Idéal pour visiter Beaune
Pros:

Superbement situé au centre ville, idéal pour visiter celle-ci.
Le personnel est d'une gentillesse exemplaire et très prévenant. Ils nous ont donné de bons conseils pour trouver un restaurant.
Très bonne literie et chambre spacieuse.
On retrouve le charme des hôtels français d'antan tout en ayant le confort actuel.

2ème visite aux hospices de Beaune
Pros:

Accueil, amabilité et serviabilité. Merci beaucoup pour les glaçons pour soulager la douleur de mon pied car à mon arrivée je venais de faire une chute dans la petite chapelle non loin de l'hôtel. Nous avons pu jouer sur le piano. Merci encore pour tout.

Pros:

The room was perfect, very comfortable bed, all the toilet and room necessities were there and the view was also great. We really appreciated how smooth and quick we did our check in and check out and we were very impressed with Marguerite and Stella! They were amazing , very polite, warm, friendly and they helped with so much information (how parking works , where the best Bakeries and Restaurants are and how to navigate the surroundings). Everything was great and we will definitely be recommending this hotel to everyone !

Location and staff fantastic!
Pros:

Location amazing! Staff very friendly. Hotel design unique and quirky, loved it.

Cons:

We had a suite with a full kitchen, no pots and pans, nor dishes or silverware included. We did not ask, so I am not sure if they would have been included if we asked. But really over all an excellent stay. Can't wait to return.
