A really enjoyable stay with lovely staff, a great bar and excellent service

The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. We asked to change our double room to a twin, which was arranged without any fuss or additional charge. The hotel bar was lovely and a great place to relax after a long day on the motorbikes. Colmar town centre was only around 15 minutes away by Uber. Overall, a really pleasant stay with excellent customer service.

Cons:

Nothing really to complain about. The hotel is a little outside Colmar town centre, but it was only a 15-minute Uber ride, so it wasn't a major issue.

Frühstück gut, alles da, nur das Rührei wird aus Pulver bereitgestellt und schmeckt echt Künstlich. Frische Eier wären besser oder ein Spiegelei.

Am ersten Tag haben wir die Zimmerkarte erhalten obwohl das Zimmer noch nicht bereit war, ansonsten war es für die 2 Tag

Schönes, modernes Hotel. Empfang war prima.Das Bad war groß. Das Frühstück war prima bis auf das Rührei: wie auch schon von anderen bewertet: Matsche

Das Zimmer war klein und insbesondere durch Dachschräge bzw. Dachbalken ziemlich verbaut.Wir haben einen Stuhl ins Bad stellen müssen, da wir mit Hund und 2 Koffer sonst nicht genug Platz gehabt hätten. Das Abendessen hat geschmacklich nicht ganz zugesagt, aber qualitativ gut, der Service übt noch

We had a very spacious room, with excellent bed and a/c. Separate walk-in shower and bathtub. Safe, fridge with complimentary water and Nespresso machine. Free parking with ample space. Great staff. Would definitely stay again!

Würden wieder dort übernachten, Frühstück ist sehr gut.
Pros:

War unser zweiter Aufenthalt in diesem Hotel. Bei unserem ersten Besuch hatten wir das Zimmer im EG wo wir auch einen kleinen Terassenanteil hatten, dieses mal waren wir im ersten Stock, leider kein Balkon und der Weg zum Zimmer ist schon ziemlich weit.
