Comfortable well appointed room. Lovely to have a window to raise onto Main Street.
Ideal coffee tea machine and amenities.
Highly recommend for non pretentiousness and no gratuity’s placed on account, unlike many other hotels in London. Great position near Royal Albert Hall. Friendly, helpful staff. Highly recommend.

This is a lovely, very clean and friendly hotel. I felt very safe as an older woman travelling with my daughter. Ideally located to get around London on foot. Very nice neighborhood. Can't say enough good things about our experience.

Great check in. I was allowed into my room early which was so helpful after a long haul flight. Great room bed was super comfortable, shower was good with strong water pressure. Room service was good. Good area to stay in near Knightsbridge.

Wonderful hotel in a great location, close to lots of dining, shopping and museums. Amazing staff; we were always greeted by a friendly smile and excellent service. The rooms are nicely appointed with luxury amenities. I highly recommend staying here if you want to be in the center of the city but still have a beautiful quiet neighborhood around you.
