Pros:

Location. Friendly staff. Clean and comfortable. My favourite place to stay in London!

Cons:

Unfortunately my kettle in the room had a broken lid. But the staff dealt with it quickly and was provided with a working kettle. I would advise smaller kettles as very difficult to replenish with water from the sink

Esta molt ben comunicat, amb estació d'autobusos molt a prop i la de metro, així com locals per menjar i pendre algo. Una molt bona zona.
Personal molt atent i agradable.
Habitació petita pero comfortable.

La neteja del lavabo era basica, podria estar millor. Vam sentir algun que altre soroll de la planta superior

Una estancia muy buena, relación calidad/precio excepcional.
Pros:

La ubicación es perfecta. Es un buen barrio por el que se puede andar tranquilamente, tanto de día como de noche; tiene todo a mano, bares, restaurantes y supermercados. A 2 minutos de la entrada de metro desde la que se puede ir a todos los sitios turísticos.

Llegamos a las 9:30 de la mañana y pudimos dejar nuestras maletas sin problema, las cogimos al volver por la noche. Siempre hay alguien en recepción, lo que resulta muy cómodo y transmite mucha seguridad.

Todos los días nos hacían la habitación, cambian las toallas y sacan la basura cada día.

Cons:

Podrían hacer una limpieza a fondo de las habitaciones, para tener una mejor imagen.
