Pros:

Very simple, but clean rooms. Nice area. The restaurant is nice, but the food is a bit overrated (i mean that the taste of everything that we have ordered was quite at low side). The open parking is convenient. There are also the charges for electric cars, but you have to have the local app for it.

Pros:

Sehr freundlicher Empfang.Sehr schön in den Weinbergen gelegen, man schaut aus dem Fenster direkt in die Weinberge. Riesiges, Barrierefreise Badezimmer. Klimaanlage (bei diesen jetzigen Temperaturen) eine wohltat.
Pizzeria und Supermarkt sehr gut zu Fass zu erreichen.

Le prix est correct et la situation de l'hôtel est un bon départ pour visiter ou randonnée dans la région. L'équipe pour le repas du soir a bien géré le service malgré un bus qui y a séjourné plusieurs nuits.

Cons:

Quelques petits problèmes techniques (machine à café pour le petit déjeuner en panne un matin) et l'employé donc débordé.

Gemiddeld genomen toch wel positief.
Pros:

Het personeel is zeer vriendelijk en uiterst behulpzaam.
Het terras en het restaurant is keurig verzorgd.
De maaltijden zijn zeer goed verzorgd en smakelijk.

Cons:

De kamers waren kleiner dan verwacht.
Het aansluiten van WIFI met de telefoon of PC voldeed niet.
Als het inloggen al lukte, moest de hele procedure herhaald worden bij terugkomst.
De eerste dagen werden de kamers goed schoongemaakt, de laatste 2 dagen minder, bijvoorbeeld prullenbak niet geleegd.

Prachtig rustige omgeving,omringd door wijngaarden. Mooi terras
Goed ontbijt bij mooi weer ook op het terras en heerlijk avond eten ,veel keuze.
Kamers schoon
Leuk personeel,vriendelijk voor de hond,die ook in het restaurant mag.
Mooie uitvals basis voor wandelingen , bezoek aan Straasbourg

Bij binnenkomst was het ontvangst wat minder.
De douche is in het bad,wel met een wandje.Er waren een paar kleine bruine kitrandjes

Ruime kamer. Makkelijk parkeren. Goed bed.

Kamers serieus gedateerd. Geen koffie/thee/waterkoker/whatever op de kamer.
Personeel soms heel vriendelijk maar ‘t typisch Franse horkerige kom je hier zeker ook tegen.

La nourriture au restaurant était très bonne. La vue depuis la fenêtre était belle. La jeune dame qui s'est occupée de nous le jour de départ était très gentille. Il était possible de commander un panier-repas.

Nous avons été accueillis de manière très désagréable par une serveuse surmenée. Nous n'avions pas deux lits séparés, bien que j'aie recu une confirmation par e-mail à ce sujet. La serveuse surmenée a également été désagréable envers nous au restaurant. Malheureusement, nous avions une vue sur le parking depuis la terrasse. Le système de ventilation dans le chambre était tellement bruyant que je n'ai pas pu dormir sans bouchons d'oreilles.
