The Princess Hotel – St Pancras is a truly unique hotel with exceptionally kind, compassionate, and helpful staff. From the moment we arrived, the team was welcoming, informative, and always ready to assist, which made our stay feel very comfortable.
What I especially loved about this hotel was the location. It’s within easy walking distance to St Pancras train station, taxi stands, plenty of food options, and even a friendly, inexpensive marketplace. This convenience made getting around London so much easier.
I would highly recommend this hotel to families, budget-conscious travelers, and anyone planning to use public transportation. The combination of great service and excellent location makes it a wonderful choice for a stay in London.

This hotel is within 5 minutes walking distance from the St. Kings Cross train and subway station, and 10 minutes away from the St. Pancras and Euston train stations - very convenient. Although the hotel is nothing fancy, it has evidently been renovated recently, so everything is neat, clean and functional. Staff was friendly and helpful. One nice touch is a "help yourself" coffee/capuccino/latte/hot chocolate machine in a small seating area down in the basement - don't miss it. There are some complimentary goodies in the room, like bottled water, pop drinks and some sweets.

For me, its location is In the middle of the places I needed to go. Easy to commute with bus, subway and train.

It was very good, adequate for one’s needs except it was cold. Perhaps a blanket would be a good idea? I hope to stay there now each time I
Visit London. Very efficiently run.

Ideal hotel, literally 2 mins walk from Kings Cross/St Pancras. Very welcoming reception staff, and cases stored before check in and placed in our room.
Room was clean with small sink and tea/ coffee making facilities.
We were only able to get a room with shared bathroom but this was no issue at all

I chose this place because it was well-reviewed, affordable, and close to St. Pancras. It was exactly what I needed, only a five-minute walk to/from the station, with all the amenities I needed, including A/C (which worked great), outlets for devices both at a small desk and next to the bed, and an iron and ironing board. I had the room right off the lobby, but after closing the door between the entry hallway and the bedroom, I heard none of the lobby noise. The room was small, but a bit more spacious than I'd expected, with an actual closet where you could hang clothes. There was even a little kitchen area with a microwave, although I didn't use it. I liked that they provided water bottles and some snacks in the mini-fridge and that it was all complimentary! (I only took the water.) The bathroom only had outlets for shavers, so I had to use my hair dryer in the bedroom, which worked out fine because there was a mirror next to the electrical outlet. Other than St. Pancras being nearby, Soho was about a 20-minute walk away and other streets with restaurants and shops were also a few minutes' walk away. I would definitely stay here again (and in fact I've already booked it for a week from now).

Excellent location for easy access to King’s Cross station and the underground. Clean room & great facilities in our suite. Just a bit of a tight squeeze for 5 adults, but saying that we would happily return to this accommodation.

We have stayed here before. It is a very nice property across from Kings Cross and St. Pancras Stations. The only issue during our most recent stay was that our room faced the stations. Pretty noisy! The interior windows don't close all the way (most historic properties have modern interior windows inside the original windows) so we were forced to wear ear plugs all night. But that's life in the big city sometimes. Our room was spacious and upscale.

The area was very walkable, Kings Cross and St. Pancras station were a five minute walk away.
My room, and the shared bathroom, were clean. I had towels available, kettle and a hair dryer too. The little details were not missed.

We booked the family suite for our weekend visit to watch a concert and it was a great stay ..Its a 10 minute walk from Euston and a few minutes walk from kingscross and at st pancras . Its on a quiet side street in a safe location. The room was perfect for us all and it was lovely and clean. It has hairdryer and iron for easy travelling. The complimentary snacks and juices were a great touch. I'd be more than happy to recommend it and stay there again .

Newly refurbished super clean bijoux room- one of few in London where you can sleep with the window open all night and we didn't hear a sound! Super stay!

Our stay here was very pleasant. The room was small but comfortable and had what we needed - the sink in the room was great to have. The room and shared bathrooms were really clean and the bathrooms were very quiet so we had no issue with using them when we needed. The staff member who checked us in was nice and efficient. We were able to leave our keys in the room after checking out which was nice. The location was great - right by the Kings cross and felt pretty safe. The only downside was that the twin beds felt very small. Overall our stay was pleasant for a very reasonable price.
