Spa is only available for adults over 18 years old

Our restaurant is closed on 24th and 25th December (every year).

Dogs are welcome for an additional fee of €25 per day.

Μου άρεσε η κοπέλα στο μπαρ γιατί η κοπέλα στη ρεσεψιόν όταν φτάσαμε και μας πήγαν σε έ σε να δωμάτιο δίπλα στην αποθήκη που μύριζε και δεν μπορούσα να μείνω έκανε εκατό ώρες για να μας αλλάξει δωμάτιο . Ήρθε τελικά ο υπεύθυνος και μας είπε ότι η τιμή που κλείσαμε ήταν πολύ φτηνή για την εποχή όμως την κλείσαμε μέσω booking. Για να μας αλλάξει δωμάτιο ήθελε τη διπλάσια τιμή. Τελικά μας έβαλε σε ένα του πρώτου ορόφου χωρίς επιβάρυνση όμως για να γίνει αυτό πέρασε μια ώρα ταλαιπωρίας. Δεν θα ξανάπηγαινα

Cons:

Το δωμάτιο δεν είχε ψυγείο. Επίσης την δεύτερη ημέρα δεν μας καθάρισαν το δωμάτιο και δεν μας άλλαξαν πετσέτες.

Rundum entspannter Hotelaufenthalt
Pros:

Moderne Zimmer, ruhige Lage, kleines Haus, gute Frühstücksauswahl, Parkplätze kostenlos. Spa Bereich auch sauber und neu, mit Termin nur wenige Gäste gleichzeitig.

Cons:

Wir haben eigentlich keine Kritik, nur Kleinigkeiten. Außenbereich beim kleinen Pool könnte sauberer gehalten werden. Beim Frühstück hatte uns eine größere Obstauswahl gefallen.

Ich würde jederzeit wieder dort übernachten.
Pros:

Sehr freundliches Personal, spricht deutsch, englisch und französisch.

Qualität der Speisen im Restaurant sehr gut, wunderbares Frühstück.

Sehr angenehmer Garten zu verweilen.

Kostfreie überwachte Parkplätze.

Lage ist sehr gut für Ausflüge in die Vogesen und umliegenden Orte.

Cons:

Es könnten mehr Möglichkeiten zum Aufhängen der Kleidung im Zimmer sein.

Betten etwas kurz, aber denn sehr bequem.

Nel complesso consiglio la struttura, in quanto confortevole e pulita.
Pros:

Struttura moderna e in posizione tranquilla a pochi minuti da Colmar, camere pulite e comode anche se un po’ piccole, colazione eccellente e completa con prodotti di qualità

Cons:

Potrebbero migliorare il giardino esterno che appariva poco curato, ma forse nei mesi più caldi sarà più in ordine(abbiamo soggiornato nei primi giorni di giugno) ; l’accoglienza potrebbe essere migliorata, in quanto risulta piuttosto formale.

Keurig hotel met goede prijs/kwaliteit verhouding.

Cons:

We misten op zijn minst een stoel op de kamer. En Colmar lag toch iets verder dan verwacht.

Pros:

La Camera, l'ottima colazione, la SPA il parcheggio con le tante colonnine di ricarica e l'arredamento di tutto l'hotel.

Cons:

solo una piccola critica ,un po' piu' di attenzione al rifornimento della colazione, e delle stoviglie e lo sgombero dei tavoli usati ,per far posto agli ultimi arrivati.
