Extremely kind staff and amazing location! Will definitely stay here in future.
Pros:

The location was perfect - very quiet but steps from busy shopping street, train and bus stops nearby. I fell ill unexpectedly on my third night and the hotel allowed me to stay an additional night in the same room. They were so kind and understanding!

Cons:

Cracked tiles in the bathroom and decor a bit run down but very clean.

London in three days
Pros:

A fantastic location. Easy check in. Staff very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was great, cereals, cheese, cold meats, fruit, orange juice tea/coffee. Room size was good, two single beds moved together to make a double wasn't the most comfortable. Bathroom was basic but the towels were soft! It was a room facing the back of the hotel so no views but no street noise either! TV, air-conditioning fridge along with tea/ coffee making facilities made it a great place to chill after a very busy day touring London. Definitely recommend this great hotel and hopefully get back there in the near future.

Hôtel pratique et bien placé, mais des efforts à faire pour le rendre plus agréable..
Pros:

Emplacement à Marylebone, proche de Marble Arch, hotel pratique et personnel sympathique.. mais..

Cons:

Ascenseur hors service pour le 2eme étage
Réveil à 8h00 du matin par l’équipe de nettoyage qui parle dans les couloirs comme au marché aux poissons et n’hésite ensuite pas à entrer dans votre chambre sans s’annoncer ni frapper..
Salle de bain pratique mais odeur (de moisissures ou de chat..) très difficile.
Petit déjeuner très moyen malgré les efforts de la dame qui s’en charge. Très basic..et même pas d’œufs proposés. Dommage.

ארוחת הבוקר - ביחס למחיר - מושלמת. מגוון דגני קלוגס שונים, יוגורטים מצוינים, מיץ/קפה ועוד ועוד ואווירה מצוינת. לציין לחיוב את אשת המטבח נותנת השירות שהייתה נפלאה

Minor issues: An Old chair which you literally sink in and does not support you and having to walk up several steps with heavy luggage.

Ottima posizione, camera confortevole, materasso buono, tutto pulito, staff molto gentile, posizione ottima per girare anche a piedi. Avevamo prenotato più camere con colleghi di lavoro e ci hanno offerto la colazione. Molto gentili
