion, amabilidad y flexibilidad para check in y guardar maletas tras check out. Buenos edredones. Limpio. Utensilios. Plancha, jabones, secador. Agus bien caliente. Radiador adecuado.

Cons:

Ventanas no aisladas. El estor es justo para aislar de ruido, aire y luz. Unas buenas cortinas solicionarian mucho. Ventana de salon no cierra,inseguridad (riesgo). Cable de ducha roto y el arreglo es facil. Faltan perchas en baño para toalla y algun azulejo roto.

Das Frühstück fand nicht im Hotel selbst statt, sondern in einem anderen Hotel. Die Auswahl dort war miserabel.
Mein Zimmer lag im Erdgeschoss. Das Fenster war kaputt. Ich habe den Mangel gemeldet, wurde aber nur vertröstet. Passiert ist nichts.
Fazit: Ein Hotel, das Mängel meldet und dann ignoriert, verdient keine Empfehlung.

Gut für einen Kurzaufenthalt
Pros:

Die Zimmer waren soweit in Ordnung. Die Lage ist recht gut und es war nachts relativ ruhig. Die Küche ist okay, wir haben allerdings nicht gekocht, sondern nur Kaffee und Tee zubereitet. Dazu gab es Teebeutel und Nescafé sowie einen guten Wasserkocher. Insgesamt war die Wohnung absolut in Ordnung.

Cons:

Die Betten waren viel zu weich und im größeren Zimmer gab es anstatt einem Nachttisch zwei Kleiderschränke, was viel zu viel ist. Im Bad fehlten Ablagemöglichkeiten. In der Küche gab es wenig Kochausstattung, was für manche Leute eventuell problematisch sein könnte. Schlimm fanden wir allerdings, dass die Fenster im Wohnzimmer immer einen Spalt offen bleiben, was zu Durchzug und Kälte führt.

Very convenient and well priced
Pros:

Good price , convenient location for my needs , fitted the requirements for what I needed.

Cons:

Strange interaction over providing ID which I questioned, no advice as to where to go/ get breakfast as I understood it was included in rate. Didn’t have any physical interaction with staff . Room smelt of smoke - that is I presume why the window was open upon arrival .

The room was much smaller than it appeared in the photos. There was no toilet in the room. The room did not look clean at all, and there was a sewage smell. On top of that, there was no one available to speak to in person or address these issues. For all these reasons, I was very dissatisfied with the room. After this experience, I would not stay at this hotel again. Even if the stay were free, I would still choose another hotel.

Cons:

Couldnt check in without ID, which wasnt obvious before hand. No iron or board so had to go to a meeting with a dishevelled look. Reception was non-existent and no-one responded to my requests.

A comfortable room in a good location.
Pros:

The location is great, the bed was comfortable and a good base for a time in London. A good selection of tea, coffee and milk with a kettle. Shampoo and shower gel provided and nice towels.

Cons:

The finishes in the room aren’t the best - a gap between the carpet and the bathroom floor, the TV wasn’t tuned to any channels, the clothes rail was wonky and looked like it was about to fall over, the string with the blind is too high.
Also a fridge in the room would be a great touch.
