Pros:

Great location, very helpful staff, and comfortable bed.

Cons:

Had problems with the remote. Could not even power off the TV. Staff had to assist.

Pros:

This hotel is in a great position, the staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was very clean, with comfy beds and a great waterfall shower. Lovely cups in the room too.

Cons:

The room was very small, unable to get around one side of the double bed without bashing yourself on the mounted tv. It was a basement room which I didn't realise with a blackout over the window so no natural light and unable to open to get fresh air but i would definitely book a room in this hotel above ground floor as that was the only downfall really.

Perfect if you just need a place to stay. No extras here, but it was beautifully furnished, quiet, and convenient
Pros:

Very clean, nicely furnished, comfortable bed.

Cons:

No lift was really the only issue. We had a few heavy bags to lift up 4 flights of narrow stairs. I’m not as young as I used to be.

They never clean the rooms. My bin had trash before checking in the room. It was very smelly and they did not bother to clean. I guess I had to aak, but it is unprofessional to expect the guest to do something that any hotel does
