Lage und der Pool
le spa dégage beaucoup de tranquilité et de bien-être et il est joliment décoré. Le mur de sel rose est un havre de ressourcement inattendu.
Les chambres (de catégorie supérieure) sont spacieuses, confortables et insonorisées.
Le cheminement avec bagages n'est pas bien indiqué. Quelques indications sur des pannaux faciliteraient le travail de la réception et aideraient le client, c'est facile à installer. Ce n'est que le jour de mon départ que j'ai compris comment utiliser le valet depuis ma voiture jusqu'à la chambre sans passer par des escaliers.
Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans cet hôtel !
Le personnel est extrêmement accueillant et attentionné. Il a eu une très belle attention envers notre famille en nous offrant un magnifique surclassement : au lieu de la chambre double réservée, nous avons eu la chance de séjourner dans une grande suite avec un accès direct au jardin. Un geste que nous avons énormément apprécié.
La suite était impeccable, très propre, spacieuse et parfaitement confortable. L’emplacement de l’hôtel est également idéal, avec un parking très pratique.
Nous avons particulièrement aimé l’espace spa, qui est parfait pour se détendre après une longue journée. La piscine est propre, bien chauffée et très agréable.
Nous aurions avec grand plaisir prolongé notre séjour et reviendrons sans hésiter. Nous recommandons cet hôtel les yeux fermés !

Die Lage war gut und der Parkplatz sicher. Das Personal war freundlich.
Die Liste ist lang. Wir sind oft in Hotels und auch öfters in 4 Sterne Hotels. Für ein Hotel mit weniger Sternen, wäre es vielleicht halbwegs in Ordnung. Für 4 Sterne erwarte ich mehr.
- Gartenblick gebucht. Den hatten wir so halbwegs, allerdings nur von einem etwas seltsamen Flur, der zum Zimmer gehörte. Vom Zimmer aus hatten wir Blick auf den Parkplatz.
- Beim Personal fehlte das, was ich bei 4 Sternen erwarte. Eine ordentliche Einweisung, wo ich etwas im Hotel finde. Einen Hinweis auf die Spa Angebote, die Frühstücks- und Poolzeiten. Abends die Bar wurde von dem Herren der Rezeption bediente. Eine Getränkekarte suchte er, fand sie aber nicht. Mein bestelltes Glas Rose wurde ein Rotweon in einem Glas, das eher nach Bierglas aussah. Alkoholfreie Coctails gab es nicht und als Angebot, was es gibt, bekam ich die Flaschen im Regal gezeigt. Der Orangina darin war nichtmal mehr gelb. Auch wenn das nur zur Demonstration ist, es ist nicht ansprechend. Bezahlen durfte ich nicht, so dass ich erst am Morgen bezahlen konnte. Dabei hatte ich extra schon beim Einchecken gezahlt, um gleich los zu können.
- Beim Frühstück tropfte Wasser von der Decke. Es stand ein Eimer da und ich bekam Tropfen ab beim Getränke einschenken. Brrr.
- Das Rührei wurde während unseres Frühstücks nicht wieder aufgefüllt. Der Rrst war gut.
- Da meine Tochter lange nichts gegessen hatte und es ihr nicht so gut ging, fragte ich, ob es einen Snack oder irgendetwas zu knabbern gäbe. Dies wurde lieblos verneint, ich bekam aber auch keine Erklärung, wo ich auf die Schnelle etwas bekäme. Ich bin dann gegenüber zum Bahnhof an den Automat.
- In jedem billigeren Hotel gab es als Service eine Flasche Wasser auf dem Zimmer als Gruß. Dieses Hitel wollte in der Minibar 3,50 € für die Flasche Wasser.
- Der Parkplatz war kostenpflichtig, was in vielen Hotels der Fall ist, in einem 4 Sterne Hotel aber dazugehören könnte. Das ist aber eine Kleinigkeit.
Großes sauberes Zimmer. Netter Spa Bereich.
Das Zimmer war schwer zu erreichen.
