Une belle découverte au sein d'une ville superbe. Nous y referons étape si parking disponible.
Pros:

Belle situation de l'hôtel à proximité des rues piétonnes - Accès facile en voiture - chambre spacieuse et salle de bains équipée correctement - petit déjeuner varié dans une superbe salle voutée - menstion spéciale pour la décoration et l'aménagement de l'hôtel

Cons:

Très peu d'emplacements de parking (en l'occurence aucune disponibilité) - parking sécurisé à 1/4h à pied de l'hôtel - l'aménagement extérieur de l'hôtel est peu avenant - l'hôtel mérite nettement mieux

Our 3rd or 4th stay and apart from the expensive cramped parking all was very good again.

Cons:

Expensive cramped car parking. We were so close to cars either side it was extremely difficult to open the doors. This happened every time we have stayed there. Seems like they’re extracting as much cash as possible by framing cars in!

Reste un hôtel agréable et proche de tout

L’hôtel est très bien placé, pour ce qui est de la chambre, moyen un peu vieillotte à mon goût

Cons:

Le personnel était accueillant, mais je pense qu’avec un peu en plus de sourire du personnel, ça passera mieux, je la trouvais pas trop à l’écoute non plus

Pros:

Liegt im Zentrum, sehr ruhig. Habe gut geschlafen. Frühstück war gut, der Kaffee war mir zu stark, bin halt kein Franzose. Zimmer war sauber.

Cons:

Für die Kaffeemaschine auf dem Zimmer Gabe es keine Kaffeepads, nur Tee, und auch keine Milch.

Breve soggio a Besançon
Pros:

Personale gentile e disponibile, possibilità di usufruire di un distributore di acqua gratuito durante tutto il soggiorno.

Cons:

Nonostante l’impegno e la disponibilità del personale, non sono riusciti a risolvere il problema della televisione, che è rimasta utilizzabile esclusivamente in lingua francese.

Il Wi-Fi in camera era praticamente inutilizzabile, poiché il segnale risultava assente per la maggior parte del tempo.

I filtri del condizionatore, installato a circa 180 cm da terra e quindi ben visibili, erano estremamente sporchi, un aspetto poco rassicurante sotto il profilo dell’igiene e della manutenzione.

Ho inoltre scelto di fare colazione in hotel, ma l’offerta non è stata all’altezza del prezzo richiesto e non ritengo che il rapporto qualità-prezzo fosse soddisfacente.

Für Touristen die ohne Auto anreisen, sicherlich schön. Für mich kein weiteres Mal.

Es wurde ein Hotel mit Parkplatz angeboten – für mich eine entscheidende Voraussetzung für die Buchung. Ich kam direkt aus dem Urlaub, war auf der Durchreise und hatte viele Wertsachen im Auto. Bei der Ankunft wurde mir jedoch mitgeteilt, dass die wenigen Parkplätze bereits vergeben seien. Es gab keinerlei Entgegenkommen oder freundliche Kommunikation seitens des Hotelpersonals. Dass keine Parkplätze verfügbar sind, war vorher nicht ersichtlich, und eine entsprechende Information kam auch nicht vom Hotel. Da die Zahlung bereits bei der Buchung fällig war, hätte eine spätere Info ohnehin nicht weitergeholfen.

Somit musste ich 0,5 km entfernt gegen Gebühr auf der Straße parken. Erst nach längerem Suchen fand ich über die Buchungsplattform in einem Unter-Unterfenster den Hinweis, dass ein Parkplatz hätte reserviert werden müssen – für mich grenzte das an eine Täuschung.

Beim Frühstück hatten wir erst bei der siebten Tasse eine saubere gefunden, und die Handtücher waren alles andere als flauschig. Zusätzlich ist das Hotel sehr hellhörig zum Innenhof und insgesamt laut, zumal im Gebäude gegenüber ebenfalls gefeiert wurde.
