Great location, friendly staff
A bit noisy in the corridors in the morning, but nothing major
The staff was very friendly.
The bed was lumpy and the room was extremely small.
Very comfortable room on the ground floor as requested, Staff very friendly and helpful. A simple buffet breakfast for a £10, well worth it.
Helpful and gracious staff
Having to traipse up so many flights of stairs when I was unwell.
O Staff e a decoração do quarto
Good location and neighbourhood. Small rooms but what do you need, and it's a capital city. Great shower. Bed comfortable. Tasteful modern decor. Everything you need.
I was in the LG room so no view or natural light but this was not a problem, just something to highlight.
Great location. Friendly reception team. Happy to store luggage. Spotlessly clean. Excellent decor. Good aircon.
5 flights of stairs to our attic room. Room really small though had everything you would need. Definitely a touch of claustrophobia. Needed a Sherpa though to be fair reception team offered to carry bag ( should have accepted 😭).
Amazing staff and very clean room
Location , helpful staff , clean
No lift however staff was helpful and carried our suitcases to the room
Room was very small not much space for luggage
The room was very small but to be honest, I didn't really need any more room than what was provided. It was very cosy and had plenty of sockets, lights and best of all, lots of sachets of tea and coffee. Everything I needed was provided. The bathroom was spotless and had a great shower - water was powerful enough. The only thing that I found difficult was walking up all of the stairs to get to my room on the 4th floor. I realise I wasn't as fit as I thought I was and had to stop for a few seconds, on floor 3, to catch my breath. Other than that, I was very happy. One last thing, the foyer could do with a bit more decoration. It seemed a bit bare
