A good stay, we would definitely stay again. Thank you.
Pros:

The room size was fine, the bed was very comfortable. We liked that the room had a fridge. Lighting was good and TV access was great. The bathroom size was good. Although we did not use it this time, we liked the look of the sitting room downstairs. The breakfast was great, homemade, not corporate. I had a very tasty English breakfast and the lady serving was so amenable and friendly.

Cons:

The shower cubicle looked clean but still smelt of a previous user. The air conditioning was a little loud but could be switched off when needed.

Quiet oasis near the hustle and bustle of Oxford Street
Pros:

Excellent location. Two blocks from Hyde Park but very quiet. Air conditioned, clean, beautifully decorated. Staff were friendly and very helpful. I would definitely recommend this property.

Hôtel très bien situé, personnel extrêmement serviable, chambre trop chère pour la qualité
Pros:

Hôtel est très bien situé au coin de Hyde Park à plus moins égale distance de 2 stations de métro de lignes différentes, ce qui permet de se déplacer depuis l'hôtel très facilement. Le personnel est extrêmement gentil et serviable. Les chambres sont spacieuses et calmes, la literie est de bonne qualité.

Cons:

Pour un hôtel catégorisé 4 étoiles dans Booking et à ce prix là, je m'attendais à un niveau de qualité supérieur. La salle de bain est plutôt vieille, les joints de l'évier ou de la douches sont noirs ou inexistants. La pression de la douche est vraiment très faible sans compter le fait que la température de l'eau est très compliquée à régler et ne reste pas constante. Le frigo de la chambre ne fonctionnait pas, vraiment dommage pendant cette canicule. Plusieurs supports de nos rideaux étaient cassés (et le sont restés tout le long de notre séjour), nous avons du dormir avec un des 4 rideaux ouvert. Le wifi est facile d'accès et bien que le signal réceptionné soit bon, la vitesse de connexion est très lente.

Pros:

L’hôtel est bien situé et la chambre était spacieuse.

Cons:

Au petit déjeuner certains aliments ( fromage, charcuterie, lait) ne sont pas au frais.
Il faudrait des stores occultants pour les fenêtres.

Nice place to stay in Marble Arch
Pros:

Nice location, hotel is not new but well kept. Water refreshed every day. Bathrobes in the room. Slippers and ironing facilities available on request. Air conditioning is available.

Cons:

The breakfast room is small and downstairs. Breakfast selection is rather basic, toasted bread, fried eggs, fried sausages, packed buns.
