Pros:

Frühstück war sehr gut. Die Lage des Hotels ist sehr gut.

Cons:

Das Zimmer (im Dach) war eine Zumutung. Steile Treppe, viel zu kleine Klimaanlage für die Größe des Zimmers. Lichtschalter wild verstreut oder gar nicht vorhanden. Entlüftung im Bad nicht ausreichend. Bett für zwei Personen zu schmal.
Parkmöglichkeiten am/im Hotel sehr beschränkt. Parkhaus erst nach 10-minütigem Fußmarsch erreichbar. Kein Shuttle.

Obiekt w świetnym miejscu bardzo blisko wszystkich atrakcji ok 1 km od dworca ale taxi lub spacer bez problemu

Cons:

Zamówiłam pokój superior który na zdjęciach którymi się kierowałam był według mnie zlokalizowany w głównym budynku bo idąc na śniadanie czasami jak panie sprzątały były otwarte drzwi do tych pokoi i widziałam , że są takie jak opisie hotelu a , my otrzymaliśmy pokój w drugim budynku zupełnie nie pokrywające się z fotkami superiora - czyli dojście na śniadanie , wejście do budynku wiązało się z koniecznością używania karty magnetycznej , która co 2 dni była rozładowana i trzeba biegać do recepcji bo nic nie można było nią otworzyć ani drzwi wejściowych do budynku ani drzwi do pokoju , Pokój był na drugim piętrze budynku innego niż główny hotel bez windy i dosyć strome wejście i zejście bardzo nie komfortowe z. Śniadanie co do wyboru menu ok ale bardzo mało miejsca nie możesz wybierając danie obok postawić talerza bo nie ma gdzie człowiek na plecach drugiego człowieka . Kompletnie nie działające WiFi koszmar

Super hotel op top plek!
Pros:

Dit hotel ligt echt midden in het mooie Colmar, bij klein Venetie. Je loopt zo overal naartoe. Het ontbijt was heerlijk en de kamer schoon en netjes.
Een goed bed en een goede nachtrust gehad hierdoor.

Cons:

De kamer was best klein, je kunt je koffer niet kwijt. De badkamer ruim genoeg.
Tevens was de gereserveerde plek in de garage echt heel krap (zeker met wat grotere auto)

Un muy buen hotel, con un personal en la recepción muy atento y gentil. Buen desayuno.
Pros:

Muy bien ubicado, muy buena atención de la recepcionista, correcto desayuno.

Cons:

Solamente la división del toilete en dos partes. Una de ellas con una puerta de madera muy pesada que hacía ruido al cerrar. Inconveniente en la noche.

Disappointing overall due to the air con and having to deal with a very unpleasant receptionist, Vivianne.
Pros:

Location; style; the staff was really friendly expect for one lady called Vivianne, the most obnoxious lady I have ever dealt with in a hotel; she should not be left to work at reception, she is not suitable for such role.

Cons:

Bar service was inconsistent, staff had to look after reception and serving drinks… lack of staffing or poor management; the air conditioning was very bad & noisy in the bedroom, had to sleep the window open; bed and pillow were not great

Great location and facility overall, but please kill the background music
Pros:

Great location! Nice attractive facility. Small rather dark room overall, but adequate and one of the few hotels we found in France with a reasonably sized bathroom. Towels were a bit worn, but extra pillows in the closet were appreciated.

Cons:

There are speakers everywhere in the halls and lobby playing annoying music. Can't find a quiet place to sit and get a bit of work done.

Schönes, (fast) perfektes Hotel mitten in Colmar
Pros:

Sehr schönes, gut gelegenes Hotel mit gemütlichen, sehr komfortablen und geräumigen Zimmern in einem historischen Gebäude mitten in Colmar. Gemütlicher Innenhof zum Frühstücken oder um abends noch einen Drink zu sich zu nehmen und den Tag ausklingen zu lassen. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich. Und kostenlose Motorradparkplätze direkt auf der gegenüberliegenden Straßenseite :-)

Cons:

Leider gibt's kleine Abzüge in der B-Note: Das Personal war mit dem Abräumen der Tische etwas überfordert - wenn man morgens zum Frühstücken kommt möchte man nicht lauter Tische mit benutztem Geschirr sehen. Außerdem standen die Getränke in der Minibar wohl schon ein Weilchen dort - die schmutzigen Etiketten luden nicht zum Probieren ein... Ach ja - und der Wein in der Bar würde noch besser schmecken wenn die Temperatur stimmt ;-)

Perfect central location. Staff were very helpful and friendly. Even booked us a table at a restaurant. Lovely rooms and great breakfast.
