Pros:

飯店的餐廳吃的還不錯。免費停車。

Cons:

首先前台員工處理事情很慢，但態度還不錯，餐廳員工就感覺不是很專業，英文也不是特別的流利。被安排的房間出了電梯至少要走個5分鐘，感覺把整棟樓走到頭了，也沒有捷徑，一進門就直面廁所。停車場在旁邊但不先拿房卡就進不去，很多人都卡在入口不知所措。

Wir kommen gerne wieder.
Pros:

Das Hotel liegt etwa 3,5 km von Colmar Zentrum in der Nähe der Hauptstraße, die zum Zentrum führt. Es hat ausreichend Parkplätze mit Lademöglichkeit für E-Autos. Es ist ein toller Ausgangspunkt, um die Umgebung mit wunderschönen kleinen Städtchen wie Eguisheim oder Riquewihr zu erkunden oder die Hochkönigsburg zu besichtigen. Nach Colmar selbst kann man sehr gut mit dem Bus fahren. Die Betten waren sehr bequem, wir hatten ein Zimmer mit Terrasse, die etwas in die Jahre gekommen ist. Das gesamte Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Frühstück in Buffetform absolut in Ordnung. Alles war sehr sauber. Wir waren einen Abend im Restaurant essen, sehr lecker, aber hier schienen mir die Getränkepreise übertrieben.

Cons:

Da fällt mir nur ein, dass die Kissen auf dem Bett unfassbar dick und hart waren. Am zweiten Tag konnten wir eine weichere Version bekommen, die uns besser schlafen lies. Also lieber gleich bei der Ankunft testen und ggf. weiche Kissen bestellen.
