Pros:

Schönes süßes Gästehaus. Das Frühstück war perfekt.
Das Gästehaus lag in der Nähe der U Bahn Station und man ist super schnell überall gewesen. Es liegt in Mitten vieler Food Geschäfte.

Cons:

Ein viel zu kleines Bad, es war super anstrengend... Tür stieß sogar ans Waschbecken . Auf der Toilette sitzend stieß man mit den Knien an die Wand...

Posizione comoda, ben collegata grazie alla vicinanza alla metro di Earls Court

Cons:

Servizio alla reception poco cordiale, in particolare da parte della Sig.ra Loreta.
Camera molto piccola, così come il bagno, davvero minuscolo; inoltre la pressione dell’acqua della doccia era insufficiente.
La struttura non rispecchia assolutamente gli standard di un hotel 4 stelle come pubblicizzato.
Colazione insufficiente: già alle 8:00 gran parte dei prodotti era terminata.

Posizione strategica vicinissima alla metro. Camera pulita, staff accogliente e disponibile e ottima la colazione. Il giorno di pasqua ci è stato offerto anche un uovo di cioccolato, super 😉👍

Pros:

Great customer service. We had everything ready for us before we have arrived. Check in went very smooth.
We traveled during Easter and we had lovely surprise waiting for us in the room. Cadbury Easter egg and happy Easter card.
We didn't expect that there would be a lift and that was little bonus as we had heavy suitcase. And if you know English staircases you know how fun it is to carry suitcases on them.
In addition to all of that in the rooms were plug ins adapters,which is very helpful for people coming from outside of UK.

Great stay
Pros:

Hotel was in a quieter part of the city and was within walking distance of the nearest Underground station. Staff were very attentive and the twin room was ideal for a 2 night stay. Although there wasn't hot food there was plenty to choose from. Beds were comfortable and it was great the room had a safe. Shower was amazing very powerful. The room was very clean. An enjoyable stay and would certainly recommend to family and friends.

Cons:

There was only one socket in the bedroom, felt it could have done with more that was only a minor fault.

Ubicación excelente, decoración acogedora y el personal muy amable

Cons:

Sólo dos cosas, referente a los horarios: la recepción es hasta las 21h (más tarde, hay que entrar en el hotel con la llave de la habitación) y el desayuno es de 7.30 a 9.30 (cosa que no ocurre en otros hoteles; con el horario un poco más extendido, al menos hasta las 10)

Zimmer war sauber, Bad modern eingerichtet, aber klein. Die Lage war sehr ruhig, 5 Gehminuten zur
U Bahn entfernt. Frühstück war auch in Ordnung.
Wir haben uns im Henley House sehr wohl gefühlt.
Würden wieder kommen!
