Really nice and clean hotel. Highly recommend.
Pros:

So the hotel was very clean, the room had everything we needed and the staff were very helpful.
I asked if they could put a Funko Pop on my son’s bed for when we arrived later on and they did Thai and left him a can of pop. The beds were clean and comfortable, bathroom was great and shower blew the cobwebs away as very powerful.
We were located in the Lower ground ( basement to you and me) and the breakfast room was just next door. They only offered a continental breakfast, which was great. The breakfast wasn’t included, but we were offered it free of charge.
We left our bags there and came back later in the day to collect them, well after checkout. Storage room had cctv, so security was really good.

We have no complaints about coming back to this hotel, they seemed really happy and the staff were very kind and helpful to our autistic son.
8/10 from my son, they had no English fry up for breakfast, that would have earned them a 10/10.

Great location for Victoria Station and the theatre
Pros:

This hotel was one of the cheapest in the area and great value for money. Small but clean room for 3 adults. Comfortable beds with tea, coffee facilities. Is a 5 min walk into Pimlico area with shops and cafes. Great location for Victoria station with a Sainsbury’s and Gatwick Express. Not a big fancy hotel but only approx £140 per night for 3 adults good if you are on a budget

Convenient location
Pros:

Very convenient location close to the train station and bus station, comfortable and decorated lovely, with a great shower and bathroom facilities, staff were always very friendly and helpful

Great value for money, great location
Pros:

The location was great as very close to Victoria Station and the theatre. Basic, small room and bathroom but beds comfortable.

Cons:

Maybe the room could’ve been a bit bigger but didnt really effect the stay too much

Ideal location, only minutes from Victoria station, rooms are cosy and clean! Ideal rooms for london at great value as we didn’t spend much time in the room 😊

Cons:

Ideal for shorter trips, we stayed two nights and loved it!

Excellent location and lovely hotel
Pros:

Excellent location to Victoria coach station and train station. Very comfortable room and very good value. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Would definitely go back.

A localização, a simpatia dos funcionários e o hotel é acolhedor.

Cons:

A limpeza dos quartos.
Todo o hotel são paredes falsas, ouvem-se todos os ruídos. No primeiro dia tivemos de mudar de quarto porque o quarto ao lado tinha musica ligada e os hóspedes eram ruidosos. A gestão mudou-nos para um quarto na cave.

Nichts ist wirklich schlecht, insgesamt aber doch teuer für die Leistung und den Zustand des Hotels. Sehr freundliches u

Gemütliches bis heimeliges Hotel. Es hat alles was man braucht und das Personal ist sehr freundlich. Das Viertel ist sehr ruhig.

Cons:

Extrem hellhöriges Hotel, die Zimmer und Möbel sind etwas alt und könnten teilweise etwas besser gepflegt oder gar erneuert werden. Die Sauberkeit könnte besser sein, wobei es aber nicht per se dreckig ist.

In general the stay wasn’t too bad shout out to the receptionist called “Neil” was very helpful and friendly worth to me
Pros:

Very convenient to the tube and bus station. The bed were comfortable.

Cons:

Pillow could be firmer room is compact and soundproof needs some sort of improvement.

Delightful Stay
Pros:

The whole hotel in very well presented. Staff were friendly and efficient.
It was a pleasure to stay, clean and well decorated.
Definitely stay there again.
2 down sides...
my single bed had a dip in the centre of the mattress, so wasn't the most comfortable
I was on the 4th floor.. I knew there was no lift and it was no surprise... but good cardio exercise and i rested on the 3rd floor landing
But these won't stop me staying again soon
