Pros:

le confort et le petit déjeuner étaient bien.

Cons:

Le fait que ma réservation, via BOOKING, n'existait pas quand je suis arrivé alors que j'en avais la preuve digitale. Compte tenu de ce raté, je m'attendais à un geste commercial et il n'en a rien été.

Emplacement idéal face à la gare. Chambre confortable, très bonne literie. Petit-déjeuner copieux.

Cons:

Les chambres communicantes ne le sont pas car non communicantes de l'intérieur de la chambre. Ce sont deux chambres côte à côte avec une porte dans le couloir qui les isolent des autres chambres. Œuf froid au petit-déjeuner.

La chambre très spacieuse salle de bain moderne et la literie très confortable et lit King size. Personnel aux petits soins et petit déjeuner très garni en tout genre de met. Service réception 24h/24. Espace bien-être accessible pratiquement tous les jours sans réservation préalable.

L espace détente est très bien, propre, un grand merci pour la gratuité du lieu pour un samedi.

Cons:

Le tarif du petit déjeuner me paraît exorbitant par rapport à la qualité de celui-ci.
Même de très bonne qualité ceci ne justifie pas un tel tarif ..

L'établissement et les chambres ne sont pas très chaleureuses.l 'éclairage, la déco!.je me suis trouvée dans une chambre PMR que je n'ai pas demandée.
Le petit déjeuner à 18€ n'est pas engageant.
Heureusement que ce jour , l'accès Spa était gratuit car lui aussi n'est pas chaleureux.
10€, le parking.
Total 111+10+18=139€.
Pas digne d'un 4 étoiles.
Je vis à Colmar.Les hôtels et les loueurs proposent des établissements très mignons avec de meilleures prestations et des prix plus attractif s
