It was in good location.

Cons:

Paying deposit for room in case damage, room was very basic nothing to damage no wardrobe to hang clothes or tea facility in room. Tv was not working.

It was okay. Decent price for a 2 night stay.
Pros:

The best part about the hotel was its central location to local amenities. There were a variety of shops nearby. Good transport links. Earls Court and Gloucester Road stations are within easy walking distance. The staff were friendly and helpful.

Cons:

The shower room/toilet was too small. There was no bedside table to place items on. I noticed what appeared to be a crack on the window of my room which had been taped over. As I had my curtain drawn most of the time, it was not really an issue.

Falta de limpieza y confort, y buena ubicación.

Lo único positivo que le vimos fue la ubicación.

Cons:

La limpieza dejaba mucho que desear, además la habitación y el baño es demasiado pequeño. Cuando llegamos las sábanas estaban sucias y tuvimos que pedir que nos cambiaran de habitación. No es un lugar agradable donde nos pudiéramos sentir cómodos.

Very disappointing stay. Staff were rude and unhelpful. The room was extremely small—far below acceptable standards. Shockingly, there was no drinking water or even cups in the room, forcing me to go down two floors just to get water in a tiny cup. Poor service and basic amenities missing. Would not recommend.
