De kamer en badkamer wel schoon
Troosteloze kamers ,1 lampje naast het bed en je moest aan het bolletje draaien voor aan en uit ,deur die niet goed sloot,2 x open blijven staan, putten in het matras en een erg klein bed ,avond eten ronduit slecht, ontbijt echt karig en de donkere dame loopt rond als een kip zonder kop en alles wat ze doen is totaal niet efficiënt !!!

Housekeeping, was bad, the beds looked like they had been laid on after the room had been cleaned. TV's are so small for the size of room

Extend the dinner hours 19.30 to 20.30 with last orders at 20.15 was extremely tight when coming off the ferry from Lewis in Ullapool.

Room was exactly what I needed. Clean, comfortable, fairly recent refurb, TV, kettle, wifi, instant hot water in bathroom, good sized shower. No pointless fussy bits.

Staff were very friendly and helpful. We had a pleasant evening meal and a good breakfast, and the room was clean and comfortable. The hotel is ideally placed for activities in the area, and is very good value for money.
