A lovely boutique hotel
Pros:

Fantastic location on a quiet street but close to everything. The room was very spacious, the breakfast was fab and the staff were very accommodating.

Great location and lovely hotel

מיקום נהדר, חדר נקי ומצויד אך מוגבל. אינטרנט גרוע.

מיקום, שקט, נקי, בטוח, שכונתי ומרכזי כאחד.

Cons:

אינטרנט מזעזע. עיצוב חסר טעם. ארוחת בוקר דלה בשעות לא נדיבות. צוות אדיש ולא עוזר. מקרר קטן מאד.

The staff made some effort but couldn't solve the main problems.

THE AIR-CONDITIONING DIDN'T WORK DURING THE NIGHT. I was told this is a mechanical issue that can't be sorted out and was offered a small fan. I don't know whether it's true or not but it really doesn't matter. I very specifically ordered a hotel with air-conditioning. An air-conditioner that only works during day time (when most tourists are outside, touring) does not constitute an air conditioned room.
Simply unacceptable. I could hardly sleep and it ruined my vacation.

Location excellent few hundred metres from Earls Court tube station. Nice breakfast space. Nice breakfast. Fully operational A.C.

Great location and very comfortable room, bed was great.
Pros:

The location is perfect, steps from Earls Court tube station. So many restaurants around! Friendly staff and very quaint property.

Cons:

The AC shut off in the middle of the night which made us pretty uncomfortable a couple nights. It’s an automatic thing, like an energy saver, which the staff couldn’t do anything about.

Hotel centralissimo. Colazione buona. Molto pulito.

Il letto che doveva essere matrimoniale era massimo una piazza e mezzo. due persone ci entravano veramente a fatica. fatto presente alla reception in tono abbastanza freddo mi è stato risposto che quello è lo standard inglese di letto matrimoniale, non credo proprio! due persone poco più grandi non ci sarebbero entrati mai. la stanza era molto piccola ma per noi andava bene. l'ascensore si bloccava quasi sempre e non mi è sembrato qualcosa che non funzionasse in quel momento ma la normalità
