Beautiful quiet setting & nice breakfast
Very tired garden rooms in annex with rotten windows and very hard bed
Lovely garden , duty manager went out of his way to help .Clean . excellent staff. Beautiful location.
Could do with downstairs w.c .
The food was excellent and Evan made the stay even better.
No air con
The room was comfortable and clean. Location was ok for what we needed and it was accessible to close by underground stations.
Reception staff were welcoming and polite
Breakfast had a good spread but for the price wasn't all that - particularly when asked for a hot drink only to find out that after you asked for a hot chocolate you were then told that it was £4 extra (on top of charge for breakfast)
Good location and a kind and helpful man at reception
My original room smelled terrible and the mattress sunk down about a foot when i sat on it. It was so awful that I asked to change rooms. The nice man at reception put me in a room which was a bit better, but this place is so tired and tatty. Peeling paint, stained carpets, ripped material on beds. Awful water pressure, shower temp was either cold or boiling. It's a shame as this could be a great place, it just really needs some attention. its overpriced for how old and tatty it is.
Breakfast was good
Very dated and old
Lovely grounds, nice reception staff
Some of the bar staff were off hand, one was lovely.
Room could use redecorating.
Location and bed
No water in the room not good being expected to use bath water for t and coffee Aircon very poor
Great location, ideal for us to hop in a taxi to an event at Wembley. Lovely spot amongst the trees, beautiful building. Nice big room.
Decir is a little outdated in the room - could be excellent with an update. Bathroom could have been cleaner but was okay. Not a fan of shower curtains.
location excellent, staff really helpful. Gardens are magnificent.
Bathroom was looking a bit tired
