A Consistently perfect Hotel to visit.
Pros:

Beautiful Room, warm friendly staff, very welcoming, I have stayed here quite a few times wouldn’t dream of staying anywhere else on my way to Switzerland or Italy. In a word “Perfect”.

Cons:

Nothing, the Hotel has created the perfect balance of amenities that suit the overnight traveler and the holiday maker that wishes to visit Beaune for a few days.

Comfy, spacious rooms. Very friendly and helpful staff. Beautiful setting.

Cons:

Slightly more kid friendly menu would have been nice. Got woken up by a parliament of crows in the morning which was frustrating

Le personnel est très sympa. Le petit déjeuner est très bon. Le parc est agréable avec des enfants. Merci pour l’accueil.

Cons:

Tout était parfait. Petit bémol: le chauffage était très bruyant pendant la nuit.
