Alla nostra arrivata (il giorno 05 giugno alle ore 3:00, in ritardo a causa del ritardo del volo aereo) ci è stata assegnata una prima camera che presentava evidenti tracce di muffa, condizioni di pulizia inadeguate e aria condizionata non funzionante. La presenza di muffa era tale da rendere difficile permanere nella stanza.
Dopo la nostra segnalazione, avvenuta la mattina successiva intorno alle 8:30, ci è stata assegnata una seconda camera. Al rientro in hotel, la sera, abbiamo però trovato all’interno della stanza una borsa/zaino che non apparteneva a noi. Abbiamo immediatamente contattato la reception e ci è stato riferito che la borsa apparteneva alla struttura.
Nella notte, intorno alle ore 4:00, una persona ha tentato di entrare nella nostra camera in modo insistente per recuperare tale zaino, causando una situazione di forte disagio e preoccupazione per la nostra sicurezza.
La mattina successiva (quella del 6 giugno) abbiamo riferito nuovamente l’accaduto alla struttura e richiesto un rimborso, ma ci è stato indicato di rivolgerci direttamente a Booking.com.
Non abbiamo terminato il nostro soggiorno lì, eravamo impauriti e scossi da tutto ciò che ci era successo.
The staff couldn't do enough for me. My partner was taken in for heart surgery and Sean made sure I was doing ok and had everything I needed. They went above and beyond.
The location is excellent; it's closeby both to the underground station and a shopping area. Westminster is easily reached by only four stops.
Personnel was real professional and helpful. I had some annoyances e.g. with a neighbouring room, but personnel took care of it quickly and effectively.
The room isn't too big; but it still good in relation to the price quality in London.

The location and the view from the window was really nice. Also the coffee machine in the reception was a perfect little detail.
The rooms were too small and there wasn’t enough space even for two carry ons. No elevator and during our 6 day stay our room was cleaned only once.

it all felt very dated and dilapidated, things didn't work properly, no tea making facilities in the room, had to move rooms due to issues, it was just disappointing, it felt like a hostel, location was good for my needs but that's about all

Very friendly and helpful staff and close to underground station.
Tiny and in need of redecoration. TV only works with a mobile phone….but we couldn’t get it to work. Shower and toilet in a very tiny en-suite room……clean but not easy to negotiate, especially if two people are sharing this room. The room contains a bed, a table, and a hard chair all squashed together…..but the price is very low, so only to be expected.
Abbiamo soggiornato per 4 notti l'hotel si trova in un 'ottima posizione vicinissima alla metro di Earl's court e diversi punti per raggiungere anche le fermate degli autobus... La stanza è quella che è piccola non modernissima ma c'è il condizionare ed è pulita il secondo giorno ci hanno fatto cambio di lenzuola e asciugamani. L'host è super disponibile e gentile, alla reception c'è un dispenser per l'acqua e una macchinetta per il caffè , per quello che abbiamo pagato devo dire che ci è andata più che bene, non avevamo troppe pretese per l'aspetto estetico , l'unica preoccupazione era la pulizia che è stata rispettata , e sicuramente la gentilezza dell'host è un punto a favore ci ha fatto lasciare anche le valigie sia prima del check-in che dopo il check-out.
Nothing was good
Awful. Everywhere was extremely dirty and mouldy. The room door was broken and t couldn’t be lock. The toiletries were very dirty and used.
Bed was comfortable but quite high. Had a nice window. Love the area, felt safe and quite close to the station.
Private bathroom and toilet. Which was enough for my needs..and.the night office worker was very nice and kindly carried my luggage up to the third floor. When I arrived I asked if the AC worked and they changed my room to give me a stronger AC. On the whole I was satisfied.. I would stay again if this is free. It was in a very nice area.
It's a tad small but perfect for one person. Could be a bit cleaner. Window had tape on it but as I was on the third floor it didn't bother me.
