Beautifull stay in a good location
Pros:

Lovely little place in very good location with everything you need for a stay. Hotel was clean, secure and with good breakfast.

Pros:

Reception staff were lovely. The room was on the ground floor, so a bit noisy.

Cons:

It was cold, due to single-glazing and a draft. The breakfast staff were rather unfriendly. No warning given re breakfast ending, machines were simply turned off. Breakfast was too early and no flexibility.

Room is very small even they said it’s 4 star
Staff didn’t allow me to use Oven (they said this only for staff) in 4-Star hotel there is no Oven hahaha
Water is very slow in Tap , it was very difficult to take bath

Pros:

Das Zimmer war groß, alles tip top sauber. Es gab sogar Bademäntel.
Die zentrale Lage des Hotels ist absolut perfekt. Ruhig in einer Seitenstraße gelegen und in unmittelbarer Nähe der Underground Station Earls Court. Dort ist man in wenigen Gehminuten.
Das Personal war sehr freundlich und entgegenkommend.
Frühstücksbuffet mit allem was man braucht.
Dieses Hotel ist in jeder Hinsicht zu 100 % empfehlenswert. Wir würden es beim nächsten London Aufenthalt sofort wieder buchen.

A great place to stay - we will visit again.
Pros:

Well located hotel, very well appointed and clean room. The breakfast was great and the staff all very pleasant. A few nice places nearby for dinner too.

I would definitely stay again, also close to Earls Court underground station and some good pubs.
Pros:

Lovely staff, very welcoming, room and bathroom were small but lovely and cosy. Bed comfortable. Breakfast was great. Good location.
