I could stay there again.
Pros:

Good location. Friendly staff.

Cons:

Room was very run down. Nice and clean tho.

Breakfast room was very warm. I got there late and the meat and cheese was sweating.

Generally liked the hotel but I think for over 700€ for two nights it was too much, i didn’t like the breakfast at all.

Not a serious hotel.
Pros:

Nothing. I was locked out all night.

Cons:

They declared me a no show without notice (no attempt to call or email, nothing like that), and I spent the night without accommodation in London with laptop phone bags etc. I tried many times to call them from outside the property with no answer. I emailed them complaining about the deemed no show along them for an explanation and still await an answer (1-week later).

Great central hotel for Hyde Park events
Pros:

Location excellent, next to Hyde Park and Marble Arch underground.

Large rooms with everything needed for a comfortable overnight stay to attend an event.

Friendly staff and very helpful.

Includes continental breakfast which had a nice choice.

Very comfortable bed and great sleep.

Excellent value for location, air con and overall service.

Cons:

Bit worn and tired in places

Stains on the carpet

Breakfast coffee was undrinkable

Location - walking distance to Hyde Park. Boutique style, not too busy. And felt safe. Beautifully designed lounge. Good size room with king size bed. All toiletries and towels provided. Breakfast - continental included and so much choice. Rooms had air conditioning, a must in the heat wave

Cons:

Air conditioning in room was noisy but rather that than none at all in the heat.

Hotel in great location for BST Hyde Park concerts
Pros:

Great location for the BST Hyde Park summer concerts - quiet street only about 5 minutes walk away. Lovely breakfast and friendly staff. Comfortable beds and air con in the room which was essential!

Cons:

We had a twin room which wasn't very spacious and the bathroom was a bit on the small side.

The room was spacious but other than that, I think it was overpriced and would not stay there again
Pros:

It was a slighlty weird entrance. We were not sure we were actually entering the hotel as it looked like someone's house. There should have been more signage and direction to the reception.
